After a rough day for the guys, a few mechanics downs, a newborn, a ton of stress with OEM parts that do not fit, these guys went way above and beyond to put in my old part so I can drive and order the correct part from Honda. Came for an oil change and tire rotation on referral from a friend/ former employee and these guys were awesome! Down to earth, good sense of humor and they have a shop cat! Honestly, I’d come back just to see the cat again. She cuddled in my lap for the entire hour they were working on my car and it made my whole day. Anyway, great service, no BS. A+ from me!

I just got propane, however the guy who helped me was nice and professional and the price was surprisingly reasonable.

Brian and Paul are so professional and they go out of there way for me every time. Even found and issue that did not need repainwhich any other repair shopWould e told me it needed fixing! Highly recommend.

On the third of July we called at 1 to get in for them to look at our 2010 sport trac. Got us in at 2 and replaced 2 front wheel bearings that afternoon which took some excellent customer service to get done as owner needed to drive to get one of the parts. Staff was excellent and they saved us about $300 by calling around for parts and got us ford parts. When you are new to a community your always looking for a reasonable place for car repairs that does things right. We found that in Zemp auto and will be back going forward.

This shop has great mechanics at fantastic prices. Ive never felt ripped off and they have always shot me straight...this is my personal mechanics place and I recomend them to my family and friends.

I am giving this place 5 stars without them technically doing anything to my vehicle because that is the best indicator of ah honest mechanic shop.Backstory: I went into another auto shop to get my oil change because I do not have a garage and I didnt want to change my oil in the 110 degree weather in the mid-September. They offer free inspection with the oil change and I was told that my front brake pads needs to be replaced. I did not get it done that day because I did not wanted to sit in the waiting room any longer. I did what most people do and went home and google an auto shop closer to my house with good reviews and price. It so happen that Zemp was within walking distance to my apartment and the reviews were amazing...with one common theme...honest. I made an appointment and left work early to drop it off so I can pick it up the same day. I get a call back 45 mins later from the owner asking why I was changing the brake pads. Told him my story and he broke it down for me. They did the inspection. Brake pads still have plenty of life left and the other auto shop was most likely lying to me and I should come and pick up the Jeep since there is nothing wrong with it. Did not take a dime from me for the work that they do. I did not get service today but from now on, anything I need I will be going to them.

Had to have my thermostat replaced, this shop was amazing at getting me in a quickly, completing the work correctly, in a timely manner, and they were extremely fairly priced. They are honest, fair, and transparent. Highly recommend Zemp Auto and their staff is incredible to work with. Paul made the experience easy, and was a joy to work with.

Such a great experience, he worked hard on finishing my repair the same day, found the radio code for my Honda Ridgeline, and ordered the parts for my broken hood prop. He also stayed a little late on a Friday so I could get my truck back. I highly recommend Zemp Auto for your car repair.

I always have great service at a reasonable price. I never worry about them trying to rip me off, they are always fair and have gotten my car in and fixed on the same day. Twice I have had to just drop in on them to get something done, once was a water pump and the other was a grinding brake. Both times I had my car the next day. They worked really hard to get me back on the road! I would highly recommend!

We own a 1996 Jag convertible which we were lucky enough to happen upon for a price we could afford a few years ago. Brian Zemp has been a master at handling this complex vehicle. Nothing has been simple and yet he continues to take the time to find the part, research how to install it and always makes it work. Brian even had to rebuild the entire locking system on the drivers side door when a locksmith wouldnt touch it! Zemps is simply the best auto repair shop anywhere! Took my vehicle to Autozone since my check engine came on. Without getting into detail, some codes came back indicating an issue with a misfire. Priced it as I thought of doing it myself however thought better of it and took it to Zemp Auto instead. They actually did a thorough diagnosis and determined it was not the issue that Autozone had indicated and was in fact something else that was less expensive. Fixed it and was back on the road later that day. Great Job Zemp Auto... awesome service!!

I took my car and because I was having some squeaking noise when I would go over speed bumps. They did a diagnostic and I found out it was the upper control arms. I called the dealer and got a quote over the phone and Zemps I was half the price because they were willing to use aftermarket parts and its a small local business which is good to keep their labor rates low. Aside from cost, the staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly - honest. They kept me up today on the status of my repair and they let me know when it was ready for pickup. Even threw in a free set of windshield wipers because it was raining and my wipers werent working properly. I will definitely return for continued repair and service.
