Candice was the best ever. Candace was very knowledgeable of her products and was honest about the product. She did not want to oversell us. She wanted the best for her customers. It was very knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable with her asking all of her questions and we ended up purchasing from her. I’d like to say that if you’re in the market for a new spa or hot tub, go see Candace. These folks are the real deal, an old-school Mom n’ Pop experience, with customer service you don’t normally get these days. They are willing to sit down and talk about your needs. If you don’t buy? That’s okay, but if you do? They are willing to do what it takes it with a happy friendly manner.The install team called with an hour’s heads up they were on their way. They had to run electrical, but from start to finish, the total time was about 3 hours.Besides selling tubs and spas, they both maintain and service all products with the chemicals and know-how to keep them running properly. Don’t deal will the big box stores, they just want the commission and provide nothing after the sale. Candace will be with you through your journey and was available to answer all my questions and needs. I’m so pleased with our new spa. Visited the day after my birthday and purchased a cal spas model 840. Two days later hid delivery crew brought the tub to my property in Yuma. They did an excellent job both delivering and wiring the tub. Every other lace I shopped told me I had to get my own electrical people. Price Busters did it all and their prices are great! Remember when you were a kid and youd go into a store and the people in there were passionate, knowledgeable, and professional and they would take an interest in making sure their customers were informed, not overcharged, and happy? I get tired of the minimum wage person I meet at most places these days. They dont have a lot invested in your experience, they dont have much knowledge, or theyre just apathetic.Price busters pool and spa is old school, instead of selling me a brand new part they rebuilt my spa heater and saved me $100. While I was waiting I spoke with the owner about chemicals and learned I was using the wrong ones. He helped me find the correct chemicals and gave me a pamphlet He had written about taking care of your water safely. I was so impressed with these guys! I will never go anywhere else for chemicals, parts or spa advice. Wow!

Great place to go and get advice and have them repair your spa. They have taken care of my spa for many years, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. They also have a great supply of new spas. Bobby and Dave at Price Busters are the reason for the 5 star. Super knowledgeable, very honest. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Our spa developed one problem that Dave and Bobby were able to rectify. During the course of the repair, several other issues came to light. Rather than sell us a bill of goods for something that was not repairable, they gave me an honest opinion and told me to run away from the spa. They proceeded to explain in real-people terms what I would be getting into if I thought about repairing and have opted to not do so. But I do know who I will call when I am ready for the new one!

This is now my go to place for my spa needs! From the warm greeting as soon as I walked through the door, to the friendly, knowledgeable advise, and the very reasonable prices, this is where you should go. I originally called to price out a new spa controller pack, but they talked me into bringing mine in for testing. I decided this was the better route to go since I could save half the cost, even replacing some parts that were old but still working! He never tried to up sell me anything, but helped me along the way to finding what I needed. Make this your place. I drove out from Queen Creek, but would happily have driven from much further after this level and quality of service!

I waited a couple of months to make this review because I wanted to make sure the repair to my pump lasted. It did. Quality job at a fair price and it was done quickly too.

Our old Hayward NorthStar pool pump that sprung a leak, Shastas Master Warranty would only give discount on new pump because of new state law(save power). Leslies had a replacement body for $265. Neighbor said call my guy, low and behold they had a used housing in great shape, saved my butt and pocket book too. Nice and friendly even though he likes anything Chicago, all that aside very helpful and open Saturdays.

Bobby is so knowledgeable. We purchased our spa from here about 6 years ago. They beat everyone else prices for accessories and chemicals . Took our pool pump into the shop and was going to buy a new unit. Bobby did a quick test on the pump, Installed a $20.00 replacement part and some new gaskets. Out the door for $36.00. He could of just sold me a new pump made money. But he instead saved me money. I recommend Price Busters to everyone I know when a spa.

Went to two local pool stores, both said I needed whole new pump $400 and up. Walked into Price Busters and immediately they identified my pump from across the room. Within minutes he addressed the problem, had it fixed with only the parts i needed and for a great price. Customer service was amazing but the knowledge and experience is why I will return.

Google says open till 6pm, voicemail when calling says open till 530pm and door locked at 509pm. The owner is a good guy, I’m sure they will get corrected soon.

This place is unbelievable. I have an old spa that took a dump and called the nearest spa place near me and Price Busters came up. I went in and told the guy behind the counter what it was doing, he was very knowledgeable and broke down what it could be. He replaced the power supply and it works like a charm. I have an old Diamondback spa (out of business) that needed a new pump panel top side controller as well as new pillows and cover.. After contacting several spa places I found Price Busters and am I glad I did.They were able to help me with everything. All of the personnel are professional, polite and knowledgeable. Whether on the phone or in person with their front desk (cant remember her name) Bobby or Nick they always made time to speak with me like I was their only customer.I live in Southeast Gilbert, so their location is far for me, but well worth it.I highly recommend Price busters for all of your spa needs.

I have visited twice. Once for a spa repair and just now for a pool repair. After calling my nearby pool supply store and asking the cost on a coupler for a Hayward salt generator and receiving a quote of $50 just for the part (I still was going to have to cut apart the PVC and reassemble the line), I decided to try Price Busters again. He produced the part based on pictures I brought in on my phone. Cost $25.90 and install was less than 5 minutes. Saved money and at least an hour of time. This was the identical experience with the spa repair and at that time he told me, I would rather consult with you, so you can repair it and only if that fails send someone out. It is becoming rare to find an honest store owner. He has earned my business and grateful to have found him. Please dont waste your time and money going to a chain or other pool supply company.

I couldn’t possibly say enough good things about my experience with Bobby (the owner).I have a little hot tub, an inexpensive unit that I bought elsewhere and needed some help hooking up. I’d gone all over the place trying to pay someone for help and couldn’t find help anywhere. Bobby told me over the phone that what I purchased wasn’t up his alley, but if I couldn’t find any help to swing by his store anyway and he’d see what he could do. I ended up coming to see him multiple times.The reason I recommend Bobby and Price Buster’s so strongly is that Bobby didn’t really stand to gain much out of helping me out, but he did it anyway, which says so much to me about the kind of person he is and the kind of business he runs, and the way he treats his customers. He would have been well within his rights to turn me away, but he didn’t. He took time out, he didn’t treat me like a burden, he answered all my questions, he told me to keep coming back if I needed help. I felt like an imposition, there were always customers in the store, but he still made time to help me out, despite the fact that I wasn’t going to make some big sale. To me, that speaks so much about his kindness and his character. And when you’re trying to make an expensive or important purchase, more than anything else you want to know you can trust the person you’re working with - that they’re good people who have your best interest at heart.
