Lens Crafters Mesa Grand is the spot! Had a great experience starting with the ladies and gentlemen at the front, the tech was very friendly and social as well. Whatever questions I had, she would politely and kindly answer. The doctor was awesome. I liked that he took the time to show us the photos of our eyes and how he explained what we were looking at. He also did not mind me asking any questions, as to where other doctors I have experienced looked at me wanting to tell me to shut up already. Had my glasses in less than a week. Sheree and Sarah were great in helping my son and I with our glasses. Thanks ladies.

Amazing Service. Sherry was the best I could have asked for. I was terribly nervous to get contacts. I never thought I had the guts to put them in my eyes. Sherry made me feel comfortable and confident and worked with me for over an hour until I could do it. She went above and beyond. the entire staff was friendly! They also told me my skin was very clean.

If youre just looking for glasses and have a prescription already I highly recommend the sales staff at this location. Sarah and Osbaldo were phenomenal and provided excellent service. They worked together to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. They will utilize your insurance as much as possible to lower your out of pocket.Now, as for the eye exam that was a different story. Get your eye exam done elsewhere. The optometrist was HORRIBLE. I had my appointment at 515PM and she was rushing me out of the office. I was right because as soon as I was done she zipped out of the store. She didnt address any of my concerns and dismissed me having any vision issues. Left with unanswered questions. Probably one of of the worst $60 Ive spent.Only reason why I give this place 5 stars is because of Sarah and Osbaldo. They deserve the recognition and customers.

The worst experience ever. Customer service ALL time worst. Tried setting up appt and staff were just blank. Manager was worst and ended stating she didn’t need my business. Manager finds that her staff is correct. Staff was scheduling my child under a different name. Their error. Worst mistake trying to deal with unprofessional people.

Everyone here was so friendly and very professional. I had Christian help me and he was able to answer all the questions I had and was able to explain to me very thoroughly about the products and addons I can have on my glasses. I was in and out of the store with my purchase in less than an hour. The store was kept very clean and they followed Covid-19 protocol. Lens crafters team is good and nice , HoweverI had a vision exam with Dr Andrew Abela on site I felt extremely rushed im/out for vision exam , he was rude on interrupting as just rushing and pretending to be busy while no one or other appointments booked at that time . I got wrong prescription, and. I am unhappy with the result and glasses Horrible experience won’t come back for that. Will need to report to the board

Horrible! I just came out of the store because I had an appointment, just for this lady to tell me they didnt accept my insurance. I tried calling them before arriving and they didnt answer because I guess I had the main line. She said she called me 2 times, yeah right! And said that the line didnt come through. It doesnt because my line blocks unknown callers but it lets you leave a message and I never got a called, Im pretty sure I left my email and didnt get anything from them.

The staff at the eye exam are very good. However, I was not satisfied with the customer service of the sales service when I chose to buy frames and lenses. When I came back to exchange my glasses for the first time, the saler told me that the computer system was faulty and couldnt give me a price right then and made an appointment to call me again the next morning. The next day the employee named Misty Werner called back to tell me with a very high price of new glasses, I asked her to list the details of the price, then her attitude was not satisfied. That afternoon I went back to the store and a male employee welcomed me. I asked why there are options that I didnt request but were listed in and I wanted to remove those features but the saler said he couldnt. hence I asked to return it. then I went to the store at Chandler mall, the staff here served better. And I chose lenses with the same features as before but the price is less half than Stapleys store.

I went in for a new set of nose pads for my glasses, one of mine had fallen off last night. Christian was very friendly and helpful. He got new pads on my glasses, cleaned them and even helped adjust them for a better fit, in a matter of 5 minutes everything was done. Overall extremely satisfied, good location, very clean, very helpful. Highly recommend going here for glasses/shades.

I need safety glasses for work and there is a small variety to choose from.

Loved Ljiljana Aleksic. She didnt just provide me a prescription that might work, but took the time to make sure that my answers were detailed and that the prescription was individualized. She also provided different reasons for blurred vision that could be an easy fix - eye drops/warm cloth. I really liked her. The staff was also very helpful on providing suggestions and getting the transaction completed quickly.

LensCrafters personnel were very efficient and personable. They have repeatedly assisted me with quick repairs, as needed.

I came to this location after a frustrating experience at my usual LensCrafters of 8+ years. Jeanine helped me the moment I walked through the door. She listened to me and helped me get exactly what I needed. In the end, I found frames that I liked even better that werent in the selection of the other location. She wasnt pushy at all and the transaction was smooth and fast! The other employees working were super nice and giving the same great service to their customers. It was an overall great experience. I really had a great experience here! The assistants that helped me put in contact lenses for the first time were very helpful and patient with me since Im struggling to put in the lenses, which is common and expected. Im very grateful to have really good eye insurance and I got some Versace brand frames I liked and got in and out quickly.

