This place is amazing. Not only are they super professional but they are a honest and genuine business. Fixed my car in less than 5 minutes. Definitely coming back here and would recommend.

New and organized shop that has great mechanics and front office staff. They always answer the phones and know whats happening and then after the service is complete, mechanic goes over the details and lets you know if anything may need attention (without forcing the repair if it doesnt immediately need it). I brought my own big brake upgrade in and then came back the next week for an oil change. Work was done within a few hours and priced just as quoted when I dropped the SUV off.

When into this place to ask if they had a tire for my Lexus and the two ladies at the office were super unprofessional , like they were doing me a favor! I went as a client to PAY for it not asking for anything for free! Left to a different place i guess they have a lot of business and didn’t need an extra customer.

Friendly professionals inside. Ive taken a few cars to them for minor repairs, maintenance, and tires. Each time they have been friendly and honest. Their new location right acorss the street from their old location is a major upgrade to the waiting area in both quality and size as well.

SCAM at its best! I called for a quote over the phone a they told me $268 total for two tires and two alignments. I had someone pick up the car for me and they end up paying double of that $483. Will never go back there and will make sure to never recommend anyone this place! Unprofessional and SCAMMERS. And it looks like this is constantly happening when you read the other reviews.

Took my car in for an alignment, tire rotation and balance. Stayed there for close to two hours and when I got my keys they told me they didn’t do the tire rotation because they claim 3 out of 4 tires were not good(which isn’t true). At no point of sitting there they felt the need to tell me what work they would do or not. Because I wouldn’t have gotten the alignment doesn’t make sense if my tires are truly the issue. So they took it upon themselves to do an alignment (which the car is pulling to the right now). But they felt comfortable recommending over 1k worth of work for the car. They pick and chose what they would like to do on your car and always has recommendations that will cost 5x the original service. Fooled me once with $1500+ worth of unnecessary repairs but this time I’ve learned my lesson. Won’t be back there again. They are worst than Braman and that’s saying a lot.

Really clean and updated waiting area with a delicious FREE coffee selection. Service was great! Don’t get your alignment done anywhere else. The technology and mechanics here know what they are doing and took really great care of my Tundra. It does get real busy here so get there early. Thank you Midas Team!!

MIDAS at 2140 NE 2nd ave, Miami FL 33137The manager was doing friends cars before my car…3 friends of his fix their tire before me, how I know they were friends??? Because I ask them: “Do you have an appointment?…they said: “Hell NO the manager is my bro”…Don’t go there! Prices are too high; I spent 4hrs just to get a patch on a tire that they already know wich one was it…management is bad…all the employes do what they want…they fool around not to get the work done in time… they also try to tell me that a patch won’t work just to charge me with a new tire… I told them just to do the patch; is better for you to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME!! 3 employees where singing and dancing while my car was sitting still…!

Don’t ever trust this place I when for a flat tired and they told me I have to change the whole 4 tires please business I’m a woman not a stupid woman Jeep’s has 5 tires it’s just a fix the bad tire or used the replaced one.

Helped me out with a quick oilChange on a Saturday. No complaints did a great job and was a fair price.

Not only did I spend more than twice the normal amount for an oil change (I usually go to Firestone Dadeland— $40 tops), but this is the first time my car has ever leaked oil after an oil change. Someone didn’t tighten the plug back correctly. AND they didn’t even check my other fluids and fill them up— I started my road trip without any wiper fluid. Terrible quality at a high price.

Can be a really great place if employees were just a bit nicer. Ive been to same location twice and the first time I wasnt even acknowledged so I just left after simply being told Id have a three hour wait when all the technicians were standing around talking in the bays. The second time was somewhat better but the staff seemed annoyed with my questions. They do great work its the consumer interaction factor that needs to improve.

