This location is somewhat similar to earlier times. Personnel are the big difference. At this location I am offered very helpful information and suggestions. At this location I have never been sent to a number of wrong areas. I guess personnel listen? The inventory mix is better.The chances of my making a solid choice are better.

I ordered a door there in February. Every 3 to 4 weeks I had to call them because my door had not arrived. Every time they told me that it had been delayed. After about 4 months I got frustrated. Not a single person at that department bothered to call me to tell me that it would be another few weeks. Every single time I had to call them to find out whats going on. I escalated it to the general manager. He did nothing to fix it. I escalated later to the district manager. He did nothing to fix it. That entire organization all the way up to the district manager completely failed such a simple task. My door showed up in August. The installer came two days earlier than what was scheduled. I was not prepared to inspect the door. He handed my wife a piece of paper at the end and told her to sign it, she did. So big surprise the French doors that I ordered were actually not French doors. Only one side opens. They did nothing to fix it. And by the way the call from the district manager that you promised - never happened. For the third time

I paid for measurements for a replacement for my patio sliding glass door. The subcontractor came out and the confirmed the measurements 71 1/2 x 79 1/2. He said they were standard. Yet when Bob the sales person in the door department called me back he told me I would need a custom door ordered. This is a lie. He was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I told the manager on duty Brett- who said nothing. I’m filing complaints with their regional manager and so on until I get someone who will take my complaint seriously. In the meantime I’m taking the measurements to Lowe’s. I’ve been shopping at Home Depot forever and this was the first time they have tried to rip me off. Very disappointed in this store.

I came here looking for batter powered light but there really wasnt much of a selection. But the person who helped me look was really nice.

The store its self is adequate enough. It just seems like the employees they have hired lately have no clue about building or the type of items you need. You ask them for a specific item and they tell you there at a stock or they dont carry it , but when I went to go look for myself I found the items. Every time I ask for help they say yes Ill get someone for you and no one ever shows up you have to ask 4-5 times before anyone comes to help.

This home depot location has always been good to me & my family. Always very helpful & respectful to what the customers are saying & or explaining. It sure would be nice if more & more stores in general would be this helpful & respectful to there customers as this home depot location is. Todays biggest issues with the younger generation entering the work field is lack of customer service skills. I fill if more stores / retail stores would invest some time into their new hire & teach them customer service skills they would gain so much more customers. Not sure if the home depots are investing some time & skills into their new hires but i can say this that out of all the home depots Ive visited within Arizona have been pretty much on point as far as customer service skills goes as well as being extremely friendly to those customers who shop with home depot.Thank you Home Depot.Sincerely Home Depot Customer For Life.

Hired a great day laborer right out of the parking lot. He added an entire west wing addition to my desert highlands home for only $450. Looking forward to picking up an electrical expert for the next power grid addition to our midwest summer getaway ranch.

I checked the website for stock. The location had it but it was not in the show room. A store associate Thomas B was able to help me find it by checking the store’s systems and looking through the warehouse by SKU number (stock keeping unit). After finding it on the top shelf of the aisle he was able to use a lift to bring the item down and check it out. Exceptional customer service by store associate Thomas B. Thank you

I am more impressed with this store every time I shop there. I had a tool that someone broke and when I went to replace it found out that its an online only item now. Well thanks to Jacob who checked with the manager and then called corporate for me he was able to get it all worked out for me. He special ordered me a new one and 4 days later I got an email its at the store for pickup. I am an electrician so I buy a lot of tools and materials from home depot. I can say they do a great job at this location and keep it clean.

This particular location sucks. What good is customer service if they dont actually help you. There was a young adult working and he looks something up in the computer for me but then says, did you ask anyone in Hardware? Ummm no, because there was nobody I could find thats why I came to the customer service desk, he told me I just need to find someone in that dept. Why have customer service if you cant give it. I swear I wanted to unleash all over him. The system said they had 4 but none were on the shelf so I left. I came all the way from Peoria to pick it up but none to be found and if for 2 days they would have answered the phone, I would have asked them to put one aside but like I said, didnt answer phone and couldnt find help and the customer service desk lacked actual customer service

Fine Depot. It has most everything needed. They leaked deep house and tomato plants on this visit.

On May 23rd 2021, around 6:30 pm. My wife and I had the best customer service experience ever! A gentleman by the name of Patrick, who happens to be a Supervisor, assisted us on cutting some lumber. Their saw machine was down but he managed to find a solution and with the assistance of their Rental Dept. He asked the Rental Dept., if they would let him borrow a circular saw to help get the job done for us. Everything turned out great thanks to Patrick and the rest of the team that helped last night! Thanks Patrick and thank you Home Depot Team!!!

