Don’t use these clowns, ordered a part from them, told me Monday, then Tuesday delivery now Thursday they say they can’t deliver and truck driver never showed up here, unreliable, unprofessional. Stay away from these idiots.

5 stars aint enough they sent through ebay a small part to Australia part cost $26 same part from other sellers $50-$100 so was $62AUD shipping included less than half the local price here 👍😀

On phone said they had all the parts I requested. Showed up they only had 2 of the 8 requested parts.

I drove cross country from Los Angeles to Miami and damaged my car along the way. Came across Express parts, took a chance and I can proudly say that it paid off. The staff was extremely helpful and considerate, I felt seen and heard every step of the way. I truly can not remember the last time that I came across a company that prioritizes efficient customer service over just another sale. I highly recommend express parts.

When you call immediately they put you on HOLD! You can stay there for several minutes, the best option is hang and call again until many attempts you might be lucky to get someone to try to offer you some customer service because in that particular aspect they lack big time, maybe 1 person in many try her best to help you, but to conclude rude personnel, lousy customer service and disastrous management. Just saying...

A driver of your van was behind me today on federal hwy 1 at the florinado intersection. He honked at me at least 15 times as we were in the left hand turn lane. There were 4 people in front of me to turn first. Then the light turned red, he continued to honk at me, with cars still in front of me stopped. Once we had a green arrow to turn, we all did, he kept honking at me. Then he starting tailgating me, so close to me that I couldn’t even see the front of his van when I looked in my mirrors. He is a horrible representative of your company. I have his picture if you care to know which of your drivers should be off the road for driving dangerously.

One of their truck drivers license plate was KCJT59 almost ran me and my boyfriend off the road April 9th 2:13 pm on havendale blv. Winter haven Florida he was on his phone and merged right at us not looking fully took over our lane n pushed us away and i hope he gets fired he is a white male older like 30ish 40ish. Idiot terrible driver get new workers.

If I can give a zero I would, everyrome something happens or the “manager” sory/Sony hernanadez wants to go home they always close early and she says it’s the “owner” bit when you ask about owner she won’t give any information. Prices are great but customer service sucks and it’s false advertisement when your not open the hours the business says it is. Miss Hernandez is extremely rude, swears way too much (that’s how I know the calls aren’t recorded) and doesn’t care about the customers which she neglects to remember we ate the reason your there. Please get this place together it’s sad

Bad experience bought some fenders they were the wrong ones I went back to get my money first of all they charged me $380 for two fenders I went back to get my money that I returned them to get my money they only wanted to give me store credit they robbed me for $70 just to get my money back bad business

Very poor service. I called before going simply to make sure the part was in stock and available (I was told it was). The best place to buy Aftermarket parts, incredible attention. They always work fast and above all always attentive to the needs of their clients.

The worst place to buy parts and after paying for the parts they make you wait more than 30 minutes in the sun.I do not recommend it at all.Not counting how badly the staff talks.

The price is not bad but when you are going to wait for more parts in the warehouse it takes a year to get it in other places to buy parts, it is always much faster than here you have to improve that detail ...

I bought a bumper in their office to deliver they took me to the workshop at that moment they did not check the next day when I took it because it had a defect they did not have more And they told me not to return the money that was turkey cash but that they would leave it on credit
