Really disappointing! I finally got a meager credit for the lemon oven/range they sold me, come to find out they have only one replacement in the price range....and that one is not available for MONTHS due to covid. The on floor manager was really just so ready to not deal with me. I had to contact the store manager, who does care, and might be able to help me. Its been 6 months. After this , I will NEVER buy anything from Brandsmart ever again.

Do not buy ANYTHING from this store. We purchased a dishwasher with an extended warranty. The dishwasher broke and we are now waiting over 3 weeks for them to repair it. They keep telling us they are waiting for a part. The warranty clearly states that if you cant fix it you will get us a new one. I highly doubt its a part they are waiting for because when the technician was on site, he said he couldnt repair the dishwasher. Had to bring it to the shop for them to find someone who knows how to repair it. Horrible customer service and definitely not honorable to their warranty commitments.

The delivery service they have provided a bad service in delivering our appliances yesterday. They came hours before the scheduled time and in a rush. They didn’t complete the installation, because of the waterline valve wasn’t working. It turned out to be a lie and the plumber wasn’t needed. I had to pay a plumber to finish their job, because I couldn’t wait for another bransmart tech to come. Don’t use their delivery/ installation service.

To buy electronics this is a good place. Reasonable price and long lasting. I usually, dont go for extended guarantee as I have observed that the electronics are mostly running smoothly even after one year factory guarantee.

Items were delivered on time.We requested the installation of the wall air-conditioning unit. They sent one technician to install the unit when it is a two man job. The “technician” had a massive attitude and never even got started on the job. When I spoke to the representative on the phone, the attitude from the representative on the phone only got worse.I asked why they sent only one person to do a 2-man job and according to them, it would have costed me an additional $75 dollars which seems odd to me that they did not know what they were doing. I explained to the representative on the phone that the old unit which we were replacing was 5 or 6 feet above the floor and all the wall. I also asked about the cage that the Air conditioner supposed to come in and they were very confused about that. This whole experience has been very disappointing and as far as I am concerned, I will never be purchasing,or having anything installed by them again. I am only able to give them one star but they are definitely a zero star company.From a very disappointed and angry customerNEVER AGAIN.

If going to buy items that are not in stock STOP!!! DO NOT BUY...... as today 09/12/2021 is going to be almost 3 months, and of the 4 appliances that we bought back in June, we have received only 2of them!!!!.... and everytime that we contact our sales person, she dont know when they will be deliver the 2 missing items, and if we call costumer service they dont even know what we have receive already, they always ask me ok sr what items have you received already?...... come on! Thats something that brandsmart should know looking at the system, where it should show what has been delivered and what is not been delivered yet.. completelly mess!!!!...... and thats not the only issue.... for the installation that we paid for the 2 items that we have already received (microwave & dishwasher).... it looks like its the first time that brandsmark schedule to install something, which im 100% sure is not the first time.... the installer show up and banggg!!! The building didnt allow them to install because they need an insurance and to fill out a form and submit it to the building office before go to make any sort of installation.... but im pretty sure that that situation can be avoided if at the time that the schedule the installation with me, they ask me if i live in a single house, a townhouse, and apartment, etc etc... that way they will know iif i told them that i live in a building, that they might need to contact the office of the building to ask if they have any requirements for external contractors.... but they didnt ask me nothing when they schedule the installation so i assume that they have everything undercontrol

Theyve added new items like furniture and home decor which is pretty cool, but buyer beware. Be sure to shop around and price check online, especially on their website. Their sales guy tried to claim a special pricing offer if I add on the insurance, but he was actually offering me the online price and adding on insurance for the sales perk to him. NOT COOL- 😡

Absolute horror placed an order online for multiple items. Items were to be picked up at the S.Dade location in miami. Get an email at 7:30 pm sating order is cancelled. If it is in error contact them. Contact customer service she gives me a number of a verification company because all orders are verified. Mind you card is charged. Call the number no one answers. Call back customer service ask for a manager and same person tells me there isn’t one. Call they store and they have no answers except to say the number you need to call has the answers for you. POOREST customer service. Better off with Best Buy or even Walmart at this point

