All my dashboard lights went on for Chassis StabilationBeing a woman and not knowing who to trust with your car service is daunting. BMW’s are also notorious for the lights to activate with sensors. Thankfully, I was referred to Arnaldo at Prestige Auto. I didn’t want to go to the dealer because the wait, it’s always so busy like a show or mall at the holidays, cost a lot, and takes a lot of time. I liked my experience coming here and feel the work was honest, fast, and personable. Arnaldo also put together a list of some maintenance I need to do in the future and what is more pertinent. I never write reviews but this place is a treasure. Arnaldo and the rest of the staff are professional, honest and deliver the best service for Porsche vehicles in Miami. I have a 2016 carrera and have been going to them for years and they have taken excellent care of my car. They are upfront with the pricing, explain car issues in a way that a layperson could understand, and always solve whatever issues Ive had in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the professionalism I experienced here. Taking your car to any mechanic is always a risk and you are scared that they can be shady. Not this establishment! I wanted a full inspection and they gave me so much detailed information on the report and recommended only the things I really needed. The customer service was excellent and the price was fair too. I would recommend anyone to come here. The best thing is that they also wash your car when the repairs are done.

I have been using Prestige Auto for several years to repair my 2009 Lexus 350 SUV. Arnaldo is my service provider and he is extremely professional. My vehicle is going up in years and from time to time it needs repairs. I no longer could take it to Lexus since they were constantly going up in prices for these repairs. My AC started to fail and I went to see Arnaldo without notice. He listened to my concerns with the car and was able to take the car in with short notice. Provide me with transportation while I had my car in the shop. Their prices are fair and my car runs great. Arnaldo is professional and understands your budget as well. He will be honest with his recommendations. I recommend him highly and Prestige Auto is lucky to have him assist their customers.

I went to Prestige Auto because I had paint flaking on my rear view mirrors. They were extremely friendly in person, and over the phone. They had set me up for an appointment, and had left the vehicle there which was completed in a day or so. The work matches my paint which was a special color by the way. I am quite happy with how it came out, and would highly recommend them for any paint job

After 3 years of bringing my Mercedes to Prestige Auto Tech I unfortunately found out I was getting way over priced for their services. Almost every one to two months their mechanics were working on my car numerous of times and me spending thousands of dollars. I was recently quoted $1200 for a repair from Prestige and the price seemed very expensive and they told me it would take 2 days to fix. I took my vehicle to the Star Specialist a shop I was referred to who deals with only Mercedes and has been in business for over 40 years. I dropped my car off to get a quote expecting to find out a price the next day. I got a phone call an hour later that my car was ready and I could come pick it up. I was very surprised that my car was fixed so fast. They only charged me a $140 and my car was fixed within an hour. My car has been driving great ever since. From a over priced quote from Prestige for $1200 not including tax I paid $140 from Star Specialist and got it done in a fragment of the time and the cost. This leads me to believe that I had been over priced all these years for the work Prestige had done on my car. Ive had doubts about other work they had done but never challenged it. If youre getting work done from Prestige you should take it to another shop and get a quote before you let them do the work. I am very disappointed after being a 3 year customer to find out I had been way over priced for their service. Their response to the pricing was were not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Prestige Auto Tech you lost a faithful customer and Star Specialist hello to a new loyal customer. I really didnt even want to give them one star on this rating but thats the lowest I could rate. I dont know if they over priced me because I was a woman or because they just like over charging people but either way theyll never see another dollar from me again. 😠😠😠

Team there was extremely professional, from my first call to schedule the service to when i dropped my vehicle off and picked it up. Communication and follow up throughout the entire process was outstanding and nothing like what i am accistomed to experiencing in a repair shop. I found my new repair/service shop and i will certainly be recommending them to others.

A company and its people are judged not when everything goes right, but how it responds when things go wrong. It is how they respond as a group in a culture of customer service that sets companies apart from the pack. Arnaldo stepped up and handled an issue with professionalism, effectiveness, and care. I could not recommend him and this shop more. They got a customer for life.

