Cant say enough about this team of fine gentlemen by far the best place to deal with for pool equipment. I would drive here from anywhere in the world for thier world class customer service.

Walked in to find four employees sitting at the front, made eye contact with all as they turned to continue to laugh. Spent a few minutes looking around the store, then asked for assistance for a specific product just to have them say they will not sell to the public.

These guys are the absolute best. I have never felt so taken care of by any customer service associate. The folks at the counter are always so helpful and patient, and have a generally amazing attitude! I am never disappointed when I leave. Even if what I need is unavailable, I still leave with a smile! They are incredible and deserve a raise, the whole place deserves a raise.

I googled pool store near me and Superior Pool Products was listed along with the usual retail outlets. There was a picture of a showroom in their listing and I noted they were close so I went to them. I was told they dont sell to the public, Id have to be a contractor or representative of a retail outlet. They or Google need to put a warning in the listing like commercial sales only--NO RETAIL. Id give them zero stars if I could because I got zero satisfaction from my visit. Some would say this isnt fair, but I think it is. Their business is listed with other retail (and a picture of a retail-like store) with no mention that its NOT a retail store until you walk in.

Superior is the best place to buy all your pool supplies for all your commercial and residential accounts. They have locations all over the valley so it saves us alot of time when we dont have to drive back to East Valley for a simple part we need a job in Peoria.

All I needed to know was if there was a replacement for a specific pool pump available. Didnt want or ask for a price. His words were, you can put what ever you want to. There is an abundance of pumps. And although that might be true. That was of little help.

This I believe is the largest superior warehouse in the Phoenix valley. I pretty much always get food service with fairly knowlegable staff. Down side it it takes almost always an hour to get in and out.

I like to get supplies there. Some of the staff makes anything good about disappear. And Ryan tells tall tales and lies even about those.booooo Ryan booooo. Keep your personal feelings towards customers to yourself. Stop fabricating stories . Booooooo Ryan boooooo👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
