This has been my go to place for the last few years, finally taking the time to give them a well-deserved review. If they don’t have what you need, they can get it along with a very competitive price and very friendly service. Extra kudos to Mike for his patience in researching why the replacement cabin filter for my Outback was a slightly different dimension than the OEM part. Turns out the replacement filter fits even better than the OEM filter.

Love this place!! We were 1 month out of our battery warranty n they honored it anyway. They are always helpful when we go in n I always find what Im lookin for or need there. Now they have 4 car familys battery business for life. I just wish they were open on Sunday.

First time in this Auto part store looking to replace a Lock Ignition cylinder switch. I went to carquest because they are I guess a sister company of advanced Auto parts. I called in to ask if they had a specific part I was informed that the parts that I needed was in stock in that all I had to do is make sure it was the right part. So I traveled 25 minutes in traffic find out that they dont have the part none of the stores have the part in Arizona and they would have to order it. I told the manager that I spoke with a representative who informed me and he rectified the situation.

Awesome Old-School Auto Parts Store...They have the part or they can get the part you need in a few hours...All I could request is that they pay a little more attention to how the greet their customers - some dont even say Hello, Hi... Just Next Customer in line, which takes away from that Awesome OLD-School Auto Parts Store feeling.Quality Parts, Prices are a little high, but thats to be expected at Carquest, Napa, etc.They said they would call me back in the morning about a part I needed, never heard back from them - ended up ordering it online.Thanks for being Open during Pandemic. :)

Best Auto part store around! Always love going to these guys. Never have had to return anything because they know their stuff. These guys rock! Needed to go to the Mesa location @ 1806 E Main the other day on 3 different occasions, helped by 3 different counter people and they all gave me great service and help. Ive been to allot of parts stores over the years, but by far these guys left a great impression. I will go no were else when Im in the Phoenix Market.......keep up the excellent customer service.

Burned through 4 alternators at autozone 2 of which were bad right out of the box. Went into reith auto today and got an alternator from them and its been working flawlessly for 3 hours now havent given it a break since its first start up stress test right out the box and already notice a huge difference in quality. I will be a returning customer guaranteed.

I purchased a battery into September 2017 it is now August 2019 my battery started to give me problems this past weekend. I had to jump start my car three times took my car to oreileys had them check my battery they told me that it was a bad battery in that I should purchase a new one. I kept my warranty receipt proof of purchase I called today on Monday spoke with KC, he told me that they would switch it out no questions asked if it was a bad battery if I still had my receipt and it was under the two years. I live in San Tan Valley headed to Rieth Auto in Mesa its about a 40-minute drive I was skeptic thinking I was going to have to pay a $5 or $10 restock fee. Once getting in there I happened to run into KC upon entering the store briefly talking with him I was happy to say he switched out my battery without question. Gave me a new receipt with a new 24-month warranty and I left a happy customer not paying a penny more. Thank you kudos to the team as I will be a return customer for many years to come.

Well I felt like a real customer at this store they have all the stuff on the shelves that you want a team of employees that really want to help you not just make sure youre not stealing something I had to make a stop and congratulate all the employees in the store and then I made him get the manager or owner out so I can congratulate him on a fantastic retail job well done I recommend this place above all else shop here you may pay a dollar extra who cares theyve got what you want and you get to feeling I can trust these guys they have real parts for real people I like this place

I live not too far from this store and usually go in for a lot of my car repair needs, but I was having some car trouble and couldnt get there without the part I needed. Luckily I remembered they deliver to nearby customers! It was just a $5 part but I was very grateful they have this service available. I highly recommend Rieth Auto!

My dad had gone there for an AC blower resistor, he had gone to Autozone and other places and they were charging over $200 and such and a 3 day wait!Dad went to Carquest b/c he saw their sign, and got immediate service, and a delivery of the part from another location (30 min. wait) for $58!!!Hector was amazing and a nice guy, got my dad a cold bottle of water w/out even asking during a Hot July day. Thank you for the amazing service!- The guy who can speak 4 languages ;)

I had visited two other parts stores to try to find a part and neither could help me. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the employee that helped me, but he was extremely helpful. He too, at first, was confused by my problem, but he kept looking for a solution. He was going to find a solution, and it felt good to know this would be the last store I would have to go to.It took him a few minutes eventually he understood the part I was talking about and even when he knew he didn’t have the part, and he knew he wasn’t gonna make any money off me, he still called up the Infiniti dealership to find a solution. I really wish I knew his name so that I could thank him.

As a retiree, price is very important. Reiths Carquest in Mesa has consistently delivered top quality brand name auto parts and ALWAYS beaten all competition on price. I once needed a temp sensor O ring for a VW New Beetle. AutoZone, ORileys, and Pepboys quoted it for between $12 - $17. Carquest had it for $0.51. CATCH THAT? Fifty-one cents!!This week, I needed a timing belt kit, water pump (w/metal impeller, not original plastic), T-stat, and a water distribution housing (Side Flange) for the same VW. Again, I got quotes from their competition running from, $237.00 to $355.00. Reiths Carquest cost was $152.84.I usually deal with Jose, but it seems everyone at Carquest is extremely knowledgeable and very upbeat and helpful!I asked friends who own an automotive repair shop to quote me these parts at their discounted cost from their parts source. Carquest still beat their price by over $40.00.You cant beat Carquest for quality parts at the best prices, PERIOD!

I got a quote for 28 for a pair or set. Pep boys didnt have it, autozone didnt have it. I dont need a replacement rack and pinion ,I just need the mounts.