Prestige’s service was laughable as well as dishonest. After servicing my car there once before with what I believed to be quality service I decided to go back to fix interior damage. My boyfriend had placed Continental tires on my rear seats causing the ink to stain the leather. Upon verbally agreeing to their estimate on 03/25/21 Arnaldo, a sales associate, informed me the day after that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. A few days later I arranged for a ride to then drive 50 minutes only to open my back door and see that the stains were still quite prominent. I told Arnaldo who said he had not even looked after the technician supposedly finished the job and he promised it would be handled. After leaving I contacted Arnaldo to clarify what he meant by “handled” and he said they would redye it with no additional charge. I was unsatisfied with that response feeling I should now be compensated for the inconvenience and asked that he not move forward and that I would bring it elsewhere or simply replace the back seat. He said that because of the dye and labor already performed I would still have to pay the full amount or I would not be able to pick up my car. On 03/31/21 the supervisor sent me pictures of the rear seats to which I pointed out that the stains were still noticeable in the pictures therefore they would still be very noticeable in person. He disagreed saying “there is no tire marks nor black on the seat” and then again “there is no black there” and “nothing at all”. He went on to say unless they received payment his driver would not deliver my vehicle. Being that this is my only vehicle and they were holding it hostage after having it for over a week I decided to pay for it so I was able to drive to and from work. I mentioned specifically that they were Continental tires because I am including before and after pictures where you can still clearly see Continental printed on the seats as well as remaining black stains. The 2-year warranty they gave me would be a good deal if in fact they completed the job in the first place. The car was delivered with imperfections in color and finish. In addition, the concerns that I, the customer, brought up were not addressed.

The team are the best I have ever experienced.The foundation for this at Prestige , is second-to-none vehicle knowledge and maintenance skill / experience, coupled with absolute honesty and integrity.As an example, I recently had some repair issues on one of my BMWs that other shops would have immediately optimized (choose the most expensive way to fix it). Given the subtle complexity to the mechanical issue, the customer would not have been the wiser, and the repair would have been very expensive (multiple $ thousands). Prestige, does not work that way. You will get a clear, thorough and honest assessment of what your vehicle issues are, and recommendations accordingly.Additionally, if you are worried about the stereotype of being female or less mechanically knowledgeable, and walking into a typical repair shop expecting to be taken advantage of, fear not. I send my daughter here with her 4 Series, and don’t ever need to second guess what she is being advised on, regarding service and repairs.Conversely, I would never send someone with limited mechanical knowledge to a dealer for service. That’s where you really get taken advantage of.Prestige truly care about their customers, and customer vehicle outcomes. Thank you guys for everything.

Just had the oil changed on a 2018 Maserati GT Sport at Prestige Auto Tech in Miami. It was a great experience.They started by covering the seat and steering wheel with plastic bags. They also put down a plastic floor mat.I brought my own oil and they supplied the filter and crush washer. Total cost $188. Total time from when I arrived was 1 1/2 hours including a free wash. It was interesting to note that the inside the garage there was a Ferrari 458, Mercedes AMG, Aston Martin, BMW, Land Rover and several other high end cars which clearly indicated to me that a lot of people trust this shop.Nice waiting room and very professional.Will definitely use them again.

Was in the market for a 2016 Maserati Sport package, found a vehicle at a local dealership and took the vehicle over to Prestige with an appointment scheduled and the manager was kind enough to go ahead and look the vehicle over before I finalized the purchase at a local dealership. To make a long story short they found out the car had had some major damage underneath that was not listed on the carfax and there was no way to know without putting the car on the lift. Prestige saved me from making a 58k mistake, and Im greatly appreciative of them. Nothing but great service and extremely helpful. I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle afterwards from another dealership and will be taking it to them for the life of the vehicle. Thank you again guys.

I called about an issue with my tire sensors and I liked the fact that they didn’t try to upsell me something I didn’t need. My only issue was that it needed to be recalibrated not replaced. They could have easily fooled me and told me it needed to be replaced and I wouldn’t have known. The fact that they did what was needed speaks volumes about the company they are. I will definitely be going back if I have any other issues.

I was in the neighborhood and saw this very clean shop so ask this guys to revise my wolkswagen Tiguan for an annoying airbag check light ... they fix it the same day at a fair price. After that I order them to make the oil and filter service and a complete fluids check !! Best service in town !!!

I needed to get my front light on my Audi 2014 replaced the same day. They were 3 hours ago so I was glad to see that they had understood what I needed when I got to the shop. The work was done in no time and they even offered a courtesy car wash. The establishment was very clean and the staffs were professional. If I lived in Florida, they would be my go-to!

