Good selection of parts snd excellent customer service.

Always my go to for parts. My experience over the past 6 years with these guys have always been positive. Have helped me work through my parts needs many many times even with minimal information on what I was looking for.

If you have a big truck, this is the place!!! They have everything you need in stock.

Unprofessionals , rude to customers, I visited this store 4 times in the past 5 years every visit I get the same impression unhappy clerks behind the counterI prefer to drive to Phoenix store for better service and happier faces .i have complained to the regional mgr. will see if he can make a difference

Worst service ever. Walked in and was not acknowledge for about 10 minutes. When i asked if anyone worked here. They all wanted to help me. I needed 20 mud flaps.and 10 shockes for trucks. Good thing i walked out. Take business elsewhere

Horrible customer service, rude and useless help. Heavier guy at the front register seems to really hate his job.

I went there this morning 2-20-2018 for items return. The guy behind the counter salesman 927 gave me hard time/rude. I think Id interrupted his lunch. Fleetpride only good for emergency repair. I can always find cheaper prices online.

I would like to see The Return of bulk Airline and more cherry Jolly Ranchers in the candy bowls other than that I always appreciate the prompt service and the professionalism from Kyle and his crew

Best place to get heavy truck parts.They have several stores,99av./Van Buren,Main Store is I-17 Jus north of McDowell.Mesa store Is off of 60 /Country Club south t o Iron and back west a block pass Home depot. Bad thing about them is they are closed saturdays.

Fleet had what I needed, was quick and easy.

I posted a comment about one of the staff members Kyle, about not having a personality, that comment was a unfinished comment and received badly by those there at fleet pride, and rightfully so. I have a great deal of respect for Kyle and for the rest of the fleet pride team members. I was wrong for even suggesting and writing something that negative, though I did not intend for it to be taken as such. My apologies to Kyle and the rest of staff at fleet pride.
