Went in the beginning of the week and bought rims and a double din dash unit for my vehicle. They didn’t have all the parts in just yet that day for the install, so I scheduled for the following day. The rims were special ordered so they will take some time to get it. When I went in for the install for my dash unit, I was greeted kindly and professionally. Everyone there is friendly and kind, knowledgeable and professional. The install took just about 2 hours and they were very transparent through the whole process letting me know if they had to troubleshoot or letting me know what’s happening. They took their time to make sure the install went smooth and everything was done professionally. I should get my rims next week and expect nothing less than their utmost best. These people know their stuff. I will trust them with future installs as well as recommended their products.I have seen several reviews of people saying they are overpriced and don’t do good work. I have to disagree with all of these, the quality of work done on just my dash unit alone shows me that they care. My vehicle came back to me looking like it was meant to have this unit installed, from the factory. A+++ work there Xtreme Auto Team, keep it up!!

They were not interested in customizing accessories. I wanted a way to mount my cell phone to view it from drivers seat. It goes against the Xtreme if I cant custom to the extreme. Didnt appear to be friendly.

Love this place! Was looking for a front license plate for my 2017 Nissan Maxima and Tracy was the best. Even though the license tag I ordered was not in stock, Tracy was very honest about the situation and did whatever he could to make sure I was pleased and satisfied with my purchase. He even sent me pictures of other plates to choose from. Now thats what you call Quality Service! Thank you and I will be visiting again.

This is my second car I have taken to Xtreme Auto to have my windows tinted. Both cars look awesome and I have never had a problem. No bubbles or lines. Looks like factory installation but much darker. Highly recommend them!

Customer service was great. Walked in the store with several questions and ended up with several knowledgeable answers. Had a new touchscreen stereo put in for a reasonable price, and the installation looks perfect. Looks as if my car came with the stereo factory made. Will definitely be going back.

This is about the location on American Way.I took my wheels to the xtreme in Bartlett to get wheels installed on my car. The service guy sent me to their other location cause they didnt have a machine big enough to accommodate my wheel.Here where it goes to s#it. First I tell the technician that my car has 4 lift points under my car. I told him not to have it lifted other way cause it can damage my under skirt. Sure enough he has both sides of my car lifted by the skirts. Then leaves the inside of my car dirty.To top it off they didnt even balance it.If you guys are thinking about getting some wheels installed take it else where cause these guys dont care about customers cars.Heres a update. Looks like they did balance it but did a crap job. The shop Im at now just showed me a bag full of weights that my wheels didnt need to balance it. On top of that my tires werent inflated properly.

We bought an alarm from them with remote start. When winter came, it didnt work right, so we took it back. We went in Monday and the Tech was sick so they set us an appointment for Friday at 9. We brought it in and dropped it off and they kept putting other vehicles in front of ours, obviously because they werent making anything off of mine. I am writing this at 4:00pm and they have yet to start to work on the truck. Almost 8 hours and nothing. I asked to talk to the guy that is in charge, that I had just seen in the back, and the smart guy in the front said he had left. When I told him that I just saw him in the back, he laughed at me and paged him.

They were extremely kind and professional. Going to definitely be returning eventually.

Called ahead and scheduled a date to have truck leveled and cold air intake installed. I bought the CAI separately and took the kit to appointment. The service was good and the guys up front are very friendly but the service suffers when busy.Level kit installed without issues. Cold air intake installed and they couldnt get my truck to start. They asked me to come back in the shop and after roughly 20-30 minutes they got it working after I pointed out what people were saying the issue could be online. Yes, I Googled the problem (truck wouldnt stay on) and the MAF sensor was faulty or installed wrong according to most people.Sure enough the MAF sensor was installed backwards. The tech was very nice throughout the ordeal and the owner even came over to expedite the process. The tech didnt know the MAF sensor had to be in a certain way but at least now hes aware.Overall the prices were OK - no alignment with the price of install on level kit was disappointing. Great management and group of employees but they do seem to struggle when they get too busy.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Unprofessional & careless

Talk to them on 9/23/16 told them that i had taken my 2005 mustang to another tint place but they wanted to scrap the old tint off but i would lose my defroster and told them i would take my car somewhere else because they told me this after they installed the graphics on the outside window and that my only option was to replace the glass and i would have to pay for the graphics again. Billy asks for my key so he can show the tint guy. When he comes back he says he can do it without scraping. When i picked up my car other than i noticed that the tint didnt go to the edges of the window, it was amazing. BUT the next morning my back window was fogged up and I discovered that my defroster didnt work on over half of my window. When I opened the trunk there were tint pieces all over the items in the trunk. Bottom line they said I should have known that i would lose my defroster because the tint was so old but although they acknowledged i said i didnt want to lose my defoster

Terrible service, they tryed to raise the price and say there was glue after i just cleaned the windows. Then the tinter cursed me out and ran up on me like he was going to hit me when i didnt want to use them.

Took my 2012 Corvette here to get the windows tinted. They said it would cost $149.00 just to tint the two roll up windows, in addition it would cost $100.00 to remove the factory tint. Seems strange that non of their prices were written down anywhere. I got the feeling they were raising the prices on me because of my race, white and car. Called Tennessee Tint. Said it would cost me $100.00 for the whole thing!!!!