The first 2 times I took my care here, I had a great experience. I have been here 2 weeks ago for general maintenance. 2 tires needed changing, 1 rear break light and 2 new front brakes. However, today I am stranded with a dead battery. Also, I explicitly asked them to check my handbrake. They said it was fine, but I am definitely getting a second opinion for my handbrake issues. Today its road side assistance I guess. Will for sure not jump start and go to this place today. Hence 4 stars for 2 good experiences and 1 bad one.

George the manager was super professional and on point explained me exactly what the issue was with my tire. The place is really clean and the wait time was minimal.

They have to change their ways to be I went for 1 tire change they broke the bolts and stated that I had the bolts broken that I have to pay extra I said no they said ok they will fix it I lost 3 hours of work and money just to change a single tire I will definitely not go back to that place again even they did not charge me I feel like there is a malpractice and not an integrity in the work

This place is great! I have been here now for the third time and I cant thank them enough for their work. They are very professional and honest. Also, the manager George is super accommodating and always there to answer questions in person or on the phone that I have had.

The place is clean, prices are out ranges, Ive been charge 2 times for the same services before so thats kinda of shady. I had some stuff that came up missing , the manager didnt resolve that so I wouldnt leave anything in your car but the mechanics are fast sometimes and the front office is professional. If you had to come here definitely expect a high bill.

Be weary of this place unless you don’t mind dropping $1600 plus a visit!!! Look else where if you need work done. Went for an oil change and they notified me I needed some work done. I just got an estimate and it was $1600 my car isn’t worth that!! Drive about 6 miles north and you will find a better deal. Did the same work ... 4 new tires and alignment and balance$ 320 out the door.

Great experience at Midas after being hung out to dry by the dealership. I showed up at my scheduled appointment time and my truck was in the garage within minutes. They took care of me within an hour and a half and I was on my way. Being new to the area, Ill definitely be returning to Midas for all my car care needs.

This place is a complete joke ! I am definitely calling corporate!! I came in for a suspension problem and tires . Everything came out to $1400! Way expensive but get this , Jorge (who i found out is the manager) offered i pay cash and it would be $800 , complete scam, Miami never fails , another case of a store manager stealing from the store . Please go elsewhere!

If I can give zero star would be my case. I went on this shoo two times. The first time I ask for a job and they didn’t do nothing ( I figure out after) and give me a quotation of 800$ and the second time I ask to charge the ac and they told me that the compressor wasn’t working with a quotation of 2500+. For both times I didn’t do nothing and went to another mechanics and with ask for the same job and my car was working fine. They are unprofessional, rude and they want only to take money from the client with no reason.DONT GO ON THIS SHOP IS THE WORST IN USA ....

Like any other auto care center, they do not put a lot of effort into poroviding real customer serice, they fix you car and that is the end of the story.

Luis assisted me with my vehicle at Midas in edgewater. I got a full inspection and they were very transparent with process and what needed to be done. Luckily, I didn’t need new brakes! I opted to have them cleaned since I was here. All the staff were extremely kind and informative, prompt service and competitive pricing. Thank you guys! Very happy :)

Absolutely awful!!!!! They made us wait 2 hours to tell us they didn’t have the anti freeze product to fix the AC!! They have no idea what they are talking about and they just want to charge a max $$$ without even checking the car first. This is not a garage I would recommend to anyone.

Greatly needed in this area. They are honest and reasonably priced. If I could give them 6 *s I would! They fixed my company vans A/C and told me it was a small part so they didnt charge me. That kind of reputation is going to take them a far way. They won me over, I wont go anywhere else.

This place is AMAZING! Came in with what I thought would be a small plug. Figures the screw that hit the tire was massive. They got me in quick, patched up the tire, and really helped me out when I was in a bind. The manager, Oscar, and the other guys that helped me out, Jorge and Brian, were great. Really good spirited and funny. Highly recommend this place Midas for your needs. Great crew!

