I went in with many questions and the salesperson was very patient and explained all of my options. I was worried about spending that much money and not liking them. I ordered with confidence and I absolutely love them. They match almost perfectly to the existing seat covers, which is what I wanted. Installation took under an hour. They look great. Would highly recommend this place.

Called & ordered custom seat covers for my older Ranger since what I wanted wasnt on the website. When the covers arrived, they were not as I ordered. Called and spoke with Amy who apologized for mistake and expedited a remake of the covers at no additional charge. Covers arrived last week and are awesome!! Great quality, easy to install and look FANTASTIC!! They protect my seats & provide that Aloha spirit I love. The only issue is that on the passenger seat, there is no cut out for the seat belt latch. However, it does not detract from the look of the cover or the functionality of the seatbelt. I have, and will continue to order more for my other vehicles.

Huge selection of colors, materials, and sizes. It took a long time for me to receive my order, but that’s what I get for ordering during the pre-Christmas season. And the staff are incredibly helpful; they told me I’d receive a discount if I was willing to wait longer for my order, which they did honor. Highly recommend.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! For the price I paid for these seat covers I expected quality and that is not what I got! Not only does any of it fit my car the fabric feels like a burlap sack and the stitching is coming undone in a few places. So I called customer support and all they tell me is that they dont refund anything. And that they can remake them for me for an extra $200. Or more. I seen better quality seat covers at the auto part store. So my advise is to save your money and go to an auto part store to get your seatcovers. Im telling everyone I know to never buy anything from seatcovers unlimited! COMPLETE GARBAGE!

Liked the saddle blanket cover that was put on in 2003. They did a horrible job this time around when wanting the saddle blanket, had to get another cover that they said would work better. After looking at the new installation had to have the rear seat re-done. So they provided service after a poor job this time around but installation done in 2003 was a 100 times better than today. I will still recommend this place however 18 years ago had a great installation.

I love the quality of my seat covers, i did have an issue with my covers and John White their manager did everything right to resolve the problem. It was refreshing to deal with a company that truly puts customer service first. Great company and great products, you cant go wrong ordering from them.

Great product great service! One minor thing coming from a experienced ASE certified automotive technician. I didnt like that my vehicle was idling during the seat cover install. I was gifted my covers with the install included. Otherwise I wouldve installed myself because Im very particular about my vehicle. Just had new seat covers and console cover installed. Console cover looks like a paper bag that has been laid over the console lid. Stitching shows all the way around, not a good fit at all. The person that came out to look at it didnt seem to care at all. Thats just the way it is he said. I will not be back.

Wow, great place for seat covers, floor and dash mats etc. John White was excellent with product info and customer service skills. We picked sheepskin seat covers that were priced competitively and they installed them while we waited. Definitely recommended. They offer custom options as well.

I stopped by their Mesa location just after the Christmas holiday and they ordered a set of leatherette front seat covers for my Toyota Tacoma. They also set up an appointment for me to bring my truck in and get the covers installed. I arrived on the install date (two weeks after ordering), and they were great; I got two gorgeous, well-fitting seat covers, the head rests, and the center console cover put on in less than an hour. Their work truly is beautiful. I could only get better quality if they took the seats out and just re-covered them. I am very pleased and will now go back for the rear seat cover.

Received the Dorchester Silver front seat covers for our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport a few days before they estimated delivery. After my 35 years in manufacturing, I can only say that this is a sign of an organized shop. The covers fit perfectly. Only difficulty installing them was due to my pea brain. I shopped around a fair amount before ordering these, and was thinking they would not be top quality given the price. Now I am thoroughly impressed. The quality of the materials and the craftsmanship are first rate. If you are looking for seat covers, these folks are your best choice.

I had to wait a couple of weeks for my seat covers because I picked one of the most popular materials and color. Of course, the Chinese flu also caused some shipping delays. The material finally arrived and they gave me an appointment the next day. I had them install them and that went very smoothly. When I saw the results u was overjoyed. They were absolutely beautiful. I am an Uber driver and I can not begin to count how many compliments I received. I highly recommend Seat Covers unlimited. Everybody was polite and professional.

Unfortunately the color green I ordered was way off from my green jeep. Also , I did not get the seat covers with the headrest because I did not want them covered. Once I received the seatcovers, I realized I would have to poke holes in the fabric to reinsert the headrests.They are not what I wanted and they do NOT give refunds. They did offer that if I pay to ship back and pay another $100, they would provide a different color.It states “no refund or exchanges on custom, full custom, or tailor made merchandise”. I was not aware mine was “custom” since I did not alter or customize the product.Buyer beware, everything is considered “custom made” on here and there are no refunds of any sorts. You will be stuck with what you order. Mine being $218.40.

