I had a nail in my passenger back tire and called with the size of what tires I have p215/50r17, I was quoted $130. When I got there and gave my info he told me I have the wrong size tires for the make and model of my vehicle. He said I needed the P215/55R17. As you can see in the photos the first one is the new tire that they put on and the 2nd one is my normal old tire. See any difference? Nope, I dont either. But I definitely paid $203 for a bigger tire that I definitely dont have. They definitely pulled one over on me, I guess because I am a woman they figure I am completely oblivious to cars and tires. I will not be purchasing anymore tires from them. This is why its so hard for people to trust shops anymore. All they want is your money. I wish I could get a refund of the difference of the the tire they put on.

The staff there is great!! So friendly and you can tell they all take pride in their work. So happy I found the Bartlett store.

Easily the best Tire shop in Memphis. Ive used the Hwy 64 location and the Fischer Steel Rd location and they have consistently had the best prices and extremely fast, efficient service.

I showed up a day early for my appointment to get my tires rotated and get a TPMS sensor replaced. They worked me in and they had me out in about an hour. Can’t complain too much about that. Their service is always excellent and I highly recommend.

We were traveling and hit something in the road about 50 miles east of Memphis. It not only blew the tire but also punched a huge hole in the rim. After an unproductive call to the dealership I spoke with CJ at discount tire. He determined the rim and tire and set it aside because it was the only one that would fit the lug pattern. Everyone at discount tire was extremely helpful and friendly. They had us out and back on the road in 90 minutes. Great experience. Wish I could give them 6 stars.

Went in to get a set of tires and everyone there was so friendly and professional. It was really busy when I went. I was told there was an hour and a half wait and they were true to their word. I was pleased and happy with my new tires. I will definitely be going back for my tire needs.😊

Brought my car in to be looked due to slow leek in driver side back tire. I was a walk in came in at 9:37 it’s 11:10 my car still hasn’t been looked out. I asked several times where am I on the list Cory told me I’m number 3 I have watched more than three cars come and go??? The text check in that lets you know where you are at does no good see photos. I’m just saying it’s better to have an appointment because you never know when you are next. Unsatisfactory!

I never never leave reviews, but today I experienced such outstanding customer service at Discount Tires on Stage Road that I must leave a 5 star review. It was so refreshing. I left a flat tire at Firestone on Brunswick yesterday and agreed to pay $32 to have it fixed. When I did not get the phone call today to pick up the tire, I phoned them about 2 pm and they had not fixed my tire, and said that there were 5 jobs ahead of my repair. I told them to forget about fixing it, and I picked it up about an hour later. I took it straight to Discount Tire and they repaired my tire and rotated my tires absolutely free in about an hour. Now that is excellent service! Thanks!

Went into this place by chance because it was close and I needed a simple stem replacement. I honestly thought I would get shot an outrageous price so I would just leave as the place was very busy. And have had that type of treatment from the same business on germantown pky.Not only did Jon take the time to squeeze me and my little problem in , he also found out that I had a screw in my tire and he plugged it for me. And then on top of everything else he charged me nothing.Which impressed me to the point of letting everyone know that these people can be trusted. And even if the next tires I buy are more expensive at discount tire on hwy 64 I will be doing business with them.Thanks Jon. they dont make them like you anymore.

Went here to buy a tire rim for my 2013 Mazda 3. After calling before I came, I was still not simply sold a tire rim so I could go to a tire shop have my tire replaced in a timely manner. Instead I’ve been placed on a waiting list and have waited over an hour just for them to check me out and still not start on my car. I had a simple flat tire. It took early 2hours to get a flat changed here. And the employees had very bad attitudes about the wait time; the only response was yeah we’re slow sarcastically

Would not recommend this place. The assistant manager Jason Thompson was very rude and decided to raise his voice at my mother because she inquired about a tire that was supposed to be ordered earlier in the week. He did not carry out the duties of job nor did he display proper people skills. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

They put brand new tires on my Rogue that have these bright red and yellow dots on them... I called them and was told thats how the tires come... well I didnt see no colored dots on anyone elses vehicle. I think these are samples... I paid to much money for connect the dot tires... never again. its October 19, 2020 just a update that these dots are still on my Rogue... they are not disappearing.. horrible customer service

Was stranded on a trip with nail in sidewall day after Christmas. Able to find a unique size tire at a location a few hours away. Limped there and they replaced tire in less than an hour and had best price anywhere. Thanks to Tim for great service! Have used them in the past and definitely using them in the future.

