We purchased a mattress at Mattress Firm at 7716 N Kendall Drive this morning and the service was great.Patricio Mella was very professional and took all Covid19 precautions which was very reassuring. He showed us the type of mattresses we were interested in and helped us work out the measurements to make sure we would have the height and feel we needed on our new King Sized bed.The really nice thing was he listened and didnt try to steer us off in another direction and presented the mattresses that met our criteria and we were not rushed or pressured.He also took the time to work out price comparisons for several mattresses and was honest about availability and timing.Mattress Firm has already confirmed delivery for tomorrow and we were able to take advantage of president day sales and are very happy with Patricio, Mattress Firm and the price.I highly recommend Mattress Firm as we had already purchased a mattress at a Big Box store and there weeks turned into months for delivery. So we cancelled and here we are.We were stunned that we could get the mattress we wanted the next day.Thank You Patricio!!

We had the BEST experience at Mattress Firm by Dadeland in the Greenery Mall!!! The associate Geoff (Geoffrey) was so patient and kind throughout our entire visit. We tried quite a few beds and he was so helpful throughout. Not pushy or aggressive at all, which we loved. My husband even told him that is why we stayed and took our time there instead of going to another location. I believe Geoff is a new employee with Mattress Firm but was so great and friendly (even to my 5 year old son) I wanted the company and his bosses to know his efforts were very much appreciated. We bought 2 beds plus 2 adjustable bases because of him.

I have to say Rocia was very nice, very helpful and spent a LOT of time helping me make the right choice of the mattress I should be very happy with.
