I feel very lucky that I found this place. I have been coming here for a few years now and I am always very happy with their services. I have been going to this mechanic for years and I will never go anywhere else. As a young woman new to Arizona I was careful to read reviews before trusting my car to a mechanic. DEFINITELY 5 stars +UPDATE: Just received phone call/voicemail following up to make sure everything is working well.AC went out in my little Hyundai🔥 Dealerships couldnt get it in for about 2 weeks so I shopped around. Advance Auto Repair had fantastic reviews so I gave them a call on Tuesday. I worked Wednesday, dropped it off Thursday afternoon, just before a 3 day weekend (Sat-Mon). Diagnosed it early Friday and had parts delivered by end of the day. First thing this morning they got to work on it and had it ready today 😊 Price was exactly what I was quoted. Weve been having an electrical issue with our van since we parked it for the pandemic., Im pretty sure well be taking it there to get checked out :-)And a side note, Im having some issues with my right knee and have to wear a brace on it right now and keep it elevated when Im not moving around. I asked permission to turn two chairs facing each other and put my feet up on one. He went above and beyond and came around and positioned the chairs for me. Super nice customer service! Thats one thing I really do like about owner operator stores :-)

This place is female friendly! I don’t usually like going to these types of places without my husband but it was different here. Chuck is very nice and he always says that he just wants to make sure drivers are safe so he checks everything. I really appreciated that! Went in for a maintenance check and it Took little time. My Hyundai Sonata had electrical issues. Every time I would not drive my car for more than a day, my car battery would die. The battery was installed a year and half ago, so it was fairly new. I finally took it to Advanced Auto Repair for a parasitic load test to see if there was a circuit causing a large draw. Chuck was there to greet me and he was very informative and insightful about what could possibly be going on with my vehicle. Brian, who was the mechanic on duty, performed the test and found a draw from my window switch. We thought that was the end of the problem but unfortunately my battery died again. Chuck was very understanding and even came by to jump my car (which was right around the corner) and took it back to the shop with him to further search for the issue. The issue had been my interior lights or so we thought because the draw had lessened to a normal draw. I took my car home and the battery died once more. So what did I do? I called Chuck who was still willing to work on my car to get to the root of the problem. After Chuck and Brian did some research they found out that Hyundai Sonata’s radios could turn on when the car is off and the fuse holder would have to be removed in order to not drain the battery overnight :( The issue was finally fixed. I appreciate the entire staff at Advance Auto Repair because they really helped me out and kept a smile on their face the whole time! This experience alone has made my move to Arizona a lot better knowing that I have found a local, knowledgeable and reliable auto shop! Thank you all!

Great shop, definitely will be coming here for any future work on our cars. We bought both of our vehicles from Autonation Nissan in Chandler and have been getting most of our work done from them for years, they quoted one of our cars needing the right front lower control arm and all of the rear control arms replaced. Which was almost 3 thousand dollars worth of work from them. Our car has under 50k miles, so that was strange. I decided to call around and get second and 3rd opinions. Advance auto repair checked our car out for free and confirmed we did not need any of that done! Trustworthy and friendly, definitely recommend.

My car was towed in for a no crank, no start problem. Starter replaced and all is good. They are very helpful and friendly.

When we first started bringing our cars to Advance Auto Repair many years ago, I was excited about their free roadside assistance program, but weve actually never had to try it because this repair service is excellent! I mostly deal with Chuck now but have never had a problem with any of the front office staff. Any needed repairs are always explained well and prices are always fair. With both of our cars 13+ years old now, Im happy to have a mechanic I can trust.

