My car broke down coincidentally across the street from Bavarian car care around lunch time. I walked over and spoke to Jay. He assured me he would send a technician over immediately after lunch to diagnose the problem. They found the issue and had the vehicle repaired before the close of business that day. Very straight forward and fair. Will definitely be returning for future repairs/maintenance and would absolutely recommend.

There are many reasons for this.I have worked with shops in many locations around the country (including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, and Miami, to name a few). Frankly Jay and Glenn, and their team are the best I have ever experienced.The foundation for this at Bavarian, is second-to-none vehicle knowledge and maintenance skill / experience, coupled with absolute honesty and integrity.As an example, I recently had some repair issues on one of my BMWs that other shops would have immediately optimized (choose the most expensive way to fix it). Given the subtle complexity to the mechanical issue, the customer would not have been the wiser, and the repair would have been very expensive (multiple $ thousands). Bavarian, does not work that way. You will get a clear, thorough and honest assessment of what your vehicle issues are, and recommendations accordingly.Additionally, if you are worried about the stereotype of being female or less mechanically knowledgeable, and walking into a typical repair shop expecting to be taken advantage of, fear not. I send my daughter here with her 4 Series, and don’t ever need to second guess what she is being advised on, regarding service and repairs.Conversely, I would never send someone with limited mechanical knowledge to a dealer for service. That’s where you really get taken advantage of (although you do get a frothy latte from the coffee machine in the dealer lounge, that costs you an extra $1,000 - sorry they don’t offer that at Bavarian).Jay, Glen and Bavarian Car Care truly care about their customers, and customer vehicle outcomes. My BMW M3 went into safety mode due to recent engine problem. Jay and the techs at Barvarian trouble shot and repaired the problem in a professional expedited manner. My M3 is running great it was returned clean and the price was right. Its no surprise they been in business close to 30 years. I would not hesitate to use them again for future maintenance.

I never write reviews but this place is a treasure. Jay, Glen and the rest of the staff are professional, honest and deliver the best service for BMW vehicles in Miami. I have a 2008 328xi and have been going to them for years and they have taken excellent care of my car. They are upfront with the pricing, explain car issues in a way that a layperson could understand, and always solve whatever issues Ive had in a timely manner. Also, Glen is an artist with respect to body work. He has the ability to think outside the box and has made my car look brand-new. I simply will not go anywhere else as long as this place exists.

Jay and his team did a great job with my 2014 BMW 550i. Although it was in for only oil/fluid maintenance, he was thorough with an evaluation, gave fair assessment of upcoming maintenance, and was fair with price. Level of service and flexibility were great.

Ive been getting my car service here since 2015. Jay and his staff are great at diagnosing issues based on experience as well as the use of technology. That to me is important! Youre probably looking at 100 yrs of experience if you total up everyone. Ive done everything from a basic oil change to an engine swap and cat delete, so yeah they can handle it.

All of the reviews Ive read are true reflections of Jay and his team. After searching extensively for an honest mechanic to troubleshoot my car I came across Bavarian by sheer coincidence. They were able to see us the next day and were open before 8 a.m. The best part was how straightforward they were in the assessment and recommendation. I took my BMW here for an inspection a day before my warranty expired and they helped me even as a walk-in. They showed me everything that was wrong with the car so I could get it fixed by the dealer under a warranty! True professionals who have the customers best interest in mind, and anyone who lives in Miami knows how rare that can be here. So...... these guys are the best!!! I have an old 328i convertible with top issues.. I came in without an appointment, and while I was deciding on when to leave it, Glen and Jay came outside, cranked the top closed and bent my trunk latch back into place and did not want to charge me... now that the top is closed, I can make plans to leave the car another day... which I definitely will.. but at least I wont look like a wet rag when I do come back... thanks guys.. see you soon...

I of course called all the local BMW shops. There are a few things I noticed... the other shops were not only more expensive but the mechanics I talked to, honestly didnt know exactly what they were talking about, or didnt have the proper tools to complete the job (that includes one of the popular dealerships here). I know how to do most Mechanical stuff myself, so with that I can tell who is trying to BS and who knows whats going on.Jay knew exactly what was going on, was very informative on where everything was at repair wise. He also knew information about my vehicle I wouldnt of expected, this is a quality of someone who is a master of his trade. These guys not only got the job done, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Save yourself the time and trouble, if you want quality care for your Bimmer, take it to these guys, dont mess with the other halfway shops, who just have general knowledge of vehicles.

My car ended up having a wiring issue with the battery. Bavarian took a look at my car even though they were very busy and found the problem quickly. I was willing to pay them for the trouble but they refused! They have won my trust and all my future business.

Was in the market for a 2016 535i M-Sport package, found a vehicle at a local dealership and took the vehicle over to Bavarian Car care with no appointment scheduled and the owner was kind enough to go ahead and look the vehicle over before I finalized the purchase at a local dealership. To make a long story short they found out the car had had some major damage underneath that was not listed on the carfax and there was no way to know without putting the car on the lift. Bavarian Car Care saved me from making a 28k mistake, and Im greatly appreciative of them. Nothing but great service and extremely helpful. I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle afterwards from another dealership and will be taking it to bavarian for the life of the vehicle. Thank you again guys.

Bavarian Car Care has been a complete car care center for my 2005 Z4. I now only take my car there. The two repairs that were needed were fixed far less than the price of the dealership. Both repairs (separate events) were done in one day. Both repairs have lasted. BCC gives me the freedom now to buy a used BMW for my daughter and have no worries. The staff there tells me what I need and more importantly, what my car does not need. When I used to take my car into a dealership it always seem to have a need. This shop is a gem for anyone looking to fix their bmw. After I was quoted over 1k in repairs by my local stealership, I took my bmw to Bavarian car care. They performed a simple diagnostic and it ended being a 20 dollar ignition coil that was faulty.
