Had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE renting a moving truck through Home Depot, and what a great experience. The first moving truck that had electric windows, a rear camera for backing up, and was ultimately cheaper than U-Haul! I plan on using them again in a couple weeks! A+! (P.S. the gas tank that you need to fill up before you take it back is on the drivers side, INSIDE the door!)

Home Depot is different since it first began in the east. I was more than satisfied with any location frequented. Today I dont feel there is much consistency with some locations superior to others. In both availability, layout and especially quality of personnel. At some locations I am invisaible.It used to be similar to being a student.

Dont order anything for in-store pickup. The website doesnt have an accurate stock of whats in the store. I ordered a weller soldering iron and now I have to wait 3-4 business days to get my money back. They cant edit the order for a similar item. Waste of time.

The store is very clean. I walked in to buy a drill bit and a pair of gloves and the store is laid out in a way where I could easily,for me, find everything I needed.The sell staff was very courteous the only thing is if you go to shop there be sure to be ready for self checkout because theres only one terminal open for regular checkout. So if youre not interested in actually scanning all the things that you buy youll have to wait in line but thats okay the line was short. All in all great Home Depot.

Wide variety of products.*I didnt care for being surveyed while I was shopping one of the last time I went in. If you wanna ask me questions, do it on my way on or out. I rented a hand dolly, I only picked the 4 hours period as I didnt have much to move. The guy at the desk was friendly and quick. He reminded me when I was bringing it back and volunteered to take it directly in the store. As tired as I was it was really appreciated.

No one knew what appliance deals were happening. I was told that itll ring up as a sale at the register if it is one of the appliance packages. That makes it tough to buy....Nice guys tried to help us at least, but management needs to make sure your people know whats on sale. Thats basic retail management.

I needed some grout cleaner. I previously put in an order at two different home depots and they were not able to fulfill the order. Then I called this home Depot and a young lady there helped me out of flooring department she searched for a good 15 minutes for the product she said she couldnt find it and then immediately I got a call back saying that she found it. When I showed up it was in a different box than what it should have been in but she put so much work into finding it for me I am so grateful. Thank you again. You are amazing!

I mean you seriously cant beat this store when it comes to building materials. Supplies for just about anything your mind can think of building. Of course its a busy store considering the location and the franchise itself so be prepared to see a lot of customers on your visits but theyre super effective at time management and customer service. Id definitely recommend this location to anyone whos ever in the area for supplies!

The staff here is always off the top of their heads. Paint staff told me the exact bay and shelf I needed to go to in electrical for what I needed. The greater told me the isle the doors section was on without missing a beat. Theyre good people here.

Staff at this store are difficult. Their Attitude is What do you want?The manager has the same attitude and all the excuses in the world.I was able to get a piece of wood, cut to the exact dimension I needed....at another store in less than 30 seconds.These people were unable to accomplish that simple task.

I honestly cannot believe this when I say it...but, I waited 1 hour and 25 mins for someone to assist me in the lumber department. All I needed was one piece of wood cut. I went up front to ask for assistance on 2 occasions!! Lumber employees were paged each time and nothing. ONE HOUR and 25 mins....I was and am still upset beyond belief. I will never go to home depot again!!!!!

I ordered upwards of $18000 cabinets through Home Depot from American Woodmark. My initial delivery date was supposed to be August the 2nd. There was an error found in the height of certain cabinets, and so a correction was made and the new delivery date was to be August 17th. Well this change was never submitted to the vendor and therefore never released for production. At the very end of August it was finally corrected but then again when the order was placed the wrong color combination was ordered. Production had to be delayed once again and new cabinets were to be delivered to me on October the 4th. October the 4th rolls around the cabinets are delivered and they are all the wrong color. I was faced with a decision to keep these cabinets, being the wrong color, or reorder and wait another 7 weeks for production again. The concession that home depot and store manager Brandon offered me to keep the wrong cabinets is $1000. Horrible! Supposedly he elevated this to his Manager, but know one has the decency to call and explain any decision. When asked why they would entertain eating the entire cost of the cabinets, and ordering new ones, the answer back was because we have insurance.

