I had a bad experience with them, they supposedly changed the oil in the car and a week later my car told me that it needed an oil change and when I went to another place I realized that they had not done its oil change at all, they They never changed my oil to my car that was my bad experience and thats why I will not return

Went to get some brakes replaced for my back wheels, they wanted me to change the rotors and the brakes but I was reading online the rotors can just be aligned and cut, I did it anyway. Although the actual mechanic form the place said “if you’re planning to change the brakes now which it has to be done and the rotors later then do both now, but I think the rotors don’t need to be change just the brakes.” Then I went to the front desk And the guy on the front, apparently the owner said “no we have to change both” I told him it wasn’t necessary, we keep going back and forth I didn’t want to argue so I said let change it, took a picture of the rotors thickness for future records and proceeded to pay for the whole package: rotors and brakes, I took the owners advice and not the mechanic who works for him.Now my front brakes started to make sounds, so I went to a different mechanic and he quote me way lower and said the rotors on the front are fine but the brakes need to be change and I showed him the pictures of the old rotors that got change and he said, they look fine they just need to be cut, the thickness is fine, he asked me “why did you get a new one?” I said the owner advice me to do it... “ he laughed and said “of course the owner is going to tell you change it”Anyway educate yourself better as a consumer the people there are just trying to charge extra for things that don’t need to change... I understand you got to make a living and make money but I’m the world where there’s so much information out there online, is very hard to cheat people and not expect to get caught. I guess that’s their business model...I’m taking my car to the other guy who gain my trust, and actually took the time to educate me and showed me how rotors are cut and when is time to change it. That’s how you gain loyalty.

Ill not recommended this place to anybodyl!!They fixed my oxygen sensor and they said that my car will need a canister, that that costs around $800 + their job itll be around $1400, l took my car to another company that check the canister and it was in perfect condition, there wasnt any reason for changing that canister, well: my visit to Supreme Tires was like a year ago and l still have the same canister before ..

My moms transmission started slipping on her Durango. A buddy of mine suggested I check these guys out. They did a complete inspection of the car, gave me a good quote on the transmission and also pointed out some items I knew needed repairs. Honest people and very fair prices!

Refreshing Experience! The team here are very nice, honest, and straight-forward. No nonsense and fair prices with stocked inventory, and also very clean facility.Worked with Ruffo, Andrew, and Matthew - all three did a great job all around, awesome team effort!Showed up within an hour of closing time and Ruffo gave me a warm welcome and helped get my wife’s car seen quickly for a potential tire repair. Andrew jumped on the job and diagnosed the tire and showed me that unfortunately it was shot and had to be replaced. Fortunately, the size was in stock and Andrew and Matthew got busy with the replacement and had the new tire on and wheel balanced within minutes (maybe seconds!).Ruffo, Andrew, and Matthew got me in and out quickly without paying more than necessary, even gave me advice on future preventative measures and and potential car purchases to know what to look for and to avoid. All around, great experience and I’ll be a returning customer. Thanks guys!

Ariel attended me from the moment I walked in.Ariel communicated everything to me, I wasnt worried about my car or an for everything he called me. Ariel provided great customer service.

I took my car in for an A/C repair and got my car back blowing cold air. I felt like they did not try to take advantage of me just because I am a woman. They are so professional and have great customer service, which is a biggy for as I work in the customer service industry. Ariel is very reassuring and very direct, he and his colleagues will not give you the run around.

Great & Fast ServiceI went to another Auto Repair Shop.Though they were not sure what the problem was I was given an astromical quote. At Supreme Tire they checked and immediately quoted 1/4 the amount. The customer service was great.... The other reviews are true they are very honest.

Absolutely the most honest mechanic shop in town. NOT just for Tires! Armando the owner has been servicing my familys cars for over 20 years. Mechanics have been with him that long as well...they are all experts and his prices are super fair! They will give you feedback in case the work being done is not worth it. Mandy, Julian and Gilbert all are top notch guys and run an outstanding repair shop. Highly recommend.

Armando sold the business but dont fret. It was remodeled and turned new. The shop is clean, the guys are hospitable and attentive. The mechanics stayed. The service is prompt and timely. They will get to the root of the problem and not charge you an arm and leg. Right now its definitely a top 5 Star spot.

So I wrote a negative review yesterday because of the service. After writing the review, Ayon called me and invited me to come back to discuss the situation (extremely professional). After a thorough conversation , a brand new tire was provided. Im pleased and satisfied they did the right thing.

I really wanted to like this guys, they looks professional and good prices , but ..., I went to replace a CV join but for some reason the car came out complete dis-alignment. I called them offer even to pay more for a solution but they didnt want to take care , referring that alignment wasnt affected in the procedure, they were only trying to covert they self in a defensive position , when I only did want a solution . Sorry a new real prospective costumer lost.I gave 3 stars because I was happy until this happened.You should be more empathetic and polite and not be defensive all the time

I felt like I was robbed!! The first time I went for an oil change and everything was perfect till that point, like 2 days after I see smoke coming out of my engine so I had to go back to them so they could check it ou, it cost me more than I ever expected but well I thought my car was good at last but no, in less than a week after that my steering wheel broke out of nowhere, so I had to go back again to the same shop in less than a month! Crazyy... these guys be messing with your car DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO SUPREME TIRES! Its all a big lie

This has been my mechanic shop for about 8 years. When I had moved to California and Germany I wished I could take them too. I drive to them from North Fort Lauderdale to get all my repairs and checkups on my vehicle. Theyre honest, helpful, and will not perform a job theyre not equipped to do without first giving you a recommendation for an alternative.
