Not happy at all with this place they took 6 weeks to get lift in had to give half money up front and never got in contact with me to let me know hey jus waiting on parts. So when finally got parts in they wanted to charge me 4400 for parts that where jus replaced and checked with my mechanic he said that’s under 1000 job so watch out for the rip off. The only reason they got 1 star is cuz the sales rep was very respectful think his name is Michael

Your stuff aint made of gold brah.. 250.00 for just a leveling kit.. you can sit on that, you can buy a great quality ome online for under 100.00.. and 3 hours labor to boot,naw im good

Ordered something and they said it would be there in one week. 2 weeks go by and we could never get ahold of anyone. If you call you get placed straight on hold, then they never pick it up again. We got ahold of an actual person today and he put us on hold again to check. We had to keep hanging up and calling back in order to avoid being on hold for ever. So after 5 min we called back and he put us on hold again. And again. You telling me in all that time you never checked? Finally got ahold of someone said our part is here.. but they never called to let us know. Confronted the guy about our treatment and he deflected responsibility. The installation was scheduled the next day and went smoothly. Although we did get promised a fee adjustment for the current deal and my husband was shown an invoice that had the adjustment reflected but the price hadnt changed at checkout. We said something and it was changed then. However we may not have known and paid extra if wasnt for quick thinking. How do you print an invoice for one price and the customer pays extra? Seems sus to me. Not really impressed with this place. Stay on your toes. Faster than other places on install tho.

This place is way too high and the guys that work there usually rude and dont ever seem to be very helpful. Been going there for over a decade, just because there is not too many 4x4 places to go. That last trip there, will be my last time there...and I was ready to spend at least $10,000 on my lift plus more accessories. Ill start getting my stuff online and Ill even drive to another state before I go back there for anything!

The sales staff at 4WP are some of the nicest enthusiasts I have met. They are all eager to help and very knowledgeable. I attempted to get my Jeep aligned from multiple places but when I arrived for my appointment, I find out that their tech is out or they didnt have my appointment in their books. 4WPs is really professional and have a great selection of cool parts for Jeeps and Trucks. I recommend to anyone interested in modifying their vehicle or if you need a good shop you can trust. Most of their work comes with a warranty to give a little piece of mind that if anything goes wrong you can bring it right back in.

Well, I have a problem with my 2018 silverado dually and they recommended me this place that is supposedly the best, I took my truck since December and what they told me is that, I had to put wheels, tires, shocks and that would solve my problem, They asked me for half the money to order the parts $ 3000 and until I call them, they attended me again, three months passed, I took the truck on a Saturday and they did not finish it, that the shock absorbers did not have left, they also broke a spacer and that supposedly they do not fix that, I still wait for them to call me to put the shocks , and when I asked to speak with a manager they did not communicate with him, about 6000 $ and I am not even sure that they have solved my problem, a real nightmare.

Very helpful group of guys. Very knowledgeable and if they dont know they will call and find out and make sure you have exactly what u need.

Great staff... very professional! Matt, the manger, is awesome!! Purchased new tires for my F250 and had a issue with one of the tires on a road trip. Called Matt up and he found a 4WP store in Chicago and had me all setup for a warranty replacement when I got there!! Ended up replacing all 4 tires bc they didn’t have mine in stock! Can’t say enough about how they took care of me!!

These guys are my new favorites in customizing your car. Paul the assistant manager was a class act! Kept his word! His technician was truly a magician. They put running boards on my subaru ascent 2019 and only if you own an ascent do you know how hard it is to find a running board for it and them to have it installed.I love these guys! My mom really need the boards to get in and out of the suv and these guys did an amazing job!!

Anything you need for off road

I have been buying parts from them for years. They have great customer service. They listen to what you want and explain your options. They are very friendly to novice four wheel drive owners. I would highly recommend them for four wheel drive parts.

Well I dont usually write many reviews but Ill write this one. Took my lifted 4x4 Silverado LTZ duramax in for some suspension work at 9 AM. I finally walked out at 7 pm..The difference in the ride is (for loss of other words) remarkable . Dont think its ever been as quiet and ridden as well as it does now.i appreciate everyone staying late to complete the job. Even though I was alittle irritated on the time factor they handled it nicely. Great work guys .

Had my gears changed and some new rubicon express shocks and springs installed. Install took a week. After getting my Jeep back the rear seal leaked fluid and my Jeep drive terrible. I called and complained and was told they would make it right. I made a list of things to fix and returned my Jeep. A few days later I picked it back up. Seals were fixed and my Jeep rides like a new Jeep. As mad as I was I have to say they did resolve my issues and made me happy. I will use them again! Thanks guys!

Ive been in this store probably about 8 different times looking to order stuff and then never have it. Ive asked for them to do work on my vehicles and they refused. Their motto is if we sell it, we install it. Well thats false! I think its best to shop online yourself versus having these guys as your middle man.

Great service ,and they let me know what else was wrong with my truck before I had my lift installed.I had bigger tires put on my truck at discount tires and they just put them on and didnt tell me that My bushings was destroyed,I could of had an very bad accident on the highway,also 4WP discounted the labor price because my funds was getting short.

Always friendly staff that is happy to help , wether u wanna spend 20 bucks or 20k they will treat u the same. Have been using them for about 3 years will excellent results.

Have been there several times for service and been refused because they seem to be Too Busy....while most guys are just standing around talking. Ask them to mount a set of used 40s for me,response waswe dont mount used tires. Poor service,rude, and slow as heck too a solid week to get back to me in an estimate to rebuild my front end,yes I said an ESTIMATE!!!