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! If we could give less than one star, we would. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy any appliances from this store (can’t speak for other locations). We have had the worst experience ever since purchasing a large order of appliances from them. The sad part is that the worst of our experience has been with the store manager Joe Martinez. His customer service ethics are unprofessional and unacceptable.We paid Brandsmart to deliver and install the appliances. We had 3 GE Washer/Dryers all with issues under warranty. Brandsmart told us to call GE, GE sent a repair tech who repaired two but couldn’t repair the third unit. The third one was diagnosed as being improperly installed, which in turn fried all of it components when plugged in. GE instructed us to call Brandsmart for a replacement since it was not a product default, it was an error made in the wiring during installation. We called Brandsmart, asked to speak with the store manager, Joe Martinez. He would not speak to us, but told his employee to tell us to provide proof of our claims. We sent all of the documentation from GE and the repair company stating the issue. He never replied. We finally insisted to speak with Joe Martinez today (a week later) only to be told that “his installer said he installed it correctly” and he will not replace the unit. “Call GE”, he tells us. We asked him to provide us with an email declining replacement and he said, “I will not provide anything in writing”.How Brandsmart can employee such incompetence is beyond our comprehension. Never again! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

They transfer you to so many different departments and at the end they disconnect the call. I am never buying from them again. This place is a dump. Looks extremely messy and the employees are worse than car sales people and 90% of them cant speak English. Pretty sure they will go out of business soon. The place doesnt aspire any confidence that theyll be around for years to come so I wouldnt recommend it. Most of these pictures are from their high end audio section and it looks like a dump.

Warehouse staff are extremely unprofessional, rude, have no clue what it means to take care of the needs of customers. Warehouse manager did not address situation appropriately and took up for his unprofessional staff. Unless you speak Spanish and from a certain country expect rudeness and/or piss poor service. But there return policy and procedures are out of some halfway crack fleamarket. For me to say this takes alot. They charged late fee, and never cancel the bill. waste more than an hour to talk to agent. I will not go to this store again. **PLEASE READ THIS, SO THAT IT WONT HAPPEN TO YOU:.Approximately 7 days after the purchase of a brand new Samsung TV, which happens to have intermittent sound problems that occur every hour or two, my wife and I visited this store today 5/31/2021, and informed to customer service the issue that we were having. A customer service staff member advised that we could bring the TV back to the store WITH OR WITHOUT THE BOX for an exchange. On this same day, 5/31/2021, we went home and loaded the TV and took it back to the store for an exchange. When we arrived at the store, floor manager, Samuel stated that he could not help us because the sound problem was not coming up at the time of the visit. (Reminder: intermittent sound defect which happens every 30 mins to an hour or two). Mr. Samuel had us standing in costumer service for 1 1/2 hours with one of his staff members to see whether the sound issue would come up and it did not. Mr. Samuel (store manager) was very unprofessional and would not even look at us in the eye or try to waive a 20% re-stocking fee if we decided to return the item, which we were inclined on doing but were not able to because of his decision. Where is customer service? Where is helping consumers in the middle of a pandemic? Where is loyalty to regular Brandsmart USA customers?..Location: US1 and 160 Ave. Miami Florida

The worst experience ever. We bought a Frigidaire package (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher) on 09/27/2020 and six months later we have not received the refrigerator, an item for which we mainly bought the package. In December 2020 I went to the store to talk to a manager (the only way you can reach one), we talk to Joseph Martinez who was rude and extremely uncooperative, he wrote in our receipt the number that we are supposed to have in the waiting list (different from what the seller provided me every time I called) and an ETD 01/25/2021. We are still waiting for the item, nobody has called to give an update, and every time I call they ask me which item I’m waiting for as if they don’t have any record of the issue at hand. On top of the waiting and lack of explanation and updates, we have spent extra money on ice and bottled water that we werent anticipating just because we havent received the refrigerator. I feel really frustrated with this situation, It seems it’s my problem and they don’t care about or plan to do anything about it.