It helps that Prestige Auto Tech has a great representative that shares my first name, so that softens me up a bit but in reality, they know what they’re doing and it gets done well. I’m excited to get my car back and running like new.

Ive been coming here for years. 1st with my BMW 335i, then with my Range Rover and now my 435i will begin its maintenance with them on its next oil change. Have had numerous oil changes and a few major repairs with them (I think all BMW repairs are major). I wouldnt pay attention to any of these negative reviews.. seems like some people just need to pay attention to what they are being told. Never had that experience here, always up front and knew what to expect.

It was my CVV brake system that was completely broken and these people fixed it and lowered to even a lower price where others are doing the same work and same type of vehicles. Great experience! From the moment I called for a quote to when I brought the car in to be fixed, they were extremely professional and answered all of my questions. My dealership was quoting me $600+ to fix my issues and Prestige was able to do it for less than 1/2 the price. My car was fixed very quickly and they even washed it for free. I called early in the morning and left a message for a call back, within 10 mins Arnaldo called me back, he was very friendly and answered all my questions. They were great! Bought a 2014 Audi S5 and a week into owning it, car shut down. Took it to Prestige and they were very professional and clear about the issues the car had. Repair costs were much more than I anticipated but that was no fault of theirs. The previous owner did not take proper care of the car. Runs great now and I will be going back to have them do some modifications and paint the rims and calipers.

These guys were amazing and extremely professional, they definitely exceeded my expectations. I’ve been to Bmw, I’ve even had my car serviced at Mercedes-Benz and both of them put together cannot compare to the value that Prestige show their clients. Leave my van because a friend recommend that place , they keep it for 10 days , they did a diagnostic and said they were working 8 hours in that van and couldn’t find the problem, said they need more time and for that I already owed them $700 , they said on top of that I must pay labor and parts when get fix.I paid those $700 for just a diagnostic and a courtesy car wash (supposed to be $140) take my van to another place , 3 days later my van is fix and I just end up pay $400 for everything . They will lie to you and still your money . Bad experience .

I have taken our 2016 Audi to Prestige Auto Tech since we purchased it. They are very accommodating, great with the customers, if you don’t have a ride they provide one And pretty much give you all the services. There’s a big difference however, they do great follow up with the customer and you don’t feel like you’re a number waiting in line. They keep accurate records.

They offer courtesy van rides in which I took advantage of. Staff was absolutely outstanding. Their friendly customer service, professionalism, and unbeatable prices cant be matched. Special compliments to Christan my tech Raul. I only wish I wouldve received my inspection report in a timely (same day) manner so that questions and/or concerns may have been addressed. (Original review, June 2019) My husband and I have both had our cars serviced by Prestige Auto Tech in the past month. We were so pleased with the quality of service and professionalism of the employees when my husband’s car was in need of repair, that as soon as my car needed the air conditioning looked at, there was no question we would return. Arnaldo and Christian were incredibly helpful.UPDATED REVIEW - October 22, 2019:I am adjusting my review due to issues that came about a few months after I originally serviced my car at Prestige Auto Tech. I have submitted a complaint to the office (which I hope will be looked into) but thought Id share some information here:In June, Prestige Auto Tech replaced my A/C compressor. Just a few months later, my air conditioning gave out again. Because the parts and labor were guaranteed under a 12-month warranty, I returned my vehicle to Prestige for service. After keeping my car for three days, I was told there was nothing wrong with my air conditioning system.My air conditioning stopped cooling (because I wouldnt say it was cooling properly at all) again three days later. I was told to return to Prestige if the issue presented again. To be honest, I did not trust that bringing my car back would result in any fix. Instead, I took my car to a Nissan dealership service department. They were able to determine in less than two hours what Prestige did not, even after having kept my car for three days. It turns out there was nothing keeping the compressor connected to the system to keep it cooling -- Prestige hadnt used a proper wire harness connector in the repair, which resulted in the compressor disconnecting and failing to cool. The dealer corrected the problem.We will not be returning to Prestige Auto Tech in the future.