I had been on the hunt for some good quality seat covers for a while now and so I was super happy when I found Seatcovers Unlimited! I loved that they offered a leatherette option and that I could customize the colors specially for my cars interior! And that I knew theyd be tailored to fit my car model specifically (yay for no baggy seats!).I called to place my order & was helped so graciously by Lani! Seriously great customer service. They took almost exactly two weeks to arrive which is the timeframe I had been given. I was super pleased with that. I was so excited I installed them that weekend. Their instruction booklet was a great help & with my sisters help we got front & back installed in about 7 hours. They look absolutely amazing! Im so happy about the coverage and protection they add to my car & my dad even commented about how they almost looked as if they had been professionally upholstered. I ordered CUSTOM tailor made seat covers for my ford f350, took 6wks to receive the covers. the seats were grossly misrepresented, and complete waste of money. The seats, namely the thickness of the material, lack of retainers( i received more of a sleeve with strings to tighten) , openings exposing metal parts of the frame, exposed foam( i can literally put my hand between the seat cover and foam underneath) are all unacceptable points in my opinion. They are not cooperating with BBB to file a complaint. called cc. company to file a dispute. I spoke/emailed to Madi Zuber and she was no help in rectifying my case.

I ordered online after reading the reviews, it was kind of a 50/50 type of place in regards to reviews. I ordered Tailor made and the website said it was the best fit possible. I was stunned after about 6 weeks of waiting and over $300 paid I received what can only be described as a cookie cutter type of seat cover with stitching that was far below my expectations. They also dont really mention that well that you have to cut the fabric for your head rests to be able to go in. There was a hole for the head rest button but not for the head rest poles? I was stunned. There wasnt anything remotely custom about my order, air pockets and poor design left my cars seat lever covered with Velcro that made noise every time I would leave my seat. The stitching on the headrest looks horrible, I initially thought that it was just peaks in the fabric, but those peaks were actually sowed in. It was so uneven and looked unfinished. I wouldnt recommend the $45 dash covers either, they are flimsy and they come with a Velcro sticker that will detach after a day. This is my first time buyer review and I have never had to write a review before. Ive been e-mailing a representative for the past 3 days with no luck on a refund.

My order showed up super-quick and looked better than I expected. It was a lot of work to install the covers but that is just because the fit is so precise. In hindsight, taking the seats out may have made the process easier. The new covers look great and were able to be tightened to an even better fit after a few weeks.

I purchased the Scottsdale black tailor made covers for my 2019 Prius. Although it took 2 months for delivery their website explained that they had a very heavy Christmas rush and were behind in delivery. There was a clear and well illustrated set of instructions with the very well sewn set of seat, back and headrest covers. The important thing to remember is that these covers are UPHOLSTERY grade fabric. While an exact fit to my seats it takes some muscle and work to install them unlike most cheap stretchy seat covers. Getting the thick fabric and fasteners through the opening between the back and seat was the biggest challenge. Hint, fold the Velcro strip back over the seat fabric and push the fabric through, unfold the Velcro strip on the other side, this keeps the Velcro hooks from sticking to the existing seat fabric. The OEM fabric flap on the back of my seats came unhooked from the frame easily for the installation but the method of tying the back tie downs around the flap made it bunch up. It isnt terrible but not a perfect solution.Overall I am very pleased with my seat covers. They are very attractive and comfortable, will NOT slide around. They look like an upgrade to the original equipment and I am sure that the very heavy fabric will last a long time.

Seat covers are great quality and they match good with my truck interior. However, the customer service side was not favorable. I ordered in January and they said orders will take 2-3 weeks to ship but because of Christmas it could take 4-6 weeks. So after about the 5th week, I emailed to check the status of my order. She ended up telling me it was going to take an extra month because too many people ordered during Christmas. When I told her I wanted a refund, she told me they were going to take 90% of my money and only give me back 10% which is ridiculous. It should be the other way around. So I was stuck waiting another month for it to ship. Checked again the next month and what do you know, it was delayed another month. finally now in April I have them. Should you order from them? Well if you can handle waiting a few months during busy months, sure. If you want covers very soon, I’d look elsewhere

The fit and finish of this product is outstanding. I drive a 1987 Suzuki Samurai that has custom leather seats. Living in Arizona I was looking for something to protect my seats from the oppressive sunlight, and Seat Covers Unlimited have been the perfect solution. The covers look great on the interior of my rig and the leather underneath is still perfect in condition. The covers are also in near perfect condition after being in a vehicle kept outdoors in temperatures reaching 100+ degrees and being covered in dirt from off-road use. I know who I will use whenever I need seat covers for any of my future vehicles!

Really long wait (90 days) but man was it worth? I got the covers for one of my Merc W211 and boy(!), the quality, design and material are just surreal. Installing them took a little creativity but I was able to install both in just shy of an hour, they fit exactly like the factory covers if not better. If Id get paid to be absurdly critical I could say that the headrest bars should have some clearance so the seam can be less obvious. I couldnt be happier with the product I received!

I would give negative Stars if I could. Not even sure this is a real business since they have never responded to any calls, or emails, or sent any correspondence regarding my order whatsoever. Im so thankful I used PayPal and they were able to recover my $549. Im willing to bet any review you see here that is even remotely positive is coming from someone within this scam organization trying to steal your money. Look elsewhere for seat covers, this place is absolute garbage.

