Took my car there for a simple oil change they did not tighten up my filter and left my drain plug loose they also blamed it on everything else but themselves I would not recommend this to anyone in the Miami area the manager inside/the owner was very rude and try to blame the issue on everything else but his employees I would’ve been fine with it if they would have apologize and not been so rude

They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the tires I bought.

Cool people, good service, had my tires ordered at the price i needed and in stock by the next morning, was able to leave my truck there and they took care of everything for me. Free rotate and balance for the life of the tires!

Paid to get my tires rotated bit they didnt rotate my tires but charged me for it they said they would take care of it but keep putting me off so I went to Jaguar car they did my work in less than 10 minutes

I had an appointment to have my car aligned at 11 AM. Had my dad take it in about 15 minutes early. Car didnt go back til around 12. My dad was waiting. So I picked him up on my lunch break and when I did they said the car would be ready in about an hour. So after my hour lunch break, I took my dad back so he could drive my car back, but it still wasnt done. He was there til after 3 waiting on the car. Then he heard the guys talking about how the Newell family had brought in a car so they did their car first. I also know that they mentioned they were short handed, but I still dont feel that a walk-in should get priority over a person with an appointment. I am very disappointed because past experience here had all been pleasant.

Hard to get through by phone most of the times I have tried, not very informative, my truck is still rolling so I believe they did the job right. Little pricey. Probably wont use them again.

Courteous and friendly folks. I came in with a slow leak in my right rear tire and they repaired it and I was out of the shop in about 15 minutes. Showroom and waiting area are clean and well kept.

25.00 per tire for mounting. Ridiculous... tire broke a belt within 1000 miles. They did replace the tire but $100 to mount 4 tires is 25% the cost of the tires.... even the mechanic shop that took it over for me was floored by the gouging.

My son got truck detailed and it cost $195!! Doesnt appear that they even attempted to remove the stains because there was no odor of a cleaning solution present. Very disappointed especially for the price. Would not recommend as far as detailing.

After being treated unfairly and not at all receiving the quality work Id previously paid for and expected at another location, I decided to give Karnes a chance to fix the current and added issues left behind by the previous business. It turns out this was the right choice as they did not disappoint. Traveling with 4 grandchildren, we blew/shredded a camper tire on I-44. Allstate Roadside Assistance could NOT understand “westbound on I-44, 9 miles east of the Miami, OK exit”. After 34 minutes, we were told it would be two more hours before anyone could get to us. We decided to limp slowly on into Miami and prayed we wouldn’t ruin the rim. We ended up here in pretty poor moods, knowing we would be at the mercy of whatever we found and not real happy with the first four hours of a 4-week trip!!!What we found was this wonderful establishment. All of the employees that we encountered were warm, kind, helpful, and fun. What could have been a horrible experience (which we expected) was instead a very, very pleasant one. They replaced all four tires very quickly and very reasonably and helped make a negative situation into a positive one. We strongly recommend patronizing this business. Thank you!!

2 guys standing n watching 1 guy do something on the computer and visiting for 10 minutes and I was ignored until I interrupted them and asked if they coul fix my tire b4 they closed. One of the guys just standing there said yes they could and then told the other one to go get my truck. They both knew which vehicle was mine because they obviously saw me pull up. I was in quite a hurry and was quite irritated. But they did get my tire fix and was reasonably priced. I will use them again because this is the first time I have had this happen and I have used them quite often.

Harvey was really helpful.Went for an oil change and tire rotation and learned a lot of useful information from him while I was there.

This place is a joke, if you want to take a chance on going in for a simple task and not being able to drive your vehicle away without sinking a grand or 2 in your car then go to this place. In my eyes they should change there name to Carnies because what they provide is a circus act!!!! I also have video via my phone of them attempting to work on a vehicle and treating there customer base horrid.

The customer service was second to none office guys were very knowledgeable but didnt over complicate things. They answered all of my question even if I thought they were stupid question was my first visit and I will never go anywhere else for my automotive and tire needs

I was told by another shop that my car need an alignment. When I took it to Protire they told me the alignment was perfect. They could have just said it needed aligned and made a buck, but they told me the truth and earned my business.

Second time here different vehicle. They took over an 1hr that was estimated, ordered the wrong oil filter and didnt know it was a V8 vehicle. Gave it a chance twice not coming back.

These guys really stepped up they scheduled my sons vehicle for front end repair 2 days to us making a 10 hour drive ended up they were closed on Monday due to Memorial Day parts didn’t get in. They called around located parts and stayed open late to complete the work on Tuesday.Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service ! We are on a Route 66 road trip and had a large foreign object in our tire went to Walmart auto as it was the closest and was treated very rudley , luckily we found this shop down the road and we could not have asked for better service !
