Was in a pinch and needed an seemless air tank. $120 was a great deal. Worked and looks great. The only pain was getting into their parking lot.

Had my full air kit arrive with one of the tanks wrong and was scratched up pretty good, after I called and changed out a tank and paid the difference over the phone. So I called and spoke to James he was very nonchalant and no kind of enthusiasm about fixing this problem for me. He made me feel like it was my fault and I was bugging him. I don’t need a thousand sorries but a little common curiosity goes along way especially when customers are spending lots of money and expect things to arrive. Not one time did he be a little apologetic about the mess up they did and the scratched tank. He doesn’t really seem to like what he’s doing more of being forced to take calls and attend to customer service over the phone. Me and my brother most likely will set up a Business account with Switch

Pretty cool place but they primarily only do online stuff. They do have a couple cool vehicles sitting out front.

I ordered a lowering kit for my s15 about a week ago, still says its processing, Ive tried emailing them and it says that the person Im emailing cant be found. Im not sure whats going on but so far this company sucks with customer service. Wont be buying anything from them again if this doesnt get resolved.

Customer service is excellent and shipping is extremely quick. Ive placed at least 3 separate orders online and have received my items in two days each time, not to mention the shipping was free and everything was packaged very well. Now if only they sold food and toilet paper then I could cancel my Amazon prime account. Definitely 5 star *****

The kits are nice and Service is good but the Chinese garbage hardware they send you is best thrown in the garbage and go spwnd the money on quality grade 8 hardware

These guys are amazing! Edgar crawled under my truck and figured out exactly which brackets and bags I needed, then he included ALL of the necessary hardware and specific installation instructions. After install I had one leaking fitting and I drove the truck back to them and they gave me a new fitting for free. These guys have gone above and beyond my expectations and I hope to give them more business in the future!

Was having trouble finding the kit I needed on their website. Called them up and the phone was answered by Travis. He told me the reason for the kit no longer being on the site was due to a lot of people not reading the fine print and ordering the wrong kit for my truck. 2016 Ram 2500 with the coils out back. He informed me that they did have a basic no drill kit for me and they were over $100 cheaper then the lowest price that I had found online. They are right down the road from me so I swung by picked up the kit (cash only btw Travis let me know that ahead of time, thanks for that). Was able to get it installed in less than an hour. Made a world of difference with the toy hauler. Thanks guys keep it up. Its nice to have a less expensive option with just as high of quality as the big name brands.

Horrible customer service. I was told one day shipping, they were inept and didn’t even ship the order from their facility until 2 days later. Whenever I tried calling they never picked up. They were really good about taking my money though! Stay away from these crooks!!!!

Poor quality parts , very poor customer service. Heres my story :I bought a very expensive vehicle specific airbag kit from this company . After having to heavily modify most of the hardware to install, I had a very bad air leak somewhere in the system. I spoke to the owner who game me the run around telling to try this, try that , try this again ... After spending two more afternoons playing along , I asked to return . Was given an address to which I was expected to pay return shipping . After spending another afternoon removing parts, I was told I cannot return due to modifications on hardware. Im now out of the money I spent and about 40 hours of work .

Bought a pair of airbags this year for my 2500 silverado. Both bags blew out on 2 different trips. Neither had more than 5000 miles on it. Called airslamit. Phone is never answered. They finally called me back and told me to send a picture an d they would get back to me. Waited 10 days and called them back and left messages. Finally heard from them and they said I would have to send back on my dime. Never again. Dont buy from this company