This place is ridiculously overpriced AND they try extra hard to scam you into getting things you don’t need. Absolutely untrustworthy. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Take your car elsewhere if you want an oil change done completely. Brought car in, had oil change performed, tech did not reset the indicator, because they “didn’t have the computer today” told me to come back the next day. Called the next day and said they still don’t have it, and said “I will call you back”. Day passed with no call, next day I called again and after being placed on hold they hung up and will not take my call. Disputing the charge with my Credit Card company since the entire job was not performed. Shop elsewhere.

Best place ever! I’ve shown up twice now right before close and the man in charge helped me both times. He could have turned me away, and while helping me he had the best attitude! They also checked if I needed anything else during the oil change.. new wipers.. I didn’t even know. I was in and out in 15 minutes.. and they have amazing prices.. not sure how anybody could ever complain about Midas. 12/10 would recommend

Edit:Had to update my review. I originally went to midas with a straight forward problem. Two days later i have a bunch of issues. Check engine light is on, car is accelerating badly, and it drives wierd. I took it back so they could look at it because they just were supposed to have changed the stater. But there is clearly something else wrong now.I say this as i just drove to montana and back without an issue. The starter thing i understood, but to now have all these issues out of nowhere... i dont like it.Original review:Nice customer service.A bit expensive.My problem is they told me it would be done same day.It wasnt and I understood. This morning they said it would be done at 10. Ive been sitting here over 2 hours now and it has been a waste of time. Tell me it is going to take longer dont tell me its going to be done in 30 minutes when you need 3 more hours.

I came here like couple days ago and there was that lady whose name is Andrea who works up front, oh my gush she is amazing and her charisma, her patience is one of a kind. You can’t be her professionalism. I am definitely gonna come back because of her.

This Midas location is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have never received such a outstanding customer service like I do here plus they work extremely efficiently and professional. It’s not easy to find a reliable mechanic. For years, I have towed my very old Honda civic to our family mechanic over 30 miles away just because I know I would always get a fair price. With that said, I took my car to Midas today to replace a faulty starter. I received a fast quote, a fair price, and I had my car by the end of the day. They even stayed open a bit late for me to pick up my vehicle. Overall, I am incredibly pleased with the service and work I received from Midas, and would return in the future.

Oscar was friendly and provided quick service. My wife and I had to stop in for a quick oil change because we forgot to do that before we started our honeymoon. Oscar got us in and out in around an hour without us making an appointment before hand. And he didn’t do the typical car repair thing of trying to sell us on getting more stuff fixed. Instead he provided us a list of up coming maintenance needs so we could see to them when they actually needed to be taken care of!

I had a great experience at this location. Service Advisor Andrea Alarcon was extremely nice in answering all my questions and following up with the status of my check-up. They were also very fast as I walked in at about 1:30pm and by 3:30pm they were all done. I had tire rotation, alignment and balancing done, as well as a full check-up, brake fluid change, engine air filter change and a regular oil and filter change. Will definitely be coming back. Great, fast and professional service.I was turning in my BMW and they wanted to charge me $700 for an oil change and break fluid flush.I decided to change the oil myself, but for the break fluid flush, I took it to Midas. They only charged me $100 and it was ready the same day.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!The guy that helped us was called David and he was awesome!

This new location is so much better than the old one... but can still be shady.An expensive for an oil change, even with a coupon.Went in today for an oil change and was told my struts were dangerous and needed to be replaced. That with battery and filter replacements, their recommended repairs came out to over $2000.I paid for my expensive oil change and went to my dealer. They told me everything was fine with my struts. I did replace the battery and filters (something I was planning to do anyway).Ridiculous that they would try to do this to a repeat customer (one who has already complained about them I’ll have you know too). Should have gone to my dealer to begin with, but didn’t want to make the trek. Live and learn. Never again.

Outstanding service!! Needed an inspection for my car insurance and they explained all paperwork thoroughly, had a great attitude, very nice and pleasant. They did the whole process in a timely manner and didn’t have to spend half my day waiting around. The new place looks great!