I had an awful curbside pick up experience at my 1st and only visit to this location. How it could be messed up this bad for 1 customer is unacceptable. The location I was at didnt have everything I needed in stock. The nice girl at the baseline location placed an order for me at this location. So I arrived and checked in at 2pm. Over 3hrs after my order was placed to give them time. I checked in curbside over the phone with my order number and sat there waiting for 32min before I went inside. Glad I did because not only was my online order not picked from the shelves when I ordered it, but nobody bothered doing it even after I checked in from the parking lot!!. So one girl half my size and myself went to pull 6 cabinets and 20 baseboards by ourselves. To make matters even worse 2 of the cabinets I went there for were not there. Ugh! Well the computer still thought they were. So now I am actually loading this into the truck myself. I found a kid to help me, but he obviously had no concern for if all these 12ft baseboards were gonna fall off on the road or not. I almost lost them twice on the way home. After all this , I still have to go back to my original HD to get the 2 cabinets I am still missing. Thanks for absolutely nothing 852 N Dobson Mesa AZ. You made it so much harder than you assured me it would be. Unacceptable curbside pickup.

The garden area was very nice lots of choices. My only problem was the cashier. Cute little lady,no help. I had a lot of plants and she offered no help or to get someone until I asked. No smiles, hellos, or any words. When help arrived she was a smaller lady then me (5ft) and older than me. A very kind man helped me get large potting soil and garden soil in the garden area and he was also there when it needed loading into my car,God bless him.!!!

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. They never have anything I need in stock, basic things like outlet covers and light switches. The staff is mostly unknowledgeable, god forbid that you need any assistance. Staff is also too busy chatting amongst themselves to provide any customer service. Returns are a NIGHTMARE. GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION.

My son and I went to pick up a tool chest that I had ordered online and weighed 420 lbs. The email that I received said that the curbside delivery closes at 6pm, but did not mention that there would be a limited amount help after this time. At 7pm there was only one person at the customer service desk, and although she was extremely nice and apologetic, it took 45 minutes for her to find anyone that could bring us the crate from the back of the store. My son and I even offered to go to the back of the store and retrieve it ourselves. This was on December 17th, one week before Christmas, and other retail outlets know that they need additional staffing during this time. From the time that we arrived to the time that we left the parking lot was 1 hour and 15 minutes. Hint: either advise customers in advance of the limited help after 6pm or schedule accordingly during the holiday season.

Like shopping this location, but this particular review is for Nicol, who helped me at customer service. I had an issue that required assistance from the customer service desk and thought “uh oh”, not that I’ve ever had a particularly bad experience with HD, but in the back of my mind I’m thinking that this was going to be a pain. Nope, not with Nicol! She addressed my problem with understanding and courtesy, and I was out the door in a few minutes a very happy customer! She’s a pro, and I hope that HD knows it and at least says “thank you” to her every now and then!

It was good ☺️, I got a handheld shower spray nozzle for $20 and a toilet flush handle for $6. Making home improvements is the way to go. Dont get to far behind on your house maintenance.

Instead of explaining what True Zero is on a tape measure, the employee decided to confirm the loose end on my tape measure was indeed an issue and I should replace it, proceeding to sell me another one. Never thought I would see the day when the internet is more trustworthy than the store clerk.

If you are looking for BLINDS/SHADES go elsewhere. For 2 months we went back and forth with them, every week calling to see where things were at, no one ever knew what was going on, “we’ll call you in 48 hours”, then Radio silence, call a week later for the same run around. When someone finally came out, they scheduled without telling us, luckily we were available. He didn’t give us our measurements. They give you the constant run around. 2 months in we finally just cancelled and got our money back to take our business elsewhere. Unfortunate how much time they wasted of ours

I enjoy the convenient location and how its close to Walmart and the move theater, love Riverview Plaza.There is plenty of parking.When looking for help personnel however, I didnt see too many support people standing around. Could have been because of the time of the day I went- as it was later at night... I was able to finally find two people who gave me helpful directions on where to find what I needed. I was able to get my shopping list done and got checked out.Check out was quick and efficient. No complaints. :)