BrandsMart is where I used to buy all of my electronics, large and small appliances, flatware, furniture and many, many other items. The last 2 times I shopped at BrandsMart they were out of most of the dishwashers and cook-tops as well as most of their large appliances. The showroom has a great selection but that does no good since 90% of the appliances displayed on the sales floor are out of stock and will continue to be for at least 2 months. BrandsMart also recently stopped using a third-party to do their appliance installations. I was glad to hear about this because the company BrandsMart used was absolutely awful! They hooked my dishwasher up to the electricity in the most dangerous, life-threatening and code breaking way. Unfortunately their in house installers are not doing any better. I bought 2 large kitchen appliances but they were unable to install either one for the most petty excuse. Both myself and our 12 year old neighbor were able to install them both with no training or experience. My family will no longer be shopping at BrandsMart.

After purchasing a television from brandsmart, exactly one week ago, my wife and I noticed there is an issue with the sound of the television. The sound cuts out for a few seconds then continues. While the sound is cut off, the picture plays normally. This happens while watching cable, using Netflix, YouTube, or screen casting.We went personally to brandsmart and spoke to customer service. We were told by the employee that as long as the tv had no damage, we could exchange it for another one. We longer had the box of the tv and the employee, who also spoke to the tv manager, said we could just take the new tv with no box to avoid the restocking fee.When going back with the tv the ver same day, the story changed. They could not issue the exchange because there was no proof of defect, although I made it very clear that this issue happens sporadically on the television. We waited for an hour with the TV on at Brandsmart and it did not show any signs of the defect we explain to them it had. They did not want to do the exchange without a 20% restocking fee of the original $2000 that we paid for the television. After escalating the issue and asking to speak to the store manager the problem was still not resolved he refused to help us or to waive the 20% off after we explained to him that we can take the new TV without the box. When asking to speak with the store manager whose name was Samuel he came to the area where we were and just stayed at the television did not even make eye contact or look at me and asked me what he can help me with when I requested to speak to him. I literally stared at him without him addressing me for about two minutes until he finally turned around and decided to talk to me when I was the one that requested to speak to him in the first place. I explain to him about the miscommunication prior to even bring the television into the store and he obviously did not care did not want to exchange the television without charging us a 20% restocking fee. The television has been purchased exactly 7 days prior and we had our receipt in hand the television had no visual damage and was working just fine the only problem was the sporadic volume issue that it had. My wife and I thought there was absolutely no intent to help us whatsoever. I am a faithful customer to Brandsmart and have bought numerous products along with all of my kitchen appliances no more than a year ago from the same location. Extremely disappointed do not expect this door to help you in anything make sure you have the box of your product and the receipt and then you ask about all of their policies clearly before you purchase anything. Unfortunately this will be the very last time I buy product from Brandsmart unless they decide to help us in some way.

I went to Brandsmart due to a last minute emergency I had at home where my washer and dryer broke down and burnt out. I was recently discharged from the hospital and have to follow procedures such as making sure my clothes, sheets, and anything anyone brings into the home after being out is washed and cleaned. I went to the store and was able to purchase a washer and dryer late at night and the rep was very helpful and concerned for my wife and I and provided me the assistance needed to start the process to buy it and have it set for a delivery date. She even recommended the finance options Brandsmart has so we can afford it better now than having to wait. One piece of advice I would like to share is a lot of us dont have the luxury others do either because of a health issue, recovery problem, or financial burden caused by ones health issue or injury even that was recently dealt with and causes a lot of us to have to act fast and right away because something went wrong at home that needs attention like in my case which is why I went to Brandsmart. I went to the finance area and was told they were closed for the night yet there were still customers in the store buying products or shopping for appliances they needed. I did not plant to pay a full amount today for what I bought and needed. I was hoping to rely on financing but I wasnt able to because it was closed yet people were still in the store shopping like I was. I ended up having to come up with the full amount now to be able to purchase what was needed in my home to help with keeping me safe and clean and I had to go into making uncomfortable decisions cause the financing department was closed already. I ended. We as customers hope to come across a business that is compassionate to us because we are all different and some or all to work with us and help us succeed even with our hardships we deal with life and health. It was disappointing that the lady that took her time to make sure we were sold a great washer and dryer had the very best intentions for us yet the financing department couldnt make an exception to help. I dont need to sit there and explain why it was important to have this taken care of how me and my wife planned for it since the store was open but what happened was very unexpected causing us to take the actions we were not comfortable with because of the financial struggle my health has caused my family at home. Im very appreciative that my wife has been able to help pull things together but this was just an unnecessary incident that came to be unexpectedly. Please consider your customers and our needs especially if your store is still open and had customers actively buying and looking into buying items that may need financing for. You never know the emergency we are facing and why we are there looking for appliances or products needed in the first place..