Great Product! I ordered one of the heavier duty sets of set covers and so far so good! I had ordered a steering wheel cover as well but it did not cover my steering wheel very well and I called them and they told me they would make me a new one and ship it that day! I did send them a couple of photos to help explain what my issue was. Great customer service!

These guys were wonderful to work with. I ordered the back seat covers for a Jeep a couple of years ago. This summer I want the front seats to match. The problem was they no longer had that material. So a few emails later I received new front and back seat covers in a new material, for the price of just the front seats. They replaced the back seat for free. Unbelievable! I really like the new covers better then my old ones. They treated me like I was their only customer. Thank you once again, the covers are awesome!

I have placed two orders for my BMW 535 and I have not found anything better that even matches the quality of the sea covers. Not only has the material looked like an exact replica seat but I have also been told that others thought they were the real custom seats not covers.The install is very simple and the product again has been by far the best and all the research I have done over the past month. FINAL UPDATE: Super caring business owner, Ben, contacted me after reading my initial review and explained that they were way behind in filling orders after the holidays. I agreed to give them another chance, and received my seat covers just a week and a half later. The fabric is colorful, covers fit great and are exactly as pictured. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company that offers online orders. I ordered and paid for Seat Covers back in the first week of June, its now the third week of July and still no replies to my emails as to where my order is and or when it will arrive. Tried calling them direct at their office number, the phone just rings and rings and no one answers. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a business. Do yourself a favor and find another company for seat covers. Absolutely pathetic, that they boast about a great product when you cant even deliver it to your customer......Absolutely pathetic

Seat cover quality is awesome, there delivery is not. I ordered my seat covers for my truck on March 11. Then a few days later I received an email saying it would be two months before I got them. I should have canceled at this point but wanted a good American mad product so I waited. It took tell June 5 before they showed up. Almost 3 months after I ordered them. I put them on last night and they fit pretty well and look nice but not worth the wait.

I ordered 3/31/2019, its been almost 4 weeks. I was told in an email when I ordered it could take 8-10 weeks. I am waiting very patiently and hoping that they take their time measuring and stitching my seat seat covers as they are going in my Sons truck that I am customizing. We lost our Son 3 years ago and it has taken me until now to have healed enough to do this. They just have to be right... I have read the reviews, some good, some really bad, but I have faith that they will do a great job on these seat covers. Im looking forward to how they will look in his truck, and especially hoping that they will fit and that the quality will be impeccable.

A trusted friend recommended Seat Covers Unlimited, so when it came time to purchase seat covers for my truck, I decided to call them. Although they have a well-constructed web site, I still wanted to actually speak to a real person to have them answer some questions. Immediately I could tell they were there to help. I decided to go to the showroom and look at possibilities. The sales person was friendly and accommodating and answered all of my questions. The installation happened without a glitch. But after I got home, I saw that my new seat covers would not work with my dogs hair. Next day, they had me up and running with a better choice for a slight restocking fee. They were patient and worked with me to be sure I could drive away happy. I will recommend these folks in a heartbeat. Small business, local and all American-made.

The Utah customer service was not up to my expectations. But Mesa took care of me and we got the most awesome seat covers. We have 2 Huskies who love to swim and get in the car wet to go home. These seat covers have withstood their mud and dirt. They are the best ever....

If I could give zero stars I would. My seat covers had to be remade TWICE! They even took measurements from my own seats and still managed to mess up! I do NOT recommend this company.

Garbage for the price. At least on my Xterra. Tabs tear off (and I am not even tightening hard) loose fitting, I have had much better experience with other custom cover companies. Also, wont respond to my emails.

He was courteous, professional, and straightforward. We were able to resolve the original issue to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Thanks Ben! For those of you who have had similar issues, I hope you will receive the same courtesy I have and your complaints are resolved in a timely manner to your satisfaction as well.

Horrible company. I ordered custom fitted seat covers for my 2019 Prius. Apparently Seat Covers Unlimited did not check the current model of Prius because their method of installation does not work with the felted back flaps now on the Prius. So that was my first problem. My second was that there were no instructions about how to install the back seat covers. I tried to contact them SIX times without success. TWICE was via their online contact us method, and FOUR TIMES were via the phone. The phone was answered by a machine, transferred, but never answered. No call backs have been received. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I inadvertently ordered wrong size custom made covers and this company was very forgiving with their return policy. After personally speaking w/Micah I was very pleased with results. - Good folks to work with..!

You cant buy seat covers like what this company sells at an auto parts store. This company will sell you what you want though, so you can get cheaper covers here as well. The covers we are buying are for commercial pick-up trucks and theyre heavy duty!! The city of Mesa supposedly uses the same. If you want to protect your seats, but still have a nice quality cover - this is the place!!

Disappointed. Said they no longer do custom jobs for seats that are no longer in production. They said the boss wont even let them do a quote. The seat cover selections in the show room seemed nice. Avoid if youve got an older car or rig that needs seat covers.

I bought my truck seat covers here over 12 years ago and just bought new seat covers for my new car. The covers look great and are a perfect fit. If there ever is a problem, they will promptly address. You cant go wrong here!
