At the urging of my son in law, a patient of Advanced Hearing Group, while visiting Arizona I had my hearing tested at Advanced. 5 years ago here in Wyoming when I was diagnosed in need of hearing aids my results did show that my right ear was far more deficient than my left but thats where the investigation ended. Advanced confirmed the deficiency but suggested that I come back home to see an ENT. Im so glad they recommended that!! Last week I had a stapedectomy done on my right ear and hopefully soon my hearing will improve. Thank YOU so much Advanced Hearing Group for sending me in the right direction! Hi, I visited the Mesa office on 1/15/21. With the help of the staff we agreed on a hearing aid and a request was forwarded to United Healthcare for approval. I am currently waiting for the status of my claim.

As the company grew and expanded, I met GARY who took over my Location. I was skeptical at first, but he too impressed me.

I was being tortured by my wife who was trying to remove my ear wax. Lo and behold I decided to seek professional help. I found this place on Google and decided to visit. They were very precise and the removal was painless. I will always recommend this place and I will be back because of the great service. Christina Gabler was willing to answer all my questions and was patient with my difficult and stubborn ear wax which was totally blocking my eardrum. It was oddly satisfying watching through the camera and the TV as my hearing was being corrected. I feel revived and I can hear again! Thank you very much.

I have been deaf since I was 11 Im 26 years old now I had an amazing doctor she was hot as hell too dr. Jesse Ive never had such a crush on a doctor in my whole life anyway they helped me tremendously they tried to at least they got ear wax out of one year but the other one couldnt come out so they told me about some ENT places and tomorrow I have an appointment to get the rest of the ear wax removed

Dr Dipuccio is the best! He listens and helped with moms needs. He had the answer to all of our questions. He took time to help with finding the best hearing device for her and addressed all concerns. It was a great experience.

Had an appointment with Dr Jessie Penkoff, AuD!She did a remarkable job of adjusting my existing hearing aids after a hearing test and did not push for new aides as mine are still in excellent condition!I have been a customer since they went into business. My first encounter with Advanced Hearing took place several months ago when one of my hearing aids began to malfunction. That saw my immediate need and saw me right away. They replace a small cover and resolved my issue.Several months later a had a more severe issue and they sent out my hearing aids to Phonak for repair. They were able to expedite the request as they saw my dilemma. My job entails extensive travel and constant communication with customers.I saw the need to replace my hearing aids and given my positive previous experience opted to entrust them to test, recommend and provide the full services needed to have optimal hearing so I may continue to perform in my chosen field of work.I was fortunate to have Dr. Christina Gabler to work with even though everyone at he office has been great. She conducted a battery of tests to determine the best device for my hearing loss. I was loyal to the brand, she made the recommendation and allowed me to try them in my environment for several weeks. I was totally convinced that the new hearing aids were superior to my old ones. With my new hearing aids I was able to hear sounds like the sound of our dog’s collars that I had never heard before!Christina has a very caring manner, fully understood my unique situations and concerns and provided me with the best products and solutions! She did not push a hard sell tactic as some medical suppliers try to shove the higher margin goods, she simply advised and provided factual information!I would highly recommend this hearing group and in particular, Dr. Christina Gabler!

Very dissapointed! I went there based on their reviews to buy a set of aids that I had researched and felt would be the best for my needs that they supposedly carried. Turns out they push their preferred brand simply saying Id be happier with them without even knowing about the brand I wanted. They promised a call back with more info and they didnt call back. I left messages twice after the promised callback date and was assured I would receive a return call same day both times. Didnt happen. I contacted another provider and they were able to answer all my questions and fit me with the aids I wanted within a week. Two weeks later they finally called back even though they knew I had a time constraint. I would never work with these guys because they will not sell you the best solution (because they dont do their homework), only the one they want to sell you. Even though they are nice people, beware.

We found Adam from my Dad and Mom as they have been going there for years and love the people there - but I did not think I would need his help for our 9 year old son. Thank you for helping us with Joeys hearing. You really put our minds at ease. I recommend Adam and his staff for anyone at any age.

Absolutely wonderful! They helped me with the insurance and made the whole experience simple and were there for me when I needed a modification to my hearing aid. I would recommend this facility to any of my friends and family. No specialist could be more sensitive and professional than Dr. Gabler. She is truly a class act.

