I was trying to talk to a sales representative, asking for the products they have. Extremely rude, I asked if they had pre-owned appliances and she hung up on me. To the management- FIND SOMEONE WHO REALLY WANTS TO WORK. NOT HTAT PIECE OF GARBAGE

I ordered a GE monogram microwave on August 3 and was promised delivery August 27. It never arrived and they never contacted me. Whenever I call, they insist that I speak with the salesperson who sold it to me, and that person is never there. They promise he will call and he doesnt. When I finally reach him, he tells me it will arrive early September. This pattern repeats 3 more times. It is then promised at the end of September, then early October, then the end of October. Finally, I asked for refund, which they agreed to, and I ordered it from another company (where it was also cheaper). The other company delivered it and installed it in 2 weeks. After a week, the refund from Drimmers was not applied and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. After the credit card company issued me the credit, the salesman emailed me telling me that I was in fact refunded and asked me to drop my dispute. You get the point.

We bought a washer and dryer on Wednesday and had delivery on Friday. the delivery guys installed the machines, showed us how to use them and did a test run. not a scratch. we will be remodeling our kitchen and outdoor living, I will never shop anywhere else. your customer service was amazing and quick, I requested a part to reverse my dryer door, they called Maytag and it was shipped fed-ex in under an hour. The best customer service ever.

I was in the market to purchase a new front load washer/dryer. Like anyone else, the first place I went to was the “big box” stores. The level of service I was received there was dismal. After doing a google search for a store that just sold appliances I came upon Drimmers. After a short car ride I arrive to their showroom. I was promptly assigned a salesperson to help with my search. We went over features and options until I arrived at my selection. Here comes what I thought was going to be the scary part....pricing. With the expert individual service there is no way Drimmers will be close to the price of the big box stores. Well, I was wrong. Drimmers price was within $50 of the big box stores.Fast forward to delivery day, setup and installation was smooth and effortless. The delivery guy answered all of my questions and showed me how to use the machines.I highly recommend Drimmers, all of my future appliance purchases will be thru them.

With the purpose to sell, at the beginning all sound positive, reason I made the decision to spend several thousands of dollars in appliances with them. Thereafter all the “nice talk” transformed in a night mare that has lasted more than 4 months. Many many issues have been going on. All in all a very disappointing experience. There are only a couple of people in the store that deserves recognition.

I needed a new stovetop when my old one cracked and Drimmers immediately informed me of my best options. I was given the best price and the appliance was ordered, delivered and installed within a week. The installer was professional, efficient, and came back for a follow up a couple of days later to make sure everything was working great. I purchased a fridge and when they delivered and carted away the old fridge they damaged my floors. This took place December 27th 2019 I was told months ago it would be repaired. No one has contacted me or made any attempt to repair the damaged caused in my home. I emailed Levi Drimmer several times he told me he will fix my floors. I have been very patient but now feel he is not being honest and is stringing me along. This has been extremely stressful and Mr Drimmers complete disregard for his clients and business is appalling. STAY AWAY

Before we bought our first kitchen appliance, for our new condo. we shopped around. Although all the venues were acceptable, in every case, something was missing. Finally we decided to shop online. One of the names that popped up was Drimmers. On impulse we called, and from the first minute, we liked these people. Appliances do more than just sit there until you need them. The wrong ones can ruin more than an occasional day. We knew that, and we wanted to replace our day wreckers that were already in our condo.Salespeople at Drimmers helped us select the right products. Buying from them was a pleasure. and thats saying something when talking about a laundry center! Our first experience was so good that we have used Drimmers exclusively ever since.Wonderful personal service is great alone. However, Drimmers offers something else, as well. Its staff stands behind sold products. They are there if you encounter a serious problem with an appliance, Drimmers will work to make it right for you. We know because we had such a problem.I recommend this company without reservation. We will be needing a new stove soon, and it will come from Drimmers.