The shop was able to diagnose exactly what the problem was and explained it to me in greater detail than did Braman next door. Let me just say, it really does come down to the reviews when choosing a service or establishment these days.I unfortunately, did not read the reviews and through my negligence picked this garage out of proximity and convenience, as it was close to work and home.If you are reading this now, congratulations! You are a savvy individual and should take all these reviews and form your own opinion as to whether this is a good choice for you and your automobile.Im here to tell you -- it is not.Just like every other poor review on Google maps about this Midas, I too have been charged for services not provided. Services such as inspections not being done, fluids not being topped off, or tires not being rotated and being charged for all of it. At this point, I have no reassurance at all whether my oil and filter even got changed.I drove my car off the dealership lot 3 months prior to this oil change and this Midas said due to the year of my car (2016, a year old at the time) it needed servicing. I told him it didnt need servicing due to the fact I just purchased the car 3 months ago from a dealership that certifies all used cars with a 160 point inspection. He scoffed at me and fumbled through the rest of the check out.The list goes on, and as opposed to extensively explaining everything that was or wasnt done, Ill recommend not taking your car to this Midas.

These people really do work fast and at extremely fair prices. For 3 times I took my Range Rover there and I was always very welcomed. You want you car to be fixed? Go here first, really!If they need a part they will order it immediately and when it arrives they replace the bad one. They are not the ones who invent problems just to take more money out of you. They will tell you exactly what’s wrong and give you a fair extimate. After the work is done you pay exactly what the estimation was. Very honest, very professional and extreme customer care. Nice people always available to help you in what you need. I really recommend it! I will keep on servicing my cars there!

Ive been going to this Midas since January of this year. At first it was just for oil changes, but now, my car of 10 years and 120k miles is finally crying out for some MAJOR brake and suspension work. Its a frustrating experience - seeing your car falling apart and trying to gauge whether its time to call it quits and get a new one. But since my care is a Toyota Corolla, Im confident it will make it for at least another 50k miles on these mean Miami roads if I just breathe a bit more life into it. And this Midas has worked with me to keep my costs reasonable relative to a dealership refresh for such an old car.One of the main reasons that I keep coming back here is the Service Manager, Pierre. Pierre is great at diagnosing problems in the car based on issues I hear or feel while driving. More importantly, he has taken it upon himself to know and remember my car and myself. I dont feel like just another customer. Its almost as if he is a personal advisor - recommending work that is critical to my wifes and my safety on our 45min commute and advising where I may be able to wait a bit on other work. This makes me feel comfortable in the decisions that I make on keeping my car safe while keeping the amount of money that I put into the car within reason.When Pierre is not around, the mechanics and attendants that help me out are also friendly and professional.Ill be coming to this location and recommending it to others for a while as long as they keep up this great service and great work.

Oscar and his team always gives the best customer service. They make sure everything is done correctly. This past weekend I had to bring in my car because the shocks that were placed in the first time had a defect (not their fault it was the manufacturers) and he and his team order up a new one and installed it for me and the car is running perfect.

I have never left a car shop feeling extremely content of the service received. Which is why I always dread having to get any maintenance done on my car. Very friendly staff & service. Came here due to an issue with my car not starting properly, I was told that the vehicle was fixed and the issue wouldn’t happen again. A few days later the problem started again, I called Midas and explain the situation and they quickly rectified the issue and applied the amount that I paid during the first service towards the second service fees. My car is running like it’s brand new. Thanks Midas!

Stopped in to this Midas on Saturday, 11/10/18. I had a pretty large screw in my tire and I was in a bit of a rush so just figured I would be dropping the car off and coming back later. I told the manager, Oscar, the issue and he told me to sit tight a few minutes. To my pleasant surprise, when he came back (probably 5 minutes, no more than 10 minutes later), he said they had removed the screw, patched it, and put air in all my tires. These guys are just the friendliest and funniest. They go out of there way to help the customer. It’s the small things that matter. I would highly recommend to my friends and family. 4 stars !