Had an excellent experience with Advanced Hearing Group. They understand your situation and help to the best of their abilities. They are efficient and fast. I broke my hearing aid this afternoon, drove over and it was fixed in less than 5 minutes. Took me longer to drive there then to get it fixed. I am thankful for the group of people at the location.

Highly recommend. These folks were professional, honest, and gentle in convincing my father that it was time to do something about his hearing problem. Ive known Dr. Adam DiPuccio and Dr. Gary Johnson with the Advanced Hearing Group since 2004. Ive been in and out of their offices for years and there are a few things Id like to say.But before I do, let me make it clear that I wasn’t asked to write this review. Im writing it because they truly deserve to be recognized for how wonderful they both truly are.Adam and Gary promote a culture of caring; not only to their patients, but to their staff as well. They recognize the needs of others, they are great listeners and they build strong relationships with people around them. Their offices are modern and always very clean. They use state-of-the art equipment and techniques. In addition, they are very competitive in price for their services.The bottom line is, both Dr. DiPuccio and Dr. Johnson are hands down the best Audiologists, or for that matter the best medical doctors that I’ve seen in my 53 years of life! I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get their hearing checked and to anyone with any type if a hearing issue.

Returned from vacation and experiencing severe hearing loss. Contacted the Mesa office and they immediately setup an appointment to see Dr. Adam DiPuccio. Diagnosis, severe blockage due to ear wax build up. Removed wax, & Voila, hearing restored to normal. Thank you

Wonderful staff, great service, clean

Advanced Hearing Group(AHG) were very knowledgeable within their field, explained my hearing problem after testing and how best to remedy my hearing loss. The doctor provided me with options for hearing devices; and the pros and cons of each. AHG were very willing to work within my work/vacation scheduling and sent all insurance paperwork to my insurance company for processing. Advanced Hearing Group rates an A++ from me, and Christina Gabler, audiologist, is super wonderful!

Christina did a wonderful job of checking my hearing and explaining what my hearing problems were and how to correct them.She checked with my insurance company to see how much it would cover. I was pleased with the out of pocket amount required.I ordered my hearing aids and Christina did the adjustments to them before I left the building. She also setup follow-up appointments to see how I was doing. I finally paid for my share of the cost of the hearing aids after the follow-up appointments.I would definitely recommend Christina and AHG for any hearing problems.

Dr. Thorton and team were amazing. Very nice and helpful to explain every detail and question I had about my hearing, hearing aids, insurance, payments. And Dr. Thorton has called me or called me back directly when there is any question so nice not to have a middle person relaying. And nice to have a Dr. That shows they care by not being to busy to pick up the phone and call you. I would definitely recommend Advanced Hearing especially Dr. Thorton.Update: What I did not understand is that the form they have you sign for patient responsabilities is drawn up by a lawyer to ensure that what ever price hearing aids you choose lets say $3000... And your insurance pays $1000 but youve met your Maximums family, out of pocket etc. And insurance says you owe $500 out of pocket. That will not matter because of the form you sign they will collect the difference of $3000 and what insurance paid $1000 so you will owe them $2000 not $500 that your insurance States is all they are allowed to bill you. Which I understand needing to make money. Just say we pay all this money in insurance meet a 5000 out of pocket maximum and a form still makes you shell out more. Just disappointing. No wonder next to no one goes to doctors anymore.

Saw Brianna Thornton and was pleased with her friendly and helpful service. Not real thrilled that I needed hearing aids but like what I got so far.

I did not have the help I really needed until I met Dr. Adam DiPuccio. My wife had taken her 97 year old father for a hearing aid replacement he lost in the hospital.I also wear hearing aids but was never really happy with the results. At coaxing by my wife I went and was given many thorough tests. I am now after only a couple of months a believer and totally realize how a moderately severe hearing loss affected my life. With my hearing aids from Advanced and Adam I found that I was missing so much every day that I look forward to putting on my hearing aids each day to clearly hear a new sound or a sound I had forgotten. Adam DiPuccio not only worked with me on my hearing aids and insurance, he scheduled follow up appointments to insure I was getting the most advantage for my loss with my hearing aids. They are more than perfect and so was my experience. I am a patient for life and if you are looking for real help and concern please see Dr. Adam DiPuccio. You will not be sorry!!!