I was a little disappointed, I went to look for a dishwasher andwas informed you have to order one and could take days to weeks to get it. On the brighter side....employees were very nice.

Clean store, friendly associates, smallish in footprint it seemed. Bathrooms very clean. No weird or cloying odors. They now rent box trucks. Kind of like uhaul, but Im thinking way cheaper, at least locally. Evidently i just missed the big 4th of July sale. : (Anyway, steady flow of customers. Good parking, and easy access to the 60.

Dogs are welcome here! Its so awesome that my buddy and I can work on projects together and it brings me so much joy to be able to bring my dog here. Everybody loves it and it makes for a super enjoyable experience. Thank you all!

So helpful at this local Home Depot. Went to buy a simple door to replace and Jeff was exceptionally helpful and calm and attentive. It was a delight to be assisted by him and I really feel he should be recognised for his customer service. In addition, the guys helping with our door on top of our car has also relieved us of issues. This Home Depot is great! Particularly if you want help with doors from Jeff!

Home Depot is pretty much always on point in my book. Sometimes they don’t have things that I want but that is generally because they never carried it in the first place. I’ve always got help when I asked someone. How did your other curious helpful and happy.

Out of all the Home Depot’s that I have been to, this one has easily the most helpful staff. There is also a Chicago style hot dog stand outside. How cool is that!!

Customer service is terrible. Had to ask 3 different people to find me help with the questions I had and it took 15-20 minutes to get someone to help me.

Window & Door install dept was very helpful in filing our broken door glass warranty claim. Don, who is very curtious, knowledgeable, and efficient did a great job in helping my wife and I. Thanks Home Depot for the efforts in keeping long term customers.

Boo to Home Depot. The worker knew as much as I did about water heaters. Old dude that hated working there!! Didnt care!! Then I picked one out and they gave my name to a unknown plumbing company. The plumbing company called me and quoted me $880.00 to install the heater. Not even looking at the job. Just a guess over the phone. I can do it myself. The going rate for installation is $425.00 to $550.00 depending what is needed. What a Home Depot rip off! You look at a giant store like that for quality and a fair deal. I dont mind spending money but dont rip me off.

Ill be going to Lowes from now on. Spent $3K on appliances, they showed up with a microwave that had multiple dents in it and the the installers admitted that they gave the cord for my stove to a previous customer who did not pay for it, but I did. They have to bring a cord out on Tuesday, so I have no means of cooking food until then. No clue as to when they may get the non-dented microwave to me. Go to Lowes or a local place, youll be better off.

This is a good store with lots of inventory. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this store.

My store review was rejected by the Home Depot web-site, so Ill post it here instead. Apparently Home Depot site only posts glowing reviews.The store is starting to look run-down. Aisles are clogged with shopping carts filled with go-backs or broken down cardboard boxes. Too many display items clog the aisle as well. Many store displays dont work.Its hard to find an employee, and when you do, theres a good chance they dont know anything about their department. Plumbing is a good example, and the kid there seemed to go out of his way to be rude. (There are exceptions. There are knowledgeable people in lumber, paint, and garden.)A lot of the small inventory is mis-binned, or opened, or pilfered packages (especially all those small parts in plumbing or electrical). So the inventory system thinks they have stock, but the bin has some other part in it.Its hard to find parking here. Its understandable that they have handicapped spots and shopping carts. But theyve also set aside spots for contractors. And spots for rental trucks. And spots for rental equipment. And set aside spots for shed displays. And set aside spot for covid pick-up. And at various times of the year there are seasonal events that take up spots (e.g. Christmas trees).This store needs to clean up its act, and hire and train better employees.

This is a much better staffed store than the one at Mesa River View.The associates actually tolerate customers that ask questions. They even seem to be able to follow instructions.

Was great , I looked up what I wanted online and the site texted the location of my items so I was in and out quickly.

Went in looking for a tub, they only had 2 sizes in stock and when I asked about doing a special order, I was told I need to know what I want and that it could be done online. Will either order online next time or go to Lowes.

Guessing theres been a buyout by Walmart at this location. Employees- 1 @ cstmr svc, 3 @ returns, none of 6 registers open but feel free to use the 4 avail self checks. When I made mention to the teen babysitting self check it was because there arent many customers. Hmmm? 4 still behind me in line & a half full parking lot, guessing your employee guesses at answers. Need to keep my business in Chandler obviously.