Needing a new electric range I began shopping online with the big box stores dominating the internet. I was hoping to find a local appliance dealer when I read a posting by a neighbor on Next Door saying how pleased she was with Drimmers, both in service and price. I contacted them, went into their store and bought the range from them. The selection of brands was vast, the price was great, the salesperson courteous and informative, and the delivery and installation was on time and professionally done. Overall, the experience was very positive and so much more personal than what I have experienced with the big box stores. I recommend Drimmers to anyone shopping for appliances.

Thieves.Ten years ago I bought a refrigerator,stove , dishwasher as well as other appliances. All appliances were G.E.My contractor accepted the units and installed them around custom cabinetry. When I got down to Florida I discovered that the refrigerator installed was not the unit I bought . I called the manager and was told that the unit I bought was no longer available and was shipped the newer model. Now ten years later I was having freeze up problems with the unit and was told by TECH that I would have to replace all the gaskets. When he went to look for the model and serial number THERE WERE NONE. The unit sold me was a CONDEMNED unit which should have been destroyed not sold.I called Drimmers told them my story, gave them my receipt number, and was told my the new manger that she would look into it. That was 3 months ago still no call back. I had to buy a new unit, for $1200. All I wanted was consideration towards a new model . Bait and switch, condemned models, and no call back. Just Thieves.P.S. 10 years ago I paid $1200 for the old unit

Can’t recommend due to lack of service recovery after something went wrongI ordered a cooktop, a dishwasher and a microwave from Drimmers for my kitchen remodel. The Sales person is knowledgeable, the order process was smooth.The cooktop was accidently drop shipped to my house, instead of getting delivered to Drimmer’s. I received a call from Drimmer’s inquiring if the cooktop got accidently shipped to me directly which I confirmed. I did not open the box until a few weeks later when the countertop company needed to see it. It was then when we realized that the ceramic top was shattered. Drimmer’s was apologetic and vowed to get the cooktop replaced. Nothing happened from then on, no follow up whatsoever.When I followed up, asking for the person I dealt with, I was advised that she no longer worked there. It then took more follow up and prodding until someone else took over. However more follow up was needed from my end. Email correspondence to me included internal emails between Drimmer employees which I find unprofessional. It was decided by Drimmer’s to change the shipment method to avoid any more issues. All this caused me to be without a cooktop longer than it was necessary.It also took a few follow up emails and calls to get the broken cooktop picked up. When Drimmer’s finally did, the only took the cooktop but left me with all packaging material! (I left the box outside my house and I was not home when the cooktop was picked up).Bottom line – for a high end appliance company, I expect better customer service. I would think that the person who sells you the appliance should “own” the customer from ordering to installation. This was clearly not the case. Things can go wrong but then need to be dealt with correctly. Appliances cost the same from whoever you order from. What sets the company apart is the service. Lastly I need to mention that their installer goofed as well, as he installed my old oven to the incorrect power outlet. Fortunately my electrician saw this and fixed before he came back to install the cooktop.I would also be a nice gesture if someone from the company stops by after all appliances are installed, to ensure complete satisfaction.

We just replaced our 31 year old Sub Zero refrigerator with a new Sub Zero. Hindy was very knowledgeable in finding a new Sub Zero which would fit into the built in space. The entire purchase was easy and flawless. Drimmers delivery men were real experts in moving the new refrigerator into the kitchen. There was not a scratch nor blemish on the refrigerator. The installer was a master craftsman. He made sure the Sub Zero was level, plumb and just the right height; a perfect fit. YES, I would purchase future appliances from Drimmers.

Great place! I appreciated the honesty and professional advice on the choice of all my appliances for my new kitchen from Levi Drimmer the owner). They are organized and on top of things in regard to installation, planning, timing, etc.They upgraded me on the dishwasher at no cost. They gave me great prices that I compared with best buy and another appliance store in Aventura. Drimmers Appliance offered me better packages and discounts.Even after one year of purchase, Drimmers appliance has been above my expectations in regard to customer service.

I spent 75k with them, returned some items totalizing 10k but we haven’t received any refund. Unbelievable !!!!!!!!