Jason Thompson is the rudest employee ever! He should not be allowed to serve customers! The horrible attitude he displayed today when questioned about why he did not follow up on a job was disgusting. My mother and I have spent thousands of dollars at this tire shop and for her to be disrespected and yelled at today is unacceptable. This company will never receive another dime from me.

I love this place and the service they offer. I have never had a bad experience. I bought a full set of tires 2 years ago and back in July or August of 2020 I hit a pot hole on these terrible Memphis Streets that cause a bubble in my tire. Today I I took my car in for a rotation and tire pressure check and the tire with the bubble was replaced free of charge.

I just bought 4 tires from George. My first encounter was pleasant and professional. He gave me a eta of an hour on when my car would be ready and I thought it was unrealistic. We were in Arlington, TN for my nieces funeral on Friday, 12/11. On 12/10, we had a flat on the interstate heading back to the hotel from my brothers house. We changed the tire, hoping to take it to get fixed this morning before going to the funeral. Got to Discount Tires, they weren’t able to fix it. They offered to sell me 1 tire....but, we are from Florida and do quite a bit of traveling to Tennessee. The young man said Michelin had a sale on tires, so we purchased 4 new tires and along with $70 rebate, he gave us senior discount. Said it would take about 45 minutes which still gave us enough time to get to the church. But, we weren’t in there probably 15/20 minutes and our car was ready to go! He had 4 guys working on it. We appreciate your service. We have bought from Discount Tires before in Katy, TX. I like they are nationwide.

Techs appear to air up tires to spec BEFORE mounting on car. A 4000 pound car will easily add 3 psi making tires over inflated

I am always impressed by the selection of tires and the service they provide. Additionally they have an agreement with a bank to provide zero interest for 6 months, an easy decision every time I need tires.

I had purchased a set of tires at a different tire shop and had a lot of wobbles and vibrations on the steering wheel during highway speeds. The shop that i purchased the tires from balanced the wheels/tires three different times with no luck with the wobbles and vibrations. So i decided to take my vehicle to discount tire on US64 hoping to get my wheels and tires balanced properly. Didnt have an appointment but was in and out in less than 40 minutes. Took the vehicle for a drive on the interstate right after and guess what? No more shakes or vibrations on the steering wheel! I will be going no where else but here in the future. Thank you guys so much, i really appreciate it.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!This company refuses to honor its life time balance that’s promoted with tire sales.As of now I’ve been to two of its locations located here in Memphis Tn with the same awful response that something is wrong with my tires.I’ve tried to explain to these techs, Supervisors that if a tire isn’t purchased at the same time as the others that of course the tread depth would be different.Also to include these techs have no clue how to do a proper balance. From the service i received my wheel weights fell off as they rolled my car out of the repair bay. And sadly that’s not the worst part after inspection of the wheels I found old wheel weights still on my cars rims! After a brief talk with the supervisor he claimed they do this to save material! What a shame! Conning people for absolutely no reason at all. So from my experience stay away from this place! I’m a trucker and I know all to well about tires. My life depends on them!

Everyone was super nice. Very informative and got me taken care of quickly. Now actually putting my tires on took a couple hours but they kept apologizing and thanking me for my patience. Luckily I had nothing better to do so it wasnt a problem.

What an amazing business. I am from out of town and had new tires put on before I made the trip. The whole time I was getting a vibration in the front and back of the vehicle. I took it to a dealership and they said everything looked fine and the balance on the tires was fine. They said it could be a defective tire but no way to tell. I had to pay 50 dollars for them to tell me what it could be and didn’t fix the problem. I took it to this Discount Tire and spoke with Andy. He told me he will do his best to figure out what’s wrong especially since I didn’t have these problems before the new tires and the truck is pretty new. He took all of the tires off and checked them and determined two tires were defective. I asked what I needed to do since I’m from out of town and had none of the receipts or anything from the new tires. He said that he would take care of contacting Toyo and get the tires switched out at no charge. This is my first time going to a discount tire and I have to say I will be going back in the future. I will also recommend them to any of my friends. They were so helpful.

The Service reps are super knowledgeable, very professional and provided excellent service! I asked for particular tires that were not on site. They had tires delivered and installed within the estimated time and let me know when my vehicle was ready. When I arrived a rep was ready and waiting for me with my keys, I had not dealt with the gentleman during purchase - but he very courteously was ready to get my vehicle to me. The service provided for both my vehicle and my wifes has been exceptional since this location opened. It is truly a great model for all businesses - the work ethic and attitude is just fantastic!
