Our first contact was Joy. We felt comfortable with her almost immediately. She explained our options, listened to our feedback, and then provided samples that were on target with what we were looking for. We appreciate her expertise and the time saved by having the samples brought to our home. Explaining the process in detail and then listening to your customers questions, concerns, comments is so very important and Joy made sure we were comfortable with every aspect before proceeding. Next, we needed some sub floor work, and although Zach is not a direct part of the team, we are so very happy you recommended him for the job. Again, explanation of process, answering questions, friendly demeanor goes a long way. The floor team did a great job. They were respectful of us and our belongings. They did not always explain what they were going to do next, but when we asked, they always took the time to answer and made sure we were good with what was happening. The carpet team impressed us. They did a fantastic job and interacted with us a little more, as in explaining how/where they would be moving furniture. Our bedroom furniture is large and we have little space but they did a great job with figuring that out. We did take drawers out of the dressers prior to their arrival in order to help the moving process. The clean up by both teams was done well and appreciated. Overall, we are very, very happy and will recommend Floor Coverings International in our reviews.

An appointment with Steve from Floor Coverings International Mesa AZ to get a quote for a bathroom sub-floor repair/replacement and retiling. The appointment was scheduled for 9/28 at 3:30 p.m., confirmed by phone and text. Nobody showed up, nobody called and all calls to every number associated with Floor Coverings International Mesa AZ go directly to an automated cant take your call recording for one of their numbers. Inexcusable. Avoid these slackers at all costs.

There are few times in my life when I feel the need, or have the time, to write a really good review on someone. Kris at Floor Coverings international is worth this review and she is amazing!!! Her crew did an exceptional job and she went above and beyond to make sure I was always informed and I got everything I wanted. She did about 400 sq feet of floor tile and constructed 2 custom tiled showers for us. Having never gone through any construction before, I was weary of people taking advantage of us. Kris did a great job of walking us through the whole process, making sure I understood all the details and laid out every price detail before we started - and when finished, she didn’t ask me for one penny more. She gave me an unbelievable price, did an amazing job on the work, and gave exceptional customer service. You will not be disappointed if you choose her to get the work you need done, she is the hardest working woman and honestly I was sad when the job was completed because she was such a pleasure to work with. Kris and her team have been a God send. I was months and months away from flooring being installed in my home before I could even move back in. Kris not only got a team together right away, but she even had the job done before the Holidays. The job was professionally done, the staff was always on time. Honestly, I am so grateful for her professionalism and absolute integrity. I continuously get compliments on the the floor.
