Both my son and myself had our hearing checked at this facility. We’ve been here before, two years ago, but it was being run by different people. Well, all I can say, is that it was very pleasant dealing both with front desk and having hearing tested again, to find our there wasn’t hearing loss in either of us! I felt is was more thorough than my first visit in 2019. This is a husband and wife team that were very friendly and professional and I highly recommend to anyone to go here you will not be disappointed! Especially being told that my son’s hearing wasn’t declining, as we were told before, and we were very concerned, and we can now be relieved it’s all good! It’s 5 stars from us, it was two great experiences thank you!

I have had my Aids since 2015. Recently I moved to Mesa and I went to Sound Point. The service that I received was exceptional. I went there to have my hearing re-tested and if necessary have the Aids adjusted. The doctor did a though exam and he spent time with me explaining the explaining every aspect of the testing process. My Aid needed to be adjusted and I left a happy camper. Ben is very personable and knowledgeable. The Starkey hearing aids he sold me are great! Ben listens, makes a few adjustments, and Im hearing great! He even squeezed me in one time to adjust my in-ear announcement volume levels. Tanya handles the office and is very friendly.

Dr. Ben listens carefully to you, the patient about your hearing issues, runs diagnostic hearing test and then talks to you about his findings and recommendations. Ive been going to SoundPoint for about a year and this past summer i met Ben and he really does a great job. He is very knowledgeable, patient and a good listener and I really appreciated the time he takes to explain about ear health and he isnt pushy with sales. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of hearing that i am now experiencing with my new hearing aids. Ive been wearing hearing aids for over 45 years and Im always impressed with the new technology that is available for the hearing impaired. Ben really listens and takes the time to make adjustments and fine tuning, so that I am not bombarded with unnecessary background noises. He takes the time to explain all the settings and options and follows through on future appointments. Tonya is also very helpful with insurance/billing and appointments and she always answers the phone and any questions I may have. I am really glad to have met them and I look forward to continue seeing them for my hearing health/hearing aids.

Had the greatest experience. Ive never heard more clearly in my life as I did when trying on the hearing aids. What a difference those Itty bitty devices make. Ive had tinnitus my whole life so I dont know hearing without ringing and squelching, and strange sounds that dont make sense. Benjamin V was very knowledgeable. I had a thorough hearing test and he readjusted my hearing aids allowing me to hear much better. He explained the app and how the different adjustments helped me to hear in different situations. As a daughter of my mother, I was looking for a patient and caring place for my mothers first set of hearing aids. I had already had her hearing tested at A.T. Still University by the audiology students there at no charge. I had begun to research the best brands of hearing aids. I had visited one place before landing here and I also knew that mom wanted to save money. Her initial wishes were to go to Costco. As I kept pricing in mind, I also wanted and needed to feel good about who my mother would be dealing with in this new transition of her life.I walked in to SoundPoint and met Tonya, I advised her of my concerns and she patiently listened. I felt really good about my first impression and she had also explained that Ben was patient and that he had done this for a very long time.I am a very detailed person and can go on and on, but long story short. Ben was excellent in every aspect! We have unlimited visits and can call anytime. Not only has he taken great care of mom, but now I am his patient as well. Ive been using hearing aides for almost 20 years, and my visit to Soundpoint Mesa and Ben Vanderlip today was the most productive session that Ive ever had. He gave me actual demonstrations of the vartious settings available, showed how me how to access those settings and explained what I should expect from my aides.

Ben is not high pressure, he is competent and really cares about his patients and their needs. Sent misleading information to con people to come to their facility

You go in to a Hearing Aid store and you expect to come out with a Hearing Aid, right? Oh no, I had my Medicare provider schedule an appointment for me, where I had a hearing test, and I never even got to see a Hearing Aid, much less hear one! They want to find the right model for you and they want to know how much out-of-pocket expenses you can afford with your Medicare Advantage plan. Like, Im going to commit to a certain Hearing Aid model without even trying it out and comparing it to other models! What kind of a fool do you think I am!

Great Service! Mike and Jackie are very knowledgeable about the hearing aids they sell. There is great follow-up after purchasing a hearing aid from Sound Point Hearing Centers. One can stop in to the office most any time and get questions answered or problems solved.

I can now hear the way I think should hear with a set of hearing aids. Im a musician and my profession was electronics and worked in that field for many years. I finally have a set of hearing aids that allows me to again hear the real world again and especially happy I can again hear the full range of sounds my arranger keyboard produces.
