No designated line. People line up wherever. While waiting, several men walked right in past where I was waiting in line, walked directly up to a cash register and received help. I wasnt assisted until everyone else was helped. Its in a predominantly spanish part of town and I was not greeted or spoken to until it was time to pay. I dont know alot of spanish but I know how to say hello and may I help you and I never heard that. If I didnt need those parts immediately, I wouldve went elsewhere. I cant tolerate rudeness.

I came in this advance auto parts, an employee Ennio came up to me without me asking for help and assisted me in finding the brake fluid I needed for my scooter. If you need great service come to this store and ask for Ennio, you wont regret your experience and they valve your money

They have to have security outside keeping watch at all times. That should tell you the situation there. If you pull in, the loitering people immediately come after you like a heat seeking missle, even before you try to park. Other people have chairs they set up to sit near the front doors all day. Smaller side hustles set up on the perimeter of the lot like tinting your entire vehicles windows for $35.

These guys working the night shift have no idea what costumer service is. Since the beginning, they didn’t want to help me at all. I asked them information about batteries and they were so lazy to ask me what exactly. I showed them the online advertising that says free battery installment with battery purchase. The guys told me they don’t install battery’s and I would have to install it myself. They also told me I couldn’t install the battery in front of the store because it is illegal. So how am I supposed to move my car if my battery is dead? I also asked them to borrow me tools and they said they don’t have tools with such a bad attitude. These associates need to learn some manners.

Will not allow you to pull your battery out int the parking lot to bring it in for a check lol I guess Im supposed to have a new one in it already to bring the old one in. Rediculous policy.

Very disappointed with the error with purchased parts, the lack of automotive knowledge and inventory organization. Ive been put through several return trips to the store due to staff errors. I hope that this issue be addressed.

Crowded and limited English speakers. But they were helpful with my returning thr core for my credit. Not certain if what they enteted shows up in their system everywhere because anothee store could not find my most recent purchase.

The place inside is good and organized. The parking lot looks a little scary but if you just go and buy your stuff, you should be fine.

I Went there becauae one of the coolant pipe broken.. so look for the part supplier more close to my location and i went real fast there before my car burned out. i bought there part and when i went to replace part which will take me only 5 min at the parking lot. a security come to me tell me i can even open thr hood if i do it they will call me the police.. worst experience ever in a part supplier.. this places sucks

I went to make an appointment and when I arrived on my appointment the employee told me we do not have an engine filter for your car knowing before the appointment he said everything is available and wasted my time and I went to buy the filter and return again to my appointment and the oil was changed in a period of 3 hours a bad and nasty place and the employees are racists
