Had called the company/owner for an appointment at Lazy Days in Tampa, he set a time that he missed and called later that day and promised he would be there on Saturday, never happened. After chasing them for weeks they finally arrived in Ft Myers to complete the work. Looked good at the time though within two weeks it started fogging again. Called MANY times to set an return visit which never happened before I went on Vacation! Have tried many times to reach them without success so cancelled the Credit Card Charge. Not a very reputable company to deal with.

We had a lot of fog inside 6 sealed windows because the seals were broken. Josh came to our motorhome this morning and took out 4 window frames then proceeded to take take out the 6 pains of glass from the frames. Next he cut the window seals completely apart. Then he cleaned inside of the pains, reassembled the windows with new rubber seals, put them back in the frames, put the frames back in the motorhome. All and all Josh was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and did his job expertly and quickly. He performed all of this in approximately 2 hours. It would have probably taken me all day for just one frame, he did four. I would most definitely use and recommend Josh to anyone with any auto/motorhome glass issues. The most amazing part about this company is the very reasonable price.Respectfully,Howard

What a great company! I asked them to do 11 window panes. They took all the haze out of the 16 year old RV foggy windows. Here is a before and after photo. The photo on the right looked just like the one on the left. Now the windows are PERFECT.

We had them clean and defogger an RV window and the workmanship was done wrong. Now it’s worse than before. Invoice clearly states “Lifetime guarantee on workmanship”. Now they won’t return calls, won’t stand behind it at all, won’t answer any emails and keep giving us all kind of stories about the owner being out of town, we will never ever use this place again

I gave them 1 star because they fixed one of two windows correctly - otherwise it would have been zero. The photo tells it all, they cracked my fiberglass and wont pay up. The cost is $2,000.! They have gone 100% incommunicado - unable to reach them. The merit of a business is not always what they do right but what do they do when things go wrong. This company is a fail! Do not use them!Update #1: Per the owner, they have finally agreed to have their insurance company review the estimate at my dealership. I will update again once everything is squared.Update #2 While everything is not totally squared away, we are making progress towards getting this totally resolved. Stay tuned.

The appointment to repair our seriously fogged RV windows started out rough and took a turn for the worse before ending at a mutually agreed level of satisfaction. Our Mesa technicians, Jesse and Cody, worked really hard and long hours to turn the situation around for us. Here are our tips to help future foggy RV window customers.First, make sure you and the estimator are on the same page as to the type of windows you have. For example, flush mount windows are labor intensive and cost more.Second, be aware that the glass in some windows may need to be replaced. Our glass did not show the typical indications of permanent damage such as calcium flakes between panes. We were well into the process before that discovery.Third, if you have more than one or two windows to repair, spread out the repair process. This gives you time to evaluate if the repair process is working and cuts down on the stress for everyone if things aren’t going well. We tried to do too much at once.Fourth, stay in the area for a couple of days to make sure that you are completely satisfied. We traveled 400 miles away and discovered that one of the windows was fogging up again. We have no doubt that Jesse and Cody would make it right, but it will be a bit before we return to the area. With the cost of new windows, repairing fogged ones is worth a shot. Hopefully our tips will help make that process a little smoother for everyone.

I have had Randy replace two windows in my car over a year and both experiences have been great. He is professional, responsive, and hard working. I didn’t have glass coverage on my vehicle for either replacements and his products were better priced than most quotes I received.I’m not sure why Auto Glass Boss has negative reviews. I highly recommend!

I am SO SO happy with this company! The driver side windshield on my RV had come out of the molding so there was a big gap and it was not safe to drive. I called 12 different RV dealerships and glass companies and they were all 3-4 weeks out and $500+ dollars to fix. I found Auto Glass Boss from a referral from Genes RV so I called them thinking they would not be able to help me either. The gentleman who answered my call was very professional and when I told him what I needed repaired, he said that should be an easy fix. He said he could have a tech out the NEXT DAY! and that it should be around $150. The next day I recvd a call from the technician (Randy) advising when he would be on his way. He was very professional as well and got the job done in about an hour. He cleaned up the area when he was done and went over the job with us. The invoice was for $150 as quoted. I am SO SO excited that we found Auto Glass Boss! Will be using them for all of our vehicle glass needs in the future!

Had motorhome windshields replaced while in Quartzsite, AZ. The next day the rubber trim was falling off. Took two phone calls to get them to come back. Less than two months later there was a severe rainstorm and we discovered leaks. Called them on 3/11. They said they couldnt come until 3/30. Finally negotiated for 3/23 if we drove 145 miles and spent the night in their parking lot. A few days later we found we needed to leave the area sooner. Called and negotiated for 3/19 if we would be there at noon and they would work us in during afternoon. Arrived to be told we were supposed to spend the night and they would fix it the next morning. We had just driven 115 miles and must now drive back 115 miles and the windshields still are not fixed. Also, while they were replacing our windshields one of the workers tried to pet one of our dogs. He is very shy and did not want to be petted. The guy gave him pizza without our permission and when the dog still would not come to him he said That mutt needs to go to the pound.

Quality of work on RV windows may look good to start however once we were in some heavy rainstorms we had horrible leaks. Many contacts with Joe saying he would fix it until he finally hung up on us on a call. Horrible follow-up and customer service.

ABSOLUTLY NOT!! Terrible costomer service, and refused to honor warrenty. Purchased motorhome windsheild at $4000 plus it cracked on its own, 100 miles down the road after the install. Even though the windsheild was faulty, they said it wa not a stress crack, and would do nothing about it. So after 9 months of finally getting an answer, now we are out all that money, and still have a crack in our RV windsheild. AVOID THAT PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE. We delt with Bobby in Mesa

Had Auto Glass Boss de-fog my drivers side RV window. The three panes were de-fogged but reassemble workmanship was bad. I sent pictures to the office manager but response from Auto Glass Boss has been silent! I called and was told owner needed to review, that was over a week. Their stated workmanship warranty has little / no value, since you get no response. Cant imagine getting them to support their implied 3 warranty on the de-fog process.
