After over a year with SEVERE tinnitus I was literally going crazy! My wife did some research after I was told by two different doctors there is no cure or treatment for tinnitus. She found the Sound Relief Center that has several locations in the U.S. with one only 20 minutes from my house. I had a 90+ minute consultation with Dr. Taylor Kuminkoski. She explained how they treat tinnitus with new sound technology and some lifestyle changes. Being a musician (drummer & singer) for 45 years my hearing test was pretty good. Ive had tinnitus for a very long time that came and went and was not effecting me until the last 18 months. Then it got very loud and constant ALL of the time. The sound treatment explained makes a lot of sense because it is designed to reset the brain and hearing to reduce the tinnitus. I have protected my ears as I got older so Im glad my hearing was normal for my age. We chose to make the investment and I believe it will work. DONT believe anyone including a doctor when they say theres nothing they can do and to live with it! On a cosmetic note, the very small wire with audio speaker matches my gray hair so it blends in!

The Sound Relief Hearing center has a friendly and comfortable environment. Dr. Sarah is very knowledgeable, affable, and patient, explaining in detail the things I need to know regarding my hearing devices, and taking the time to answer every question that I have. She, and the information she sends, is very helpful. I am hearing better and making strides in improving my tinnitus.

I went if for a tinnitus evaluation and learned a lot about it. Dr Taylor explained things in a way that made it easier to understand. There are a number of options for treating tinnitus and Im still thinking. I would definitely recommend Dr Taylor to anyone with tinnitus or any other hearing problems.

Dr. Taylor, is amazing!! I can’t say enough about how wonderful I was treated!!! I am a Canadian and was in a panic having issues with my hearing aids. Dr Pitrone took the time to explain everything and I didnt feel rushed. Emily (front desk was wonderful too)! My husband was able to come back with me and that was a HUGE help because he understood the terminology well. I was really resistant to hearing aids and had been told I didnt really need them but I am so thankful I went to Dr Pitrone. I have been just wearing hearing aids today and I cant believe how dramatically different I hear, plus I have persistent headaches and within a few hours it was gone! Great service started with Cyndi, patient coordinator, suggesting a new hearing test (10 years since my last one). This was my first visit. Office has a beautiful decor, very comfortable waiting area.Dr Sarah Pitrone provided the hearing test. She was extremely informative about the condition of my hearing. She explained the results of the test very clearly and precise. Then she provided a great remedy. Sarah was superb in advising me and helping me select a fantastic hearing aide. A hearing aide that meets all of my needs. It astounded me in terms of how much hearing aides have improved. She also explained tinnitus to me and the treatment they can provide if I think I need it. Dr. Pitrone was excellent and walked me thru all the causes and treatments for my tinnitus. She was really clear and concise and nice. The front staff also helped set up credit for a payment plan. I am highly satisfied.

I have been suffering from tinnitus for a few months and after my ENT told me there was nothing he could do to help me, Dr. Sarah saw me very quickly and is working with me to treat my tinnitus. I have had tinnitus for over 30 years. I have tried dozens of remedies that were supposed to relieve the constant ringing in my ears, and none of them worked. I finally decided to try Sound Relief and Im very glad I did. I have seen significant improvement in the 8 weeks since Ive started treatment.
