Delayed review, customer in September-ish of 2020.Had my Jeep Wrangler windshield replaced here and paid cash. Great value, great communication, and got the glass changed fast! Ryan (or one of his techs) even tightened up my rear view mirror when installing it on the new window. Very minor thing to note, but it shows character that they cared enough to do that for me when they could have just stuck it on the way it was and left it for me to deal with.Now I can see the view again. I have a brand new Honda accord 2020 with less than 3000 miles on it. Had a broken windshield had this company replace the windshield, when I gave the car to them my lane departure system work perfectly. After returning my car the lane departure system would not work properly it was not calibrated correctly. I call and spoke to the owner Ryan and told him about my issue he then told me that he did everything correctly. I then took my car to a Honda dealership where they looked at it and stated that the issue with the lane departure was the windshield calibration and it was not covered under the warranty and it will cost me $340 out of pocket to have it re-calibrated. I called and talked with Ryan and he was adamant that they did it right. I explain to him that the car was brand new and the lane departure was working prior to them replacing the windshield and then when they replace the windshield it was not working. Ryan was adamant that they did nothing wrong and stated that it was not his fault and they would not be reimbursing me for the recalibration. I’m leaving this review for everyone can see that this company does not stand behind their work and does not take care of their customers. I will also contact my insurance company and recommend that they do not recommend this company to any other customers.

I called mid morning on a Friday, after the company I initially scheduled cancelled on me last minute. The receptionist here was extremely friendly. She went above/beyond to accommodate my schedule for same day windshield replacement, despite the fact that there company was otherwise booked. I arrived a bit early, and seated in the lobby. It was neat/clean. The technician was timely, completed the repair in a reasonable fashion, and was extremely friendly. Beyond that, this company’s fee was significantly better than the company I had initially scheduled, and the service was very professional.

American Warrior Auto Glass is awesome!!! I found them earlier in the year when I needed my windshield replaced. They came in half the cost of the competitor *cough* safelite. I got my new windshield installed without having to go out to their shop. It was done professionally and skillfully.I liked them so much that I used them again just a week ago to get a chip repaired again on site,it was quick and easy. They stand by their work and wont leave you high and dry. I wont be using any other auto glass company again unless its American Warrior.

Good Service. I was recommended by a friend who also replaced their windshield by American Warrior Auto Glass. Works with all insurances and I would definitely recommend this company to others. I think you can request a tint film on the windshield. The replacement windshield on my vehicle has a built in tint.

I have a long commute to work. I usually wait about 6 months to replace the windshield. If you travel 347 daily you know how many chips are in your windshield in that time. I cannot spare the time to have eàch one repaired. I have received good quality replacement whenever I have gone to American Warrior. They always get me scheduled within a couple of days unlike another company that is promoted by my insurance.

Can I give 6 stars?! I dealt directly with the owner Ryan in regards to replacing the windshield in my 2006 Chrysler 300c and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Another company wanted over $450 and American Warrior Auto Glass did it for $199! Great customer service, comfortable lounge (w/ Netflix!) and it was an all-around good experience. Called American Warrior because it is a veteran owned and Mesa AZ company. Lina was great and answered all the questions. Ryan called me and came out same day and replaced my windshield. Basically within 3 hours of my call my car had a new windshield. Very fast, professional, respectful and price was better than other places that I called. Thank you Ryan I will be back.

They accidentally fixed my front window that was cracked. Originally I wanted just my drivers side window replaced. They still got my car back to me when they said and they didnt charge me for my brand new front window. Phenomenal service. I cant promise youll get a free window replaced tho 😂😂

I was the first to book through Facebook and so the appt. went unnoticed but i arrived at 9:30 and mirabile dictu the part was in stock and installed by 10:25! The price was (much) less than some others and within what i had hoped reading Ryans reviews. Front windshield in my Jeep was full of cracks, so used Yelp to get some quotes on a Thursday afternoon. American Warrior (Ryan) got back to me right away with a couple quotes (one being Mopar). Was provided availability for both mobile installation (Monday) or on-site, appointment for 11am Friday (NEXT day!); chose the latter.Elated with total experience! Drove up at 11am and didn’t wait - was done by 11:30am. Great people (Ryan, the owner, is a US Army veteran) and could not have asked for better customer service.“This we will defend.”

The owner is respectful and responds quickly, BUT my car was damaged while having my window replaced. After calling about it the owner came to my home and looked at the damage and offered to give me a full refund plus $100 for damages (the damages would cost more to repair) and I agreed. Sent my husband to get the check and they didnt compensate for the damages.

Would recommend American Warrior Auto to anyone looking to repair/replace their windshield. I asked for a specific product from a few companies and Ryan was the first to respond. They didnt have the exact option I was looking for but provided multiple alternatives with price quotes at each option. Turned out that no other companies I spoke to in the valley could get the glass I was looking for but Ryans quick response and level of detail was what made me decide to stick with him.We were able to schedule an appointment right away and he came out to my house and did a great job, very quickly. I have a 2003 Land Cruiser, and have always had problems getting it replaced, even when the job was done right it was a hassle... until American Warrior Auto Glass. I asked my typical questions before booking an appointment, for the next day! When Ryan and Robbie showed up it was clear from the beginning they had replaced windshields on Land Cruisers before. They did it right, and they did it quick, plus they corrected a couple things from the last installer. I definitely recommend these guys, they are my new go to for auto glass!