On a recent business trip to Phoenix, I needed my sunglasses fixed and had purchased them at a LensCrafters in Florida. I found this location and was fortunate to find Chris and his colleagues in the store late on a Wednesday evening. Not only did he go out of his way to repair the sunglasses, he cleaned my reading glasses and gave me some advice on golf sunglasses....a very knowledgeable and highly personable man. And he didnt charge even though I was willing to pay....I highly recommend this crew. Thanks Chris for your professionalism and courtesy!

My daughter has a very strong prescription, so it is hard for her to live without her glasses. She lost them on a weekend, and we were anxious to find a place that could quickly replace them. Most of the time it takes about 2 weeks to get her prescription filled. LensCrafters was able to fill her prescription on a Sunday, and it only took an hour. On top of that, the customer service was excellent. Charles and Holly were very patient and thorough even though it was almost closing time when we came. They continued to be kind, helpful, and professional even after they found out we were buying the cheapest frames and lenses.

Been going here for a couple of year and never had a problem with staff or products.

I had my script filled here. Something started peeling on my lens. I went in to find out they put a coating on the lens I didn’t ask for. They said they were not responsible. I said so you put a protective coating on my lens but ur not responsible for how good it is? They said nope. I wouldn’t suggest getting glasses here unless you’re going to change every year.

I have been going to lenscrafters for over 20 years. Dr Wyman is absolutely fantastic! She goes above and beyond for you. I will continue to go there because of her.👓👓

Staff very helpful and professional. Lab very slow. Maybe its just me, but I feel that the reward for relenting to plus selling (read: giving Lenscrafters more money) should not be having to wait an extra week - almost half a month - to receive what you paid for. From a chain that used to boast youd get your glasses in about an hour.Again, the staff was fantastic, but I will not be using Lenscrafters for my next glasses purchase due to how slow the lab is.

Horrible! This place is all about making money. Hidden fees. Getting authorization from your insurance takes forever. We had to just leave and they called us. We just decided to go somewhere else. They also said that the visit would be a certain amount and we paid double for just exams because of all the up selling and you find out your charges at the end. Im just so dissatisfied, they really do nothing to make you feel comfortable. Just a bunch of commission trying to be made. Would not recommend this business.

Thank you Dr. Beebe, Pearson Eyecare Group and LensCrafters for a WONDERFUL experience! Kassy pulled various frames for me and selected additional frames she thought would look nice on me. She is patient and quite experienced with knowing what frame fits your face best. As we were looking at more brands and styles, Alissa, another associate pulled a frame that was in the drawer and they were exactly what I was looking for...they are PERFECT! She did my eye measurements, is experienced and talented in her profession. Truly...she is AWESOME!Miracle, who does your pre eye exam is super nice and explains what each eye test is measuring. The ladies who check you out in front are friendly and go out of their way help you with your insurance complexities.The Optometrist, Dr. Marissa Beebe is very thorough and explained in detail about the purpose of the eye photos and what the eye photos should look like if everything is normal. She indicated what the photos would look like if you are beginning to have possible future eye concerns. She is knowledgeable about contacts and is confident that she can find a contact that can work for me. Zero star if possible. I have my eye exam and a new pair of glasses there. But the degree is a little higher than what I expect. Then when I went back to changed my glasses, the manager is rude. She just want me to upgrade the lens to higher level, so that they can make more money. After I said no, she just want to push me out! This store never care about the customers feeling. They only care about money.

I went in yesterday to have my temple protectors replaced... something I have had done a few times at the other location. The woman working (never gave me a name so I dont know it, it was opening yesterday) took my glasses in back to replace the temple protectors, no problem.... when she came back, she put them on my face, asked me how the felt, and hurried me out. I thought it was because she seemed to be the only one working and it was busy. I got home and a corner of the frames are broken. I contacted the company that makes the vintage frames, and they no longer make them. I dont make very much and saved for these for a long time. The lenses (purchased at lenscrafers) were almost $400... I cant use the glasses or the frames now. If I could give 0 starts I would... I am totally devastated.

Poor customer service. Will not sell contacts to you close to the end of your prescription date. Cite some unnamed law that prevents them from selling you contacts as your prescription is about to expire.Would not actually say what law this is, must be the law of needing to perform more eye exams for the cash it brings in.