Enclosed is a copy of an email I wrote to my service rep at Prestige Auto Tech. His personal identity is immaterial.As I await notification from you on the availability of the second Oxygen Sensor I may need installed on my 2016 Porsche Cayenne S due to signs of imminent failure that you informed of this morning, I am compelled to call your attention to some concerns relating to my initial experience just last week.Regarding the Oxygen Sensor installed on my vehicle last week, you charged me $231 for an OEM part easily obtainable for under $100 from any number of vendors at the retail level. Below is the Bosch part, which is also the OEM part in reference that is clearly available in stock at CarParts.com and available to the average consumer such as myself for $95.06 each and can be delivered to my front door by Monday September 28th. I’m not in the auto repair business, and yet am able to procure this part for $136 less than your company charged me, or a stunning 143% discount.When I stopped by this morning, I mentioned that I was able to get the Bosch OEM part for $135 from FCPEuro.com. I couldn’t have imagined that it could be purchased for less, but as you can see I can. You stated that you purchased the part directly from Porsche, and added that you only added a 10% markup to the unit cost. As a businessman, I find that just a little implausible since that would mean your company would have paid over $200 for the same Bosch part at the wholesale level that I could obtain for $95 retail.I’m reading your business card where it states, “We Offer Honesty & High Quality Service.” I am troubled by the concerns stated above. You mentioned also last week that only one of my Oxygen Sensors was failing, which presumably your repaired and replaced. Now you tell a second Oxygen Sensor is “beginning to go bad” and in all likelihood to be in need of replacement which may subject me to paying above retail for the part and labor which I can only assume may also be beyond the scope of fairness if these matters are not clarified satisfactorily.Please give me the benefit of an “Honest and High Quality” response in keeping with a reputation I’m sure you deserve. I want to continue to do business with Prestige Auto Tech and rely on your expert skills and unwavering commitment to integrity and ethical business practices. Thank you.

Great place! They’ve been my mechanic for over 7 years. They’ll work on any car but they specialize in high end automobiles. Highly recommend this place.

No Stars if possible.Called for an appointment and clearly stated I needed to speak to a tech to ensure the procedure i needed to get done could happen. Was promised I would get a call by end of day.No one called back so of course the following day I drove to their location and was informed they didnt have the skillset to perform the repair needed. Waste of time and gas. Their prices also are very similar to dealer as well.

My experience was pleasant. Ill admit it took quite a while to get my car (2019 Jaguar XE) serviced: check engine light was on and that ultimately resulted in the vehicle needing a simple oil change. I made a 8am appointment on a Saturday; ended up sitting there virtually until they were about to close (Saturday Office Hours: 0800-1200hrs), but other than the wait, I was very pleased with the price ($109.00), the clean waiting area and professional service. I appreicated the extra touches prior to recieving my vehicle back (interior was kept pristine; they washed the exterior).

I have been taking all my vehicles to Prestige for several years now and highly recommend them to anyone. The workmanship is excellent and it is evident their singular focus is on customer satisfaction. Thank you Prestige for taking great care on my vehicles, outstanding job!

A very nice repair shop. Professional atmosphere and great customer service. I was traveling through the area on a long trip and needed quick repair service on my sprinter van to make it on the next leg of the trip. They got me right in, did a detailed inspection of the vehicle and took care of all the important repairs the same day as well as the oilchange and a car wash. They offered courtesy can rides back to my hotel, and made sure I got everything I needed. They honored the first time customer discount and did quality work for a fair price. Good experience overall.

Let me start off by saying that I took my car there for an oil change and some maintenance. The staff was extremely helpful and attended me right when I walked in the door. They were extremely professional and they offered me a ride to the nearest coffee place to hang out while I wait for my car and to pick me up. The price for my car was reasonable and not like all the dealerships that just wants your money. I highly recommend Prestige Auto Tech for anything you need for your car !

We are a first time review at this location. We brought in our 2012 XK Jaguar for some regular maintenance, we had a scheduled appointment for 8 am that did not get taken in right away but was understood due to the nature of the shop. We were informed at all times and very well taken care of. Some extra surprises that made us feel very welcomed and pleased with the service. the electronic key fob was not working well as the battery was low and the buttons where not in the best of shape he took the time to fix it and replace the handle on it. They washed the vehicle before returning and did a full inspection all the way around this made us very pleased with any recommendations. Overall compared to the shops we have been to throughout the years this was a Gem and we will be referring our best friends and family there. Thank you for taking care of our baby and returning it to us in the best shape.We will be back!

Great customer service. I moved to Miami from Atlanta and had a hard time finding reliable service with good pricing. I went to several European auto shops to service my 2005 BMW 650 as was very dissatisfied. Once I found Prestige Auto Tech I found the reliability and service I was looking for.