I ordered online in November and I just received my washer today Jan 1 but not the dryer I ordered as well. I’m very understanding and because I know it’s the holiday season and I’m fine with waiting. When I called customer service to ask basic questions about when the dryer would be in stock and delivered. The customer service person was super rude like as if I was bothering her by asking simple questions. She also hang up in my face. I really wish I would have taken her name down because she was very unprofessional. This is a terrible way to treat customers who are loyal to your store. Truly disappointed.

Had what I was looking for in stock. Was pleased with the selection. However, it was very inconvenient to have 2 separate transactions because you must pay for whatever you need to pickup thats outside in the warehouse. They wouldnt let me pay for a wearhouse item on same ticket as a propane hose. Time consuming and paper waste.

Pretty good prices, most of the time. And Ive had good customer service IN THE STORE. But we have an extended warranty for our refrigerator and it has been a nightmare trying to get service. We submitted the claim for service a week ago today; they took several days to get back to us and we have had poor and unprofessional communication from both the BrandsMart side and the service company, WarranTech, side. They dont tell us when theyre supposed to come and we have to keep calling, getting hung up on, getting transferered back and forth, and then they didnt even show up on the day they said they would. Ive read reviews on multiple websites of people who had the EXACT. SAME. EXPERIENCE with them. I dont understand how a big company like BrandsMart can have a contract with such a bad service company. And the BrandsMart customer service has been hit or miss too, some of the reps being very unprofessional. Save money on the front end with a cheap product purchase but I wouldnt rely on their warranty/service.

Worst experience ever. Yesterday I took my Grandma (almost 80 years old) to buy certain items in this store. Almost $200, she tried using her store card, and was requested her DL, she presented her ID (was expired), she presented SS, CC, none of this worked. She had to leave the full already packed cart there because they didn’t accept it. I requested to speak with the manager, the lady said she was the manager (Jane), the cashier name Maria. I explained with covid my grandma hasn’t been able to renew her ID. She still said NO. Bad, really bad customer service. Not going back.

Warning dont waste your money with the EXTENDED WARRANTY! Its a scam. My refrigerator has broken down 5 times in 2 1/2 years and now they finally agreed to replace it. Unfortunately, its been 3 weeks and they still have not processed my replacement. This is totally absurd, we are in a pandemic, and to be waiting for over 3 weeks without a refrigerator is crazy. Ive been to the store twice and its the same thing, its been processed, please be patient. No one cares, they basically pass the buck! Its not there problem, its the extended warranty companys fault. Seriously the worst big box ever when it comes to returning. Bought a New LG French door refrigerator with extended warranty in 2018. 11 days ago it fails. Called BrandSmart only to be told they have 0 liability and I must contact warrentech.After 4 appointments with techs ( 2 call the day of to cancel, one just not showing up, and the fourth coming but can’t get authorization to fix from warrentech.) I am told LG will contact me in 48 hours.It’s been 72 hours and I have not heard a word.If I go to your store and purchase a refrigerator you’re selling, and also purchase a 3 year warranty from you! One would expect to deal with you when an issue arrises.It’s been nearly two weeks in southern Florida with no refrigerator and over $500 of food rotting in a cooler. All because I purchased from BrandSmart instead of Walmart, Home Depot, or Lowe’s.

My first time going to Brandsmart and it almost looked like Santas workshop lol. It had all the advanced technologies that you could think of and it has toys for children as well. The service was amazing. Customer service was always there to help you out if you were having a hard time finding what you were looking for 😁👍

