I bought an engine and needed it to be installed, and Meineke provided the engine installation service. They also caught a radiator leak and worn CV axle, and had them replaced as well. The job was quality work, and they kept me up to speed with the costs and necessary repairs including a timeline. Very saistfied with the work and the car runs smoothly. The only complaint is one piece of a 2-piece splash guard is missing (and it was present before the job), and i wont be compensated for it.

Polite, helpful and friendly staff. Work done on time. I have an old car with many little problems but they were willing to only fix what was needed to get it back on the road. I will recommend them to friends in the area.

Great feeling the moment I entered. Greeted with a smile 😃 even through a mask. Offered a value added combo that made great sense . No pressure or upset. Mechanic pointed out how the misalignment had impacted tires and suggested tire rotation at no charge. Mechanic took car out for a final road test and all was good to go.Would with out any hesitation recommend to friends and family when in the Miami area.

I brought my vehicle for repair because of an knock in the engine. It sat there for a week before it was diagnosed properly, and was given 6 different reasons and quotes. Eventually it was repaired needed a head job a few weeks later the check engine light came on and a slight knocking and whining noise from the engine. They gave me 1 year warranty on the initial head job but said when they test drive the truck they did not hear a noise. Even if they heard the noise the vehicle would not be repaired again. They over quote people on prices. Dont go to this shop ever 115 NE 183RD Miami Gardens. There is a police corruption in South Florida cops are contacting businesses and telling them what to do how much money to charge customers and if a customer has money to repair the vehicle. The entire staff including Jeff the manager is contacted. You have to give this business a rating in order to post a review. Dont the manager Jeff talks way too much rather than listening to the customer.

Ended up fixing a part in my car, then broke something else. The guys at Meineke knew what I was talking about when I told them what needed to be fixed. Had the car ready in two days. Very professional people they know what theyre doing, great discounts, will recommend them to everyone.

Initially told me I needed a new engine after inspecting the car for a short time and quoted me over two grand only to double back and say that I just need a water pump and radiator. If I didn’t have warranty coverage who knows what else they would’ve put on there. Just seems like they were going to try to get over on me.When I asked the price to replace the radiator I was quoted over $800 which is also ridiculous for a Honda Accord smh...A good quality radiator cost $141 at Advance Auto Parts, so the additional $700+ is the labor charge 🤔Turn around time for the repair was pretty good.

Thanks to Meineke I was able to get an oil change in under an hour and still get to work early.The young lady at the desk is very customer friendly. She made me coffee and even put on a movie while I waited. The atmosphere is quite pleasant.I will be coming back for my next oil change.

Although the customer service is good. Ive had to come back a total of 4 time within 6 weeks time for different repairs biggest one was two weeks ago transmission, before that was busted brake hose had it towed, then it was busted coolant hose had it towed picked it up this past Saturday Aug 3, now wont crank at all not even after a jump had it towed again. Yes my car is old but I never had so many issues back to back after taking it to a mechanic. Not passing judgement thats not my call to make, bur taking it somewhere else.

This was my second visit to this location and I love the customer service. I don’t leave reviews unless I’m impressed with everything. This is now my new place to come to. I had the worst experience EVER at this store. I brought my car in because it wasn’t running properly and had a service done for 350$. While the car was still at the shop, they called me and said it needed additional work which I agreed to bringing my total to around 800$. I drove it off the lot, immediately noticed it was running funny and brought it back in the next day. The mechanic said everything was fine and I drove it off the lot again (I told them that I would be okay to keep the car there as long as they needed to fix it) I picked it up after A WEEK of diagnosis. After about 1-2 days the engine completely overheated and almost blew up while I was in the vehicle. They claimed they now knew what was wrong and were 99% sure I’d need a 700$ service That’s when they told me I needed to pay for another 700$ service. I refused the service because I didn’t trust them anymore and they told me they would not cover the tow and would not give me my keys until I paid them. I HAD to have the tow because I drove a non-working car off the lot and was not comfortable driving it back. My car is old and to be honest I wouldn’t have ever done the service had I known it would cost me 1500$ because the car is only worth about 4000$. They try to scam you out of your money by doing one expensive service after the other and one at a time. This means they give you a reasonable price up front then continue to add services. After losing 1000$, in towing and service fees my car still does not work and I’m very disappointed. I would never recommend this place!! Stay far away!! I wish I could give them 0 stars. I am a student and It’s so disheartening to spend your hard earned money on car service and to get nothing in return. If the problem was fixed the first time I would not have gone through so much heartache in the process.

Each time I have been to this location they take my car in right away and perform the work as we discussed. They even stayed a bit after closing the first time I went there to get my work. The management and other workers all have a great attitude and will talk to you until they have answered all my questions. I recommend this location for any car concerns!

I was told that I need a engine swap for my 2011 min country s after I paid $100 for a engine test that I believe was not done. They told me the cheapest I could fix my engine was for 6 thousand but I didn’t Need a engine swap just a oil change and Collin in the car.

This is a very bad maineke store, they are lazy, they dont want to attend you. They close always 1 hour before the others maineke stores, they always say they have cars on eating list and this is not true just in order not to work. THIS MAINEKE SUCKS
