The part fit perfectly and it only takes about 15-20 minutes for them to go to the back of the warehouse and bring your part to you....But some reason it took them a hour

Its a nice warehouse of a place. They have a couple of people that wait on you up front. They find your parts on the computer and then you have a seat. After a short wait, they bring your items to the counter. You pay at that time and leave with your items. They specialize in Ford Motor Parts for cars and trucks.

Super great prices and the parts always fit. Just gotta paint them. They are the hook up for body shops that sell to the public for DIY.

I called and ordered the part asked for will call got there it took 20-30 minutes when they brought it out we had been looking at the bumper sitting by the door the entire time. The man was just walking back and forth then started calling people who came on after us first. ☹☹

I drove all the way from Jonesboro, AR to pick up some parts after they had trouble with their truck. I was quoted one price only to get another once I arrived. Then on top of that their system refused a check they have been taking for two years! Disqusted!

Difficult to deal with. cant pay for anything in advance and have it ready for pick up you have to go in order there and wait no matter what and they are not fast. Also you cant use samsung or apple pay even though they have the machine for it and it works properly but they have parts lol

Woman at the front counter was very rude she needs to have better customer service skills. The young lady who check us out had awesome customer service skills, thanks to her my experience wasnt all bad at CertiFit

They have a very large inventory of aftermarket parts so they usually stock the parts I need. The prices are great and although you may have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for them to pull the parts, it is definitely worth the wait.