Worst store in the world. Avoid at all cost.Bought a electric bike the fat tire one. Please avoid this bike. It’s very tempting but extremely heavy. I told the sales guy I don’t know how n I don’t want to assemble the bike but he said don’t worry someone will assemble for u.But no one did. It’s so heavy it took lots of time to assemble by myself n the brakes touch the disc n makes sound so never got chance to try it out. It’s not ridden at all. Called the customer service n was transferred 8 times finally gave up n called the manufacturer n he said to do something with the screws n I did but nothing happened.I wanted to take this bike with me in my RV but it’s so heavy that I can’t lift up n put inside.This is the third day we are back trying to return n finally found the Mgr n he says once you open the box you can’t return. Even though they have 7 days return policy. Now how can one know if it’s good for them or not until they open n try to assemble.Feel so sorry to write a bad review but some more one star will follow shortly. N so far have always bought things from here but no more.Bad feeling we got from this store. Sorry.Now we went again next day because the brakes would not get fixed by me so the guy also tried n tried to fix (he was a nice guy) but could not. The Mgr told me first to take it home n I said I can’t take a faulty bike so finally I got lucky n they gave me store credit n they took the bike after three days of aggravations n waste of some 11 hours.Now I will have to buy something there only with the store credit. But still it’s better than nothing.Thanks.

We ordered a fridge and a microwave-oven combo on June 12. I still have not received neither of the items, they’re claiming it’s out of stock and they don’t know when they’ll have it in stores again. A few days ago, they called me to tell me my items were coming, It never arrived. I called BrandSmart and they have no idea who and why they called me because of course, the items were still not in stores. It’s been 3 months and I have no fridge or microwave. Don’t buy from them unless you receive the items the same day. Otherwise, they’ll call you and tell you they’re out of stock. 0/10 experience.

I purchased Apple Airpods this past Monday at the Brandsmart in Palmetto Bay. They were defected , when I brought them back for a exchange I was told by Store Manager Tim Roberts that I had to make a appointment with Apple to get them replaced. Besides the fact that he was very condinsending towards me , I have never had such bad customer service from a company. If you plan on buying APPLE products from BRANDSMART and have a defective issue be ready that once they have your money they could care less if item is defective and send your way. They lost a lifelong customer.

It seems Javier Beltran of the Dadeland store is more interested in his commissions than he is customer service. On 12/26, I purchased a full kitchen package from him (gas cook top, double wall oven, dishwasher & refrigerator). He guaranteed me that all were available and would be so at the time of delivery (January 8th). Once the delivery arrived, there was no fridge and I was informed by the delivery men that the item was on backorder. Upon calling the store, I was treated as though I was trash; even hung up on by someone who was laughing with another associate. Despite many attempts and messages - even went to the store during his working hours, Javier never called me back and never came to see me despite being called over the loud speaker at least 10 times (I waited an hour for him). I ended up cancelling the fridge and buying it elsewhere. Furthermore, upon installation, the gas cook top had a gas leak. Once I had it inspected by a certified technician, I was told that it appeared as though the cook top was repaired and repackaged by Brandsmart and sold to me as new. Technician said he has encountered this many times. It is safe to say I will NEVER buy anything from your store again and I would advise anyone from doing so.

WE bought appliances for our boutique hotel at Brandsmart this year. One of the washing machines and two air conditioners failed. We purchased an EXTENDED WARRANTY. The washing machine failed three months ago and we are still waiting for BRANDSMART to come and repair it. Our business has been seriously affected by us waiting so long for Brandsmart to fix it. Lots of promises but nothing so far. We have called Brandsmart dozens of times and they always have an excuse.DO NOT BUY from Brandsmart.

I told him, its been a month, when are you having it? He screamed at me saying we dont know!!! Be warned about these stores.Ever notice how most models are only sold at these stores and not anywhere else??? Even the good electronics stores dont have the same models?Ever wonder why buying anything here is like buying a new car (contracts, affidavits, proof of operation)?Ever wonder why you get shoved outside the door once you pay for your purchase; even though you dont have it?These stores sell things cheaper because the resell stuff that is known to have issues. Manufactures will find an issue with a TV model and reputable resellers will STOP selling that model. Soooo, these guys buy them all with deep discounts and resell it to the people that come to the stores! People have no idea they are buying items that are known to have issues. And once the store has your money and has your signiture in the contract that says your buying it ASIS (have you read the contract your signing there).. its done and you get thrown outside to pick up your “new” problematic device. This is why they open the box in front of you to verify the Tv is working before you take it. Have you ever seen that in any other store?? Now you know why. Look at the reviews here and read how returning anything here is almost impossible!Yes, you can save a little money at this store, but you will be buying something that is already known to have issues!!
