Could not be more pleased with our recent experience at Baker Bros. Two years ago we had our family room tiled and now we want to expand the tile into two adjacent small areas. Will be self-installing. Decided to order the tile now just in case the style is discontinued before we are ready to install. From first contact to last, the communication was quick, professional and friendly. So was the experience when the call came in that the tile was ready for pick-up and I drove to the Baseline Rd location. We were surprised to learn just how many products Baker Bros offers, including counter tops. The showroom is large, roomy, bright and fun to walk through for ideas.

Id been threatening to replace the carpet in my bedrooms with some type of hard surface flooring for more than a year. The salespeople at Baker Bros understood it was a matter of when, not if, and never once pressured me. When I was ready to proceed, they educated me on the types of flooring I might consider. Their experience and recommendations greatly aided in my decision, and I couldnt have been more pleased with the outcome! The installers showed up exactly when they said they would and did an amazing job laying the vinyl plank flooring. They moved furniture in a way that minimized any disruption to my household, and left everything neat and clean when they were done. Baker Bros is a top notch organization. Everyone I dealt with (salespeople, schedulers, measurer, and installers) was courteous, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful. Most importantly, they kept me informed every step of the way, and followed up at each stage of the process to ensure I was completely satisfied. Baker Bros deserves more than 5 stars. My new floors are absolutely beautiful!

We were at Baker Brothers to browse vinyl water-proof flooring. Darice showed us the type of flooring we were looking for, and let us browse, and ask questions. She arranged for us to take home some samples, and did the paper work on same. Excellent experience!

We went to Baker Bros based on a referral from a relative. Worked with Darice who didnt disappoint! We got exactly what we were looking for.

I called over a month ago for pricing on some Emser tile - fortunately Emser still produced it (oringally installed 2014) and Darice was great at pricing it out and following up with me a couple times later when I was ready to order. Thanks to her professionalism and follow ups, we committed to the purchase - and look forward to adding this tile to our extended laundry and front entrance areas. Shes also very personable and helpful...Thanks Darice!

We are so happy we decided to work with Baker Bros for new area rugs for our recent home remodel. Baker Bros was our first stop as we looked up a number of flooring and rug stores in the area, and it became our only stop as we found exactly what we were looking for with their great selection of high-quality area rugs. William, the sales rep, was so good to us and waited on us patiently for over an hour as we went through the selections multiple times, identifying our favorite pieces and then finally making up our minds. If you are looking for high quality area rugs that will enhance the look and feel of your home, I recommend you visit Baker Bros. Im sure William or any of their other staff will take great care of you too.

We visited the store on 10/25 and only one customer was in the store w the sales rep. We wandered around the store for about 10 mins and the sales rep never acknowledged us in the time we were there. Poor service!!! We will try Chandler location and hopefully will get better service.

I can not recommend Baker Bros enough! Joseph Hessling was not only extremely knowledgeable but such a pleasure to work with! Diligently answering any and all questions. The entire process was painless, from picking out the tile and carpet to installation day. Even when encountering last minute needs and obstacles. The installation crew and Joe were extremely professional, going above and beyond for us the customers. The house feels like a new home and I am in love with the work they have done. I have nothing but good things to say and would recommend Joe and Baker Bros to any who asked. We can not thank you enough!

We recently replaced 3 bedrooms of carpet with a wood-look vinyl to match the existing vinyl throughout the house that Baker Bros had installed 5 years ago. To our surprise, Barbara Hunter remembered us and our former project, and was warm and personable with us. She did a great job coordinating getting the old product and arranging for installation to our satisfaction. She is extremely knowledgeable, and a great trouble-shooter too! I highly recommend her!

We purchased our Stainmaster carpet from Baker Brothers a year and a half ago. No better time, then, to review it! We’ve had time to live with it and really see how we like it. And, we’ve had time to see how well it holds up.It is amazing carpet. It is soft, it is plush, and it looks brand new after 18 months of living life on it! This carpet is a dream. We were searching for a tone on tone carpet, which is difficult to find. We were pleased to find that Baker Brothers had several to choose from.We worked with Leann Coats from the moment we walked in the doors. She knew what we wanted and knew even better what we needed. She directed us to several good options, sent us home with samples and got our order placed promptly. She then arranged for our carpet to be held when we weren’t back in time for the initial installation date! Talk about great service!We couldn’t be happier with our selection of carpet. A few years ago we carpeted the same space with a cheap, very poor wearing carpet. What a joy to finally have the carpet we’d intended with that first replacement. Thank you Leann and Baker Brothers for excellent Customer Service!

Working with Baker Bros was such a treat. Everyone from the store and those that came to my home were so helpful and respectful, and made everything SO easy.Im looking forward to working with them again.

We had a great experience with the Mesa store. Leeann Coats was wonderful to work with. We explained what we were interested in and she showed us everything she had. She spent so much time with us in store, then also in our home. Checked in by phone several time and even came by on installation day . The installers were courteous and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them..in fact I have recommended to friends.

Zero customer service...After pointing me towards the area where I would find the floor samples I was most interested in, without leaving her chair, the sales woman then returned to a long personal conversation with her older clients. The topic of her conversation wasnt business related but yammering on and on about other states, summer homes, travel plans e.t.c. I removed and examined sample after sample...perused rows and rows of carpet for 20 minutes and was never acknowledged again. She must have nailed all the commission she needed earlier in the day. Very unimpressed..

Leann was very helpful tracking down a few pieces of tile that we needed that were on backorder. Kept great communication on what was going on and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed.

The Dana Park location had a very good selection and the staff was great. LeAnn Coats did an excellent job and was very helpful. The team that installed our new flooring through out our house was professional and courteous. Glad we went to Baker Bros.

Leann at the Mesa store was extremely helpful. We purchased two large area rugs and are very satisfied with them.We had a small issue unrelated to the sale ,or quality of the rugs. Phil, the president, rectified the matter ,that had to do with another employee, quickly. We would purchase additional floor coverings again if needed.related to the sale for the quality of the rugs.

Your store manager is amazing. He knew flooring like no one else.

They do offer a large selection of flooring options. Prices seem much higher than other places. My biggest complaint is the employees. They seem rude and are incredibly pushy just trying to get a sale.

Great place, great service, but need better signage.....very hard to locate.

I used this company through my realtors concierge program. The terms were 90 days or close of escrow. Neither one has happened yet. They just deducted their payment from my checking account ( they put it in 2 weeks ago) and caused my account to go negative. I’ve called and left a message and have had no return calls.

We like the variety of items in the store. Lots of pictures and rugs.

Great selection. I was happy with the service.
