Bought a fan/light a few days ago. Got a great deal. The salesman was very helpful and friendly. However, it was the installation that has ensured our continued patronage. The installer (Justin, I think?) was amazing! Arrived on time, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He discovered that the original fan was not installed properly, so the new one would require extra parts to install. He did not have those parts with him, so he returned after his last appointment, with the parts, and finished the install. The fan looks great, and EVF&B has gained a customer for life!

Went in with ideas of what I needed, had fast and excellent service and left with my fan scheduled to be installed!

Find higher quality ceiling fans at reasonable prices including install at this local shop. Beats the chain stores on quality and selection. Update: When they installed our Fans, the installer indicated that the wiring was bad in our living room. We had a warranty and I spoke with them, but indicated the issue was the installer. East Valley Fans sent out two more installers who both indicated the wiring was wrong and the second installer fixed the electrical issue so the fan was working. This is incredible customer service! We still need to wait a few weeks to get the warranty electrician out to fix another switch, but the Fan is working due to the fast service during 3 install visits to my home! This kind of service is exceptional!

The owners are great to work with. We got two cornices and blinds for the kitchen and they got installed today and were above our expectations. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

We ordered two sets of blinds for our sliding glass doors. We were told they would be installed in 3 weeks. Seven weeks later, they contacted us to set up a time to install the blinds. We took our old sets down and destroyed them the night before the install. Installer shows up with only one set of blinds and said he was calling the office to see if someone could bring the other blind. Come to find out, the blind was on backorder, which no one informed us it was on backorder. When the installer hung the set of blinds he did have, one of was damaged. Installer took pictures of the damaged blind and advised he would get the replacement shade ordered. Husband called today and the guy who answered the phone had no idea the one blind was damaged. Was told our other blind would be shipped on September 9, so were looking at another 4-5 weeks before we get our blinds in and who knows when the damaged blind will get replaced. Very bad customer service, very bad communication. Too bad weve already spent 5K with this company. Never again. Buyer beware!!

Showroom has a nice selection and staff was excellent at showing us so many more options in catalogs, they know exactly where to look and made selected new fans enjoyable. they are really good at what they do. their customer service is fantastic. we have had a few different installers out as we have made multiple purchases and the installers are super professional, you wont even know they were in your house, they are great at making sure you understand the product and also make sure you are satisfied before they leave. If you are looking for high quality fans with excellent service from start to finish I would stop by their showroom. We will use east valley fans for our next project!

Would not trust this place.my wife went there on 4/28/21 made an appointment for 11am 4/29.to measure and bring color samples. He called about noon said he forgot samples would be out that afternoon. Never showed or called. We called him he didnt answer. Left him a message to call us. By the end of the next day on the 30th still no call. Very poor business practice. What would he be like if you had issues.UPDATE After finding out that they had a family emergency that day. The crew at east valley bent over backwards to make things right. Joe just installed our new norman clear view topdown bottom up cellular shades. They are beautiful. Good people. we will eventually be doing all our windows.

I had a great experience with this company. Was able to call and get an appointment and everything from the estimate to the installation was great. Dude who did the estimate was quick and professional, whenever I called the office they were nice and friendly and the dude who did the installation was quick yet detail oriented and really nice. Yes they are more than you would pay for some cheap fans from the big box stores but coming from a serial cheapskate, it’s worth it. With the big box guys you get what you pay for. These guys and their product bring a lot of value and they came thru on their word. Even though I had a hitch with my product and initial install. They quickly made it right and they made me a happy customer. I will certainly refer others their way just as I was referred.

Joe went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue that we were having with two of our fans. He got the replacement parts and came and installed them. Fixing our fans for a portion of the price that it would have cost to replace them. Just in time for the heat of the summer to hit.Amazing service, I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Best place if you want the most options when looking for a ceiling fan. They were extremely helpful with every little detail we were picky with such as size, color of Base and blades, style, and lighting options with bowl style. If youre picky and want a specific look/setup with your ceiling fan, this is the place to go. Do NOT go to Lowes or home Depot, because what they have on the floor is your only option. We even went to another fan specialty place in the valley and they werent able to help us like this place did. Plus they offer FREE installation when purchasing a fan, even in casa grande with no additional travel charge.

I live out of town and had some concerns about installation of remote blinds and a fan I had to mount 17 off the ground. Joe and Pat walked me through the hurtles via phone on a weekend and made sure everything worked as promised. These guys are good.

We started our relationship with EVFB with a stop into their showroom, looking at fans. That stop changed our minds about purchasing fans at HD or Lowes and installing them ourselves.Our initial conversation was with Patrick and Joe, the owners of the company, the discussion was very clear cut and very helpful. They have a selection of fans that is amazing and can access just about anything you can imagine. Joe and Patrick were very helpful with what types of fans to choose from AC or DC and the size of the room vs. the fan size and type.Needless to say, we were sold and we purchased 5 fans with lights from them, the best part, the price was super competitive and the price came with installation! This was a no brainer.We set and installation date and time. The date for installation was getting close and sure enough we got a call from them confirming the installation time and date. They showed up on time and with everything they needed. The installer was clean cut, courteous and knew what he was doing. The installation was clean, no hand marks on the ceilings and cleaned up after himself.Two of the fans about 3 days after installation developed a very slight wobble, we gave a call to the office and Joe answered the phone, told him what was going on and he said he would be out at the end of the day and would take care of it. Joe showed up and sure enough, about 30 minutes later everything was perfect. Not a bid deal.I will have to say that we were super impressed with everything about how they operate, they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, on time and complete. The installers they use are absolutely top notch and know what they are doing, John was our installer and he is amazing.We were so satisfied with our initial experience with EVFB that we started a dialog with them regarding our shutters and sliding glass door coverings. They set an appointment showed up and gave us a quote a few days later. Zero issues. We chose shutters for the whole house and roller screens for the sliding glass doors!The set a date when the roller screens would show up and within 2 days they were at our house installing them, the roller screens showed up first, then the shutters. John again showed up to do the installation and again the installation was perfect and the operation and looks of the screens, were way more than what we expected.The shutters show up about 2 weeks after the roller screens just like they said they would and John again showed up to install. This guy is amazing, again the installation was perfect, zero issues! The shutters look amazing and again we are more than elated at the quality, look and installation craftsmanship!We have referred more than a few people to this company. We recently moved to a house in Sun Lakes. After moving and unpacking endless boxes the last thing I wanted to do was shop around for new fans (total install, no existing fans in place) and shutters. My husband and I went to Lowes and stood around confused for about 15 minutes, received no help or guidance and went home. I found a postcard advertisement from East Valley and called to see if they did a full install including electric. I was delighted to hear that they did. My husband and I headed over there on a Saturday and in almost the same 15 minutes we waited for help at Lowes we were done. We picked out the fans and shutters we liked from their display and catalogs. Our fans were installed yesterday. They are so quiet I cannot even tell theyre on. Shutters are on order. Patrick and Joe do it all. From owning the store to full install. I am so delighted, no actually Im FANtastic!
