Whenever I stop by this location, the staff is always very friendly and gives the best recommendations when it comes to hair treatment products. Ive stopped by other locations and the employees are never this nice!

This beauty supply is located in a strip mall that is very centrally located. Very good selection and bilingual staff.

No one spoke English. I stood waiting at the register to pay for my purchase for nearly 10 min while the cashier had a full on conversation in Spanish with a woman who wasnt even shopping! I ended up waking out.

The staff is very helpful thanks to them I had damaged my her really bad with an inexperienced Hairdresser and they suggested some products and was able to bring my hair back to life I have been going to this store since 2012

Didnt have what I was looking for, but the staff was nice even thought their English wasnt great. Over all it was an ok experience shopping here.

Great store

I have been several times in this location because it is close to home, but they are the worst sellers I have seen, one comes and says hello and they never say hello, or thank you when you finish your purchase. They always have a bad face, and it bothers them that you ask them something. I hope the owners take into account how terrible they are that they do not try to sell you something else to raise the sale they have made, they do not recommend anything, and when asked if they have something they need the answer is: all we have its out there. The last time I was there they told me, and I went to another Sally store and there was not the one I wanted, but the saleswoman found me another similiar one, with the developer and something else to add to the dye for the shine. They never do that in this store. I really dont give it zero stars, because there arent. Are the worst. I never write reviews, but it really bothered me a lot this time, that they dont even answer you a Hello, when one arrives and says good afternoon, They are sitting, talking and with the phones, how unpleasant !!

The service is lousy and very unprofessional. The private conversations of the workers distort the calm and relaxed atmosphere that must exist in a place that represents the world of beauty. There is not the slightest instinct to help the client. I was in the place for more than 20 minutes until I asked for help and it was then that a very arrogant worker approached me and gave me little information. I could not make the purchase of the product since I was not sure if it was what I needed. Its a shame 😡😡😡
