Ray is a great shop manager. I only get my tires done here, oil changes as well. They always have my back and always gave me honest options.

I went in to get a new battery for my car. I was told they had the right battery for my car on site and that it would take a short time to install it. The first “new”battery they put in the car was so old that it had no charge. After about an hour I was finally told that they would have to get another battery from another location. Since the car couldn’t move without a battery I had no choice but to wait. The whole process that should’ve taken 15 minutes took two hours. Avoid this place at all costs!!

Did a great job on my BMW. Replaced my tire (and my tire pressure sensor even though they didn’t have to).

I cant believe they replace my tire in one afternoon. The service here is always very good in terms of tires.

Fast service. Came in for an alignment was out within an hour. I asked for a discount and the attendant was able to accommodate the request. Very pleased with the experience.

They will answer any questions you have about your vehicle, whether or not you need a service, tell you what might happen if you dont get the service, give you alternatives to the service when possible. Ask for Ray or Burly. Burly was able to answer my automotive questions without being condescending, like most mechanics are. Hes been working on cars for 35 years and knows his stuff. I walked in to get a tire repaired. The man at the counter said they don’t do tire repairs. How does that make sense if the name is literally “Tire Choice”. Seems like they’ll only help you if you get a whole new tire. Will never go back and I recommend not to waste your time. He sent us to the jiffy lube. No compassion, no empathy in 95 degree miami weather.

This place is the type of business to stay away from. Took my car for tire pressure sensors replacement and as being there decided to replace the two front tire, even tho they had several miles to run. They asked for the money upfront and Roberto forgot to include the sensors repair. Accepted his mistake and asked to bring the car back to do the repair on them. When they found out it was going to cost quite a bit, their answer said GO TO THE DEALER TO GET IT FIXED. Also said they cant repair sensors and the last time I was there that was what was done in my car. LIARS!,,, never go there and I’ll make sure he entire neighborhood knows about the lack of custoemr service and the dishonest business!

Go to ROBERT & ROBERT ONLY! First time me not being assisted by ROBERT! I was price gouged I paid labor $275 to fix a starter. On top of that he did not tell me my entire price including the labor he left me with the opinion that I was paying just $275 for parts & labor. In total I my card was charged $220 for parts & $275 for labor! Zero communication skills on voicing the total of my bill. Good thing I have money right or my card would of been over drafted. I do not want to be assisted by Ramon Piedra. This is the behavior of this entire city that sketches me out. On top of him questioning my sources legitimacy. Robert is now having to take care of Ramon scamming ways NOT TO MENTION THIS IS FOR A HYUNDAI SONATA.

Very helpful/ gave service free of charge got my problem solve in no time.

Second time I booked an appointment but had to wait three hours. The first time I figure they were just busy, but this time the guy decided to not call me and let me know the car was ready. Not exactly how I like to spend my only day off in two weeks. Shouldn’t take three hours for an oil change. I’ll never come back here again. And FYI, the attendant encourages you to leave a five star review before you walk out the door. Pretty pushy if you ask me.

Do not use this service.I brought my car to change two tires and perform an alignment and when I got it back a rear tire came off after few miles. They put my life at risk and when I went back to the shop ,the manager, Ramon Piedra, told me he never touch those tires.I recommend to not use this service because their total incompetence and disregard for the safety of their clients

Burley is an amazing professional and person, definitely knows his job (he has more than 40 years experience). Definitely the place to go to fix your tires without it costing you tons of money.

Awful customer service. Don’t ever trust someone that can’t look at you in the eyes. What’s worse is the obvious lying they do to their customers. If your vehicle has small issues they will make up any excuse not to service you. They want to charge you as much as they can. These people cannot be trusted. Plenty of local tire shops in the area avoid this one at all cost.

Mr. Burley is the man!!!! Everyone else couldn’t change my Z06 tires without having a drive up lift. He basically manhandled them with 2 portable jacks to get me back on the road on New Years Eve! Highly recommend.

Normally I dont write reviews but feel compelled to after my experience at this Tire Choice yesterday with Ray. I came in at 4:30 to have my brakes inspected and Ray let me know that unfortunately his 2nd mechanic injured himself and had to go home for the day. He apologized and said he could make it work any other time of day this week. I agreed but asked if I could just show him what I was seeing in my brakes. He came out without hesitation to look with me and said you know what, just bring it on in, Ill have my other mechanic switch what hes doing to check it out real quick. Ten minutes later, literally ten minutes, Ray comes back in and says time to go papa! He replaced a missing brake cap for me that was under warranty and I was out the door before rush hour traffic even began! Never had an experience like this at an auto shop and will definitely be back for all my auto needs. Go to this Tire Choice and see Ray - you wont be disappointed!

You can see that these guys are passionate in what they do. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. BY FAR THE BEST MOST ATTENTIVE and COURTEOUS SERVICE IVE HAD!!!! Ron and Burley are THE BEST!Ron, The Manager, gave me a great price on 2 tires that I needed replacing 3 months ago. Burley changed them out AND patched a hole in one of the tires which saved me from having to purchase a 3rd tire! Their service was so good that I returned today because Id picked up a nail in one of the old tires I didnt replace. Burley took care of me again! He told me that I needed to replace the other 2 tires ASAP but that he understood how tough times are righ now for alot of people and he patched the tire and didnt charge me! All while smiling and having a positive attitude. You can tell that this man truly loves what he does and that he really cares about his customers! This type of friendly professional and courteous customer service is VERY RARE in Miami so when I come across it, I like to let people know.I will only be taking my car to this Tire Choice from now on. Very professional highly recommended. Burley helped to get my Teslas tire patched and plugged. I was worried about my rims getting scratched as I have had negative experiences with other shops, but Burley took great care and showed the years of experience he has under his belt. My church is right across the street, just gave them my car in the morning and pick it up after, never had a problem with the guys. Luis, Ray and the mechanic guys are always willing to help...Even if the service is high, just talk to Luis, he will give you the best deal in town, trust me and thats why I will always keep going back there. Wish I could give it more stars. Took my VW to a different alignment shop and they refused the job because of a very tight tie rod adjustment nut. Took it to Tire choice and they had the alignment done perfectly in 35 mins. Ray the service manager is awesome 👍🏼