Their plants always look happy and healthy. I was a little disappointed in the bug repellant selection, but Im sure that was more the weathers fault than anything

Way crazy and super busy!!. Too many employees staring at the customers, I felt rushed in purchasing my power tool... I would have preferred to shop around a little more slowly but it seemed like I couldnt access any of the tools without an employee present to open the lock. It was kind of a nightmare

I was in the lumber department looking for some things needed for a craft project. Im new to wood working so I was looking forward to speaking with someone about what would be best and very excited to try to build a uniform/gear holder for my boyfriend... I was in the same isle walking up and down reading everything trying to guess what would be best...not once was I approached or asked if I needed help. I even waved at a few employees who seemed to act like they didnt see me. I finally just walked out at 5 till closing. I was very disappointed with the customer service or lack of I should say...

Nice store with a great pro center. Only home depot in the city that carries unfinished cabinets. Hailey in the Pro Center was one of the most helpful cashiers Ive ever encountered. Hwy 60 & Country Club.

Excellent pick-up service at the CSR desk: needed a new shelving hi-rise unit for my ever expanding parts dept😜. They also do a curbside service too👍.Unfortunately they dont do free delivery from the store, only from the warehouse (for online items); & it seems all the shelving units were in store (but ordered & paid for online, & it was ready for pickup in just an hour or so in this case).

Customer service is always great. From the moment you walk through the door to when you walk out. Usually they have everything I need when I go in. I guess its just due to the pandemic 🤷🏽‍♂️

It was ok for a Sunday. But they had to many aisles closed off for getting or putting on high shelves. Only problem is that of course the aisle i needed was 1 of the closed ones,so had to wait.

Great deals and every day cleaning items! Great customer service! Friendly eager to assist, and if the individual doesnt know the answer to the question, they are willing to search on the internet or ask another associate.

Ive gone here quite a bit and can usually always find what I need. I bought some garden starts earlier this week and one died on me in just a couple days. They exchanged it for me with no problem and the blond lady in the nursery was very helpful and kind.

This home depot I really liked had stuff there I normally dont see at other locations.....Im always like a kid in a candy store in there I wonder lol

My husband waited over 35 minutes in the electric department. He spoke with three people from customer service, and no one came to assist him. He needed supplies for a class he’s teaching and no one was of assistance. I’m not quite sure why out of the three people no one came to help as a customer. I will email the manager as well for this isn’t the first time this has happened.

We came here looking for a metal entry door and a gentleman named Bob helped us and explained the difference between the doors and the best option for us. Usually no one helps us at all but I was surprised someone actually came to us. I like this place better than the other one.

I was helped by Larry from the lumber area helping me in the plumbing dept. He was very knowledgeable and eager in making sure that I was good to go on my project. I am now assured that I will be given the correct items at all times.

They are not stocking things that I need but they are ok. Employees are very nice.

Great experience getting fertilizer; hose; seed etc. Quite crowded @ 11am-ish; my son & I were talking with a very helpful employee in an isle when a couple wanted to get by. Rather than just say excuse me and walk on through like normal behavior seems to call for, they were crouching (readying their legs) waiting for the right moment, and then sprang past us at full speed?! The only thing i can assume was the reason for the theatrics was the fact my son & I were unmasked, and they were masked. Practically diving for safety?! Common sense dictates: (unless youre in ICU or in ER or other surgery) take your masks off people! You arent saving/preventing anything, only hurting yourself, depriving yourself of proper levels of oxygen, depriving proper exhale, causing light headedness; confusion; tiredness; hurting brain; heart & other organs.

Aside from EXCELLENT customer service and personnel always knowledgeable...The girls they have working here are Oh My God attractively attractive. For some reason theyre all good looking. In addition to the female visiting-customers always seem to be baddies as well...I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND your next home goods purchase here...

When we entered the store we were warmly greated by the greater! My husband and I were talking about Halloween 🎃 decorations and she was so sweet she directed us to the Halloween 🎃 section! Quick trip to Home Depot for 4 ft T8 led light bulbs. Great selection. We noticed some people not wearing masks. Not sure if they work but washing my hands a lot lately.

About a third of the people that shop there don’t where masks. None of the employees attempt to enforce even though they have a big sign that says you must wear masks. I partially blame Doug Ducey for lifting the restrictions. COVID central

Great customer service. I learned by matching the codes on back of door knob/ lever replacements you can have the same key for all.

Over all good store layout is a little bit different than most but the associates are friendly and helpful...
