Online prices and store prices are different. While you can price match to the online price - they dont allow to use coupons and a price match. Better buy online with coupon and pick it up from the store.

Did not get text within 2 business hours, but the manager straightened everything out. Cashier displayed above-average customer service skills. I was pleased. It looks like the store can use an extra employee, though.

My pick-up order was fast, friendly, and easy at the Bed Bath & Beyond store in Coral Gables.

Its ok. The store is not properly stocked, I have gone several times for a few items, but no luck. The location of the store is good however, since there is not store in Miami beach. But the lack of proper store merchandise is why most people turn to the other merchandise giant.

The manager could not give me a store credit on an expensive item such as a Rowena iron thats not heating properly. Anywhere I make purchases the stores will at least honor a store credit on an item that appears in their system. This is completely unacceptable.

Pickup order sign is confusing. I did wait after a person in the front of me at the pickup sign. Separate line for purchase customers. After customer in front of me left. Cashier told me I have to stay in line with all other customers, in the mean time another 5 persons join the line. I explain to him that it doesnt make sense to gave a sign for pickup order on one side and a sign for customers on the other side, this is the first store where I have been told to stay together with the purchase customers. I could have waited curbside. His partner was kind and asked me for my last name and immediately pass me my order which was there ready to pickup. Kudos to her, a great employee. She saved the day. Probably they dont have any training not to mix pickup orders with purchasing customers.

I love the location, love going up to the parking higher levels. Been at this location about 5 times already and my girlfriend definitely seems to love it. Im not thr shopping around type but their prices seem really fair, and they always seem to have offers on a lot of things, the only reason I do in a way dislike this place is because it wants to take my money, you look around and you instantly start getting ideas of what you want to do next in your kitchen, in your bathroom, and in your rooms. The staff have been very helpful is helping me find specifically the items Ive been looking for when I have been here alone. Would I recommend it? Yes.

I shop at this store occasionally and I have find myself regretting my visits all the time. I have been there when the lines have been super long and have waited but I will admit that sometimes I just leave. Today, I walked around looking for several items I had seen online to see if I could find them in store but had trouble locating one specific item. I saw an employee pushing a cart and I attempted to ask her a question and she simply kept moving and said she would be back. Needless to say, never saw her again. I went to pay and line was not long. I came with a receipt for something I bought in December and I had forgotten to bring my 20% Discount. According to the cashier you have 14 days to get credit?? When did this happen? I will no longer be shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond. There are too many places that offer products of the same quality that don’t require all this hassle.

I absolutely love the BB&B company! This location served me and was the location I used for my wedding shower registry! The staff was helpful and the store was neat and well organized (as most BBB are) I love their return and coupon policy. I have no doubt that I will continue to use this company for years to come. BBB also own buy buy baby and the BBB coupons work in the baby store as well!

I was at the LA Fitness center and left my towel back home so I stopped here to purchase one. I was quick to get the one I wanted but when it came time to get in line and purchase, there was one cashier. The manager was called to approve a customers return but did nothing about the line that formed...He simply could have logged in to a register to open up for us. He didnt. Poor management.

I can’t post pictures here but corporate will see them anyways. TIM the store manager didn’t give me a 60% OFF on 3 items that were absolutely displayed over 3 spots this items were. A wall clock a welcome sign and a wall painting were placed in the same wall but only the welcome sign was at 60% in the system. He assume it’s because people move things around, meaning at 9:30 am I was the only customer at the store when it just opened. 2 more clocks and 2 more paintings was at the wall and like 6 welcome signs between these 2. I’m not confuse at all he just blame people what people the store was empty. Besides the hanging picture frame scanned at 60% and the lamp did not also being placed at the discounted items of the same brand collection. So I left, upset and disappointed that a store manager did not fix the issue, if there is a spot with more than on same item displayed at a discount price people assume is accurate. Please be careful when you go here, too much manipulative attitude towards customer service in accuracy of prices and the items were neatly organized. He I’m sorry is extremely unprofessional to a customer of the store for over 4 years.

Its a the classic store BBB. Everything is neat and in order and everyone is helpful but its overpriced. It works in a pinch if you need towels (from cheap to plush) or gifts for a wedding of people you dont know that well.

Very convenient and close to Miracle Mile. Even though it is smaller than other stores, it still has everything the others do. Lots of parking and great accessibility with escalators and elevators. Employees very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this location.

Parking is terrible and the store not organized

Went in today to buy a towel bar for my bathroom. The brand that caught my attention, they all had a price tag, so I took that to the register to pay. There was quite a line going through customer service for some reason and just 2 cashiers. When they rung up the item, the item rang up twice the price tag, the cashier just said that it happens all the time, but that it was just a simple mistake. I would understand if it was just my item that had the tag with the price set on it, but all the items had the price tag sticker on it with the same price. At least theres a Marshalls next door.

Horrible service! Especially from Pedro, the alleged manager on duty, who after half an hour of been called to assist in two occasions by the cashier, failed to show up for help on a return and then do online order; and Divina who stated that she would not cater the client. Worst experience ever at BBB. We had to wait approximately 35 minutes for the above, gave up on on the store staff and settled for return of our money of the previously purchased Crock Pot.

This store is a nightmare.Very unorganized nothing is in place. And a lot of stuff they have out in the shelves they don’t have in stock or sold out.

The store is what it is but the cashiers need to be re organized. If someone with a big trolley is in front its impossible to pass him.And what is deploring is the cashier chewing the gum. Its revolting to see while waiting in line.

Always like shopping here. They have some good products at good prices. And the 20% coupon always works.

In stock items are better than any other location but there is no customer service at this location. The 2 employees at the front seemed lost and scattered back and forth like they didnt know what to do next. One girl was left to handle a long line by herself while the older one walked around aimlessly. Waited for help in the bathroom department, no one ever came. Bad customer service will make this location lose business. 2 other customers left because no one came to help.