I recently had my vehicle repaired through Advanced Auto Repair. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I called yesterday and was able to get my car in, and my car has already been repaired by today before 11 o’clock. The auto service and excellent customer service I received through the shop has been outstanding. Dealing with Chuck, he went out of his way to make sure that everything was correct on my vehicle and to give me every opportunity to have my bill lowered so I would be paying less for the service that was done on my vehicle. Namely due to a malfunctioning part. I will definitely be returning for any future services for my vehicle... oil changes, or any future auto repairs. This is the BEST auto repair shop I have found! Chuck is the best! I took my car in for a leaking axle CV assembly. The guys fixed it in a few hours and also my coolant hose was leaking. Im so grateful for learning about this extremely honest and reasonably priced Auto repair shop. I need to have some more work done on my Toyota Camry that isnt a big issue at the moment. The whole team is great at Advance Auto. I started going there around 10 years ago and in the beginning would go to multiple places to see what each response would be. Advance Auto was always the most honest and fair priced. They would even show me how to take care of something myself if I expressed that I couldnt take on the expense.Now that time is more a factor than money, I wont go anywhere else. I have had an ongoing issue with my Ford Focus Motor Mounts for a few years now and the issue just seemed to be reoccurring every few months where one mount or the other would break or become loose . Finally I called chuck and he was very helpful in getting my car in an out and being upfront with me. I got my car repaired and a 2 year warranty on the part and the repair. However less than a year later the issue happens again and i take it back to Chuck under warranty to be told that there is nothing that can be done and all parts are working correctly. I took it it to another mechanic i had used recently on my fiances car who i trusted even more . They replaced the mounts and my car now runs super smooth . I also discovered that the bracket to the mount hadnt been replaced at Advanced auto repair and should have been , Normally i wouldnt care about this , but when I explained this to the owner the warranty meant nothing and i had to repeat the same scenario as every other shop .I will not be going back .

Excellent Service! I have an old truck that was having trouble passing emissions. The owner, Chuck, not only fixed the problem, but actually drove it to the emissions testing himself and got it to pass. Him and his staff are extremely friendly and customer service oriented. I would highly recommend Advance Auto to anyone who owns a vehicle!

Great service, not bad prices

They helped my daughter with her van. It was making a noise that was eventually isolated to the power steering unit. Chuck was helping out and he had to deal with my grilling him remotely over the phone. He was very succinct and accurate and just basically a good guy to deal with. It was tough with me 2000 miles away and her there trying to get help, but Advance Auto made it EASY for all involved. Yeah.. Id recommend them to ANYONE. Go give em a call.

I brought my car to chuck after going to Sears and Firestone. Both Sears And Firestone told me it would cost over $4,000.00. Chuck the owner told me it was a $57.00 fix, thats all it needs said chuck. I nearly fell over. I felt like I won the lotto by finding an honest mechanic. Please save yourself time and trouble, have Chuck work on your vehicle. I highly recommend him. Im on my way back to his shop with my other car that Sears has charged me $3,700, I want chuck to complete the work Sears claimed they did, but never did finished but I paid for it. Very polite and informative. When I couldnt get a quick oil change on first day I was scheduled for one promptly on the following day. They helped me understand what to anticipate for my cars future repair needs, and I plan to visit them again for their help.

Very highly recommend. I came into Advance Auto Repair after my check engine light came on during my first day in Arizona. They were super kind and looked at my car. They originally recommended replacing the spark plugs but then noticed that it was a head gasket problem. Once they knew it was a head gasket they let me know they dont do those repairs and didnt charge me anything for the diagnosis. A month or so later after another shop botched the head gasket repair, Advance Auto Repair again helped diagnose the problem and gave me some evidence at no charge that the other shop had only done a patch job on the head gasket. They were always super kind, helpful, and honest, and I highly recommend going here.

Absolutely the best service I have ever received. Adrian, my service technician, clearly understands the value of customer service and the impact it has on business. This is a very well run operation from start to finish. It started with a phone call when my truck overheated, Adrian was quick to offer his professional advice (I know nothing of cars). His professional manner on the phone made me willing to go on the complete other side of town to do my service. While other technicians wanted to charge me their hourly rate for a diagnostic, Adrian popped the hood without a single mention of cost or money. He quickly saw my radiator was busted, made his suggestions, did the work and that very day had my truck operational and running. If you have any car problems please call Advance Auto Repair, they will do right by you and get your car running the most efficient and cost effective way possible. Just picked up my vehicle and they repaired everything my wife asked for. Really great customer service and explained everything we needed to know. The warranty and roadside assistance is a great plus.They even expressed some of their concerns about some things they noticed about the vehicle that we should check out in the future. The big thing for me is that they called to ask if we wanted to change a part that really didnt needed to be replaced because we werent gonna use 4x4 and that saved us a lot. They were even authorized to do it but still made the call. On the phone he talked about putting it back together and making sure it was really safe without that repair. That shows that they care more about safety and customer satisfaction more than money. Definitely will be going back for vehicle repairs at this shop.

When I was stuck in a rut they were happy to help me and tell me what the problem was upfront. Unfortunately they couldnt find the accelerator cable needed, but they made it hold up so I could make the ride home without charging a penny for the service.
