Mark is informative and seems to be a decent person but he is a fast talker. To my surprise, at the end of my experience once I got home, I had noticed he charged me for things that he stated he would throw in for me, free of charge. I not only noticed that but there were added features that were never asked to be added to my account. I never like to leave a negative remark and I could go on in detail but just be aware of what your bill looks like. I been a customer for 12 years and never had to put up with this.

Im a month late in posting but here I am!Mark was super incredibly helpful! Got all 3 of my family members into new devices and did so super quickly while also helping other customers get in and out the door quickly as well.We loved Mark and his epic customer service skills, we love our new devices, our only disappointment is in the cases provided at Metro. 2 of the 3 phones took minor falls (with the screen protector and case on) and both of those phones will need new screens shortly. So I recommend finding a better quality case so you arent in a spot of needing new cases + phone screens so quickly. The 3rd phone case snapped in half as I took it off of my phone to make sure none of the coffee my kid spilled near my phone got into the case. Other than the serious phone case issues we are really happy with everything and will definitely go back to Mark in the future.

Came in for a new phone for my boyfriend. The GM Mark was amazing! He made sure we were knowledgeable on the phones to ensure we chose the right one. He was extremely nice and very quick. We were expecting to be there for a while getting it all set up but it was such a quick and painless process. Amazing customer service!!! Ill be back there tonight to get myself a new phone now :D

OMG, we received such amazing customer service and received great help from Mark who was extremely knowledgeable about everything and super patient with us! Mark helped get all of our concerns sorted out and was able to come up with great solutions for us, all in a timely manner. Went in to buy a new phone. Mark was very helpful and very informative. He knows his stuff. He actually tried to put me in a less expensive phone after asking me some questions about my phone needs instead of trying to upsell me and he threw in a screen protector. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know.

The staff at the Mesa store on Main and Greenfield are just awesome I wouldnt go anywhere else in the mesa area for my metro service needs

There was a very rude unprofessional lady working at this location on Thursday July 29. she was very unorganized very eager to not be any help at all .claimed it was her 3rd day.will not return here as long as she is there.

This place doesnt deserve even 1 star. All their workers including the manager are dishonest , unhelpful, scammers. Bought a phone there 2 days later I went back to exchange it because it was defected. Just keep glitching , would touch an app and would open another ,wont charge etc.. The lady lied to me said she couldnt exchange it. They couldnt do anything, I left. My sister informed me she was lying I went back a week later now the story changed to I had 7 days to change it they cant do anything now. If you go to this store you might as well just throw your money straight in the trash because thats what you will end up doing with the phone you purchase there. And no help from these unprofessional dishonest workers. Time to call corporate. Hopefully the pattern dont follow.

Representative was very nice. I had a million questions because I wanted to make sure I got the best deal. Didnt matter what I asked she answered all my questions, and used simple English. She didnt use the coding language that most techy ppl use. In and out the door in 20 min with a new phone, a better understanding of the promos on the multiple lines, and still had money in the bank account!!!! Glad I stopped in😀😁😃

Honestly dont even rate a star. Worst business i ever know. Chic didnt know how to do a hard reset. Had to take my phone to cricket and they did it. Only had my phone 90 days and totally went down when it was a defect phone really. Manager of this store doesnt even know good management skills wanted me to explain problem but kept talking over me. Dont deal with this place
