Im very happy with the care and service I received at Becken Vision Solutions. Dr. Brian was very patient and thorough with my eye exam. Glenda helped me with my eyeglass choices which took quite a while because I took advantage of their 20% off any additional eyeglasses purchased. I bought 5 pairs of glasses and saved quite a bit of money! Glenda and Dr. Brian were both extremely helpful and patient and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I left there feeling like I had made 2 new friends. I highly recommend Becken Vision Solutions!

I was treated very well on my visit. The optometrist Dr Becker was very friendly and was very quick but thorough when doing the eye exam and his assistant was very helpful and friendly as well. I’ll come back!

I visited becken vision solutions in Walmart on mckellips and Greenfield road. Although he probably knew what he was doing I was not at all impressed with his communication style and manner. Rather aloof. I also dont appreciate being handed a mask to wear. He was wearing a mask, the optometrist, as was his right. I am fully vaccinated and try to make it have it not to shop at places that insist on a mask but I was unaware of this policy. I feel its extremely poor customer service to do this, actually its rather insulting. I suppose the vaccines just didnt work, maybe they were a joke? Anyway the prescription may be correct I dont know I dont have my glasses yet but I was not at all impressed with the eye exam.

Everyone there was professional and friendly. I felt the doctor was excellent and took the time to listen to my concerns and problems with my previous opthalmologist.The people who help you choose your glasses were very helpful and did not push me to the expensive choices and in fact helped me understand what I didnt need, as far as add-ons.I would definitely suggest Becken Vision Solutions to anyone looking for new glasses🤓

I was pleased with the service.

I am 75 years old and have been going to a physician for eye exams since I was 4 years old. However, several days ago I decided to go to get my eyes examined at Becken Vision Solutions, located in our Mesa, AZ. Walmart store which is just down the road from my home. Their vision expert is an optometrist. I have never ever had a better eye exam than I received from their professional and dedicated staff. Their equipment was up to date and, throughout the entire exam, the optometrist explained what he was doing which was very much appreciated. I also selected a new frame and was told that my new glasses would be ready in about a week. All in all, this was an outstanding visit.

The doctor was very nice and respectful. He took care of my kids and myself in a timely fashion. I will definitely be coming back for our annual eye check ups.

Ive never had a bad experience at this Vision Center in Walmart.Everyone is friendly, helpful and efficient. I got a quality exam, ordered new glasses, and was out in less than an hr. Never felt rushed at any time.I wouldnt get an eye exam anywhere else. Ill add that I dont have vision insurance and found it still to be affordable.

They were able to see me right away didnt make me wait at my appointment time got done in 15 minutes and it was very thorough and it was great service
