You can do a deal with them BLINDFOLDED, specially if you deal with Maritza, the best sales associate and Amit her boss is also amazing. They did me a solid one on my deal, made things happen when the situation wasn’t highly in my favor in the financing side, they’re a great team and they also were extremely transparent about business & how they do things, they gave me sparkling water, coffee, made the deal go through like butter and I LOVE my new ride. Braman Mini is not what it used to be Braman was always a prestigious known for its customer service. But now its no better than any other car dealership to have your car serviced. The manager of the service department for many was very unprofessional I need it a loner and he could not provide one because I did not insurance. So they did not provide a Rent-A-Car now I was going to spend almost a thousand to $1,500 out of my pocket to fix the car. Well they lost that profit or my business I will never take my car to bring it again. Good luck mr. Braman

After buying a beautiful car from this dealership - I cannot speak on how disappointed I am with the dealership as a whole. After leaving the dealership I realized one of the keys was not functioning. I took it to Land Rover and was told this key was never programmed and was essentially just a spare key, I paid for the key to be re-programmed. After returning to Braman to at least re-coup some of the costs for the key they gave me that did not work, they essentially told me to screw off. They wouldnt even cover the cost to re-program a key they presented as one of my car keys. The Sales Manager basically told me I was lucky to even get 2 keys and dismissed me.

Worst experience ever with Braman service department! I have been bringing my car for 2 years to service my it, but there is always something wrong every time I bring my car there! Last week, I brought it for low pressure in a tire, they said it was low pressure, they just inflated the tires. 3 days after, tire light is back on the dashboard… I bring the car back and this time they find a nail. When I come to pick up my car, I found my driver seat full of grease (see photo). So now I have to wait again for them to clean it. Hopefully it goes away… 6 months ago, a pulsation in my car when breaking, I brought my car 7 times, they had me replace pads & rotors, at the end, the pulsation is still present but they say they don’t feel it, so I have to drive my car in this condition, and they charged me for that! I emailed, called several time over a few weeks the manager Alex Herera, but he had never dare to call me back, and every time I would ask on site to meet him in person, he’s not able to see me. It’s a shame for such a big dealer!! As soon as I can, I will trade that car and go for another dealer!! Done!!

As my X5 lease was coming to an end, I was approached by many different different consults from BMW dealers. I decided to give a first shot to Waleed Radwan from Braman as his no-pressure consultant approach spoke to me. He helped finding a X3 that was aligned with my requirements and within a reasonable time we were able to reach a fair deal. The whole transaction was completed in less time than usual and without any of the classic boiler room style of pressure. I do recommend him to those looking for a BMW.

Braman is either short of mechanics or has too much business. Anyway, an up to three day turn around estimate is unacceptable. This is further aggravated by the lack of loaners which means the customer has to get a rental car while the car is being serviced.

Pretty great experience with my auto purchase. I did most of the work, as I had already picked the car out online. With that being said, everything else was smooth sailing. Thank you Yoana. Now as far as the prepping of the car to be delivered. Thats why I only gave 4 stars. The inside of the car was dirty, and there was alot of sticky glue stuff on the outside of the car. I live in Oakland Park, so too far to take it back for them to clean it better.

If I could give zero stars I would. Alejandro Diaz was the dealer who sold my elderly father a lemon. He and Brahman took advantage of my elderly father and sold him a car that he knew had issues. It has been one issue after the next. He has refused to answer my fathers calls. So if you want a crook dealership that will take advantage of you and then refuse to answer your calls then this is the place! On a moral level do not support this business. They take advantage of vulnerable people for the sake of money. Was the commission check worth it? Evil, manipulative, dishonest.