Visit at your own peril. I went in for a flat tire. Guy working at the shop said they dont sell used tires but said he wanted to sell me one anyways. told me not to get out of my car while he was changing it, and I said I wanted to check the tire he had for me. He started working, he said he grabbed the wrong tire. After getting the proper tire he said the tire had a screw in it I told them I didnt want it anymore as it was too expensive. He started cursing at me yelling at me and telling me to get out of his shop. At the end he grabbed a bar and threaten me all this happened in front of a FPL truck and a state Trooper, embarrassing. Ridiculous way to treat a customer.

Terrible Experience! Took my car in for an A/C issue, Was called back saying Its not the compressor, its the blend valve. Its gonna cost $1000 I said ok and waited 2 days for a job that they said was gonna take 8 hours. After the 2 days I had to call them (didnt receive not 1 call for an update on the vehicle) only for them to tell me Actually it wasnt the blend valve it was the compressorSo after 2 days and $1000 I have a car with the exact same issue. Nothing has been resolved!I not only give this place a 1 start rating, I actively tell people that this place is terrible! All they did was take my money.PS: They also didnt reassemble my interior correctly and now I have panel gaps when I didnt before hand.

Luis, Ray, and Burley were incredibly helpful! I’m a girl who knows NOTHING about cars. With that being said, they could have really cheated me. However, they did the exact opposite! The three men were not only extremely helpful, but they gave me as many discounts as they possibly could. The price was low for what I got done on my car (according to family and friend car experts). Additionally, they were patient and kind with any questions I had. I highly recommend coming here!

Amazing shop and professional grade staff. They road force balance my car like nobody else could. I have 2 bent Rims in the front causing vibration. they were able to balance them to be almost unnoticeable. I had tires installed and spacers put into another car and another good job. Quick and affordable. Highly recommended

A friend recommended this place and after going there today, I will never go anywhere else! Ray took great care of my car. He did a total inspection and fixed my brakes, along with regular maintenance issues. He even fixed my fender, after I was quoted the same rate as the entire amount of work he did on my car! Ray is great and trustworthy and its truly the only place I will go to from now on!

Grateful and Thankful !! I had went to visit a friend for breakfast. After I left their house I realized that my tire was losing air pressure. I pulled over and realized that I had a nail in my tire. Considering I was leaving the next day in my car.. panic set in. I looked up a place quickly and they were less than 2 miles away. I pulled in and explained that I had a nail in my tire. They said Lets take a look. About 15 minutes later, if that, they handed me my keys and said have a nice day. They would not accept payment!! I was emotional and started crying explaining I was leaving the next day for a long trip on the road. There are still good people and businesses in the world!! If in the Miami area please go here!! They have my vote!!

I heard a weird rattling noise after getting new tires at Tire Choice. I took my car back to Tire Choice and they said it wasnt them. Today I asked my regular mechanic about it and within minutes he spun my tire and heard the noise inside the tire. He took the tire off and inside it we found a senor that was broke. Whats worse is we also found the duct tape that was used to try and reattach my broke sensor. The photos are the items that we found INSIDE my tire.

I was looking for a tire shop/tire repair place in the North Miami/MiMo area that I could stop by quickly on the way to work. I had a small screw lodged in one of my tires.I went to the shop and was greeted warmly by Ray. I explained the situation and he said he would be happy to have one of his tire technicians look at it and have me on my way promptly. I pulled my car in the garage and was introduced to the tech and explained the situation.He looked at all 4 tires to ensure all were ok and removed the screw and patched my tire. I was in and out of the shop in less than 15 minutes too! Be sure to check their website for coupons before you go. I was able to get my tire patched and remounted for free!I absolutely loved my experience and I recommend it to anyone needing tire repairs or servicing.

When I initially called on the phone to ask for a quote on replacing all 4 tires on my car, the gentleman on the phone was very accommodating and nice. When I dropped it off the next day, it was a different experience. I dropped off my car at 9:00am and it wasn’t ready until 2pm. Installing tires is a very quick job. Not only did it take forever but I called to ask how much time it would be around 12pm and the person on the phone was so rude and refused to give me an estimate of how long it would take when I asked for one, he just kept repeating that they would call me when it was ready. I never ended up receiving a call but just went ahead and showed up around 2pm and my car was done. When I went to pay the person was rude. Just overall poor customer service. No eye contact, no thank you, no how are you?, no sorry it took so long etc etc just asked for my card and had me sign. It’s already so overpriced, if you can drive up to the Hollywood/broward area, you will get SUCH a better price! Unfortunately for me, my car wouldn’t make it that far. I will not return here nor would I recommend it to anyone. I paid over $400 for my service and I don’t even get a thank you! That being said the car drives great, I’m sure they know what they’re doing but the customer service is terrible.

I don’t usually trust mechanics, and do most of the work on my trucks on my own. But everyone once in while something comes along I can’t do myself. Most mechanics try to make you pay extra for repairs you don’t need, but every once in a while you find a place that tells it to you straight, makes the right (and only necessary) recommendations and gets the job done well. I praise this shop for honesty, straightforwardness, and overall customer service. I would specifically like to mention Luis and Sean in the office and Burley out in the bay, always keep it real.
