Great place to find parts..!I had been to 3 other auto salvage yards looking for a part for my 1986 car.I saw at LKQs online inventory that they had a similar car and went there to search for myself.The cashier at the entrance greeted me and helped me locate the car on the lot.I went out there to the location and behold... I found it!LKQ Memphis was very clean, organized and a pleasure to do business with.I will make this my FIRST place to go next time I need used auto parts at great prices.THANK YOU to the nice lady that was the cashier also.

Everything was great found what I needed and was out of there in no time.

Their customer service over the phone is terrible and sends you to a national call center that cant provide you with any needed information on the vehicle in question. For example I was trying to call an LKQ that is five hours away from me regarding a major component of the vehicle. The vehicle picture shows the part there when the vehicle came in but since the vehicle has been there for over a month that major component may or not be there. All I needed was to find out if the component was there before I drove five hours one way in a f350. I didnt want to waste fuel expense, a whole day, and take off work for something an employee could verify. Does the car still have the engine in it or transmission should be information when traveling a long distance customer service can provide. Basic info! This just turns me away from wanting to ever buy from LKQ.

They the highest salvage yard in Memphis and whats up with opening at 9:00 am doing the summer time by 10:00 am its to dam hot to pull a part. They need to be open at 7:00 am it is a junk yard not a Bank even though they collecting money like one.

The guy at the window is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. He never wants to help and always has an attitude. If my boss didnt need express parts Id still be calling the Manchester location and having them delivered like I did at my previous shop, BECAUSE OF THAT ONE PERSON. Jose in the back also needs a major attitude adjustment.

I went here to purchase some radiator support bushings and they wanted to charge me $26 for what I had. The prices they charge people are outrageously high. I declined the purchase and got what I need in better shape for way less than what this guy was asking. I wont be going back to this place for anything. You pay your $2 to get in and do the work for what you need then they will try to rip you off before you get back to your car. Unbelievable!

Very good selection of cars to chose from. My biggest issue was the way the employees looked at me. At least try to pretend youve seen a woman working on a car before. Prices are dang good though. Just show more common decency and less gender stereotypes..

Great yard with several parts. Customer service is poor. And the prices are outrageous. Honesty just take a back pack because they don’t deserve your money besides the 2$ admission fee. They tried to charge me 50 bucks for a busted corroded throttle body.

Will NOT be back to spend my money with these people anymore. After today I honestly could care less to give them my business ever again! Guy charges me for a dash pad when I purchased a bezel and when I ask him why? he says thats to cheap to charge me bezel price and that a new bezel is expensive. I DID NOT COME OUT HERE IN THE MUD TO PULL A USED PART LOOKING FOR A BRAND-NEW PART!!! So he felt that he would charge me for something of more value. I did NOT buy a dash pad so why am I being charged for one. If your computer says its one price who made it ok to ignore that and charge whatever price he felt its worth. Since when do I become different than all the other customers who purchase bezel at bezel price? My receipt showed dash pad, which is not what I purchased. I confront them about it and it turns him into rage?? Sorry buddy your customer skills are horrible and my company will bot be back to spend money with you guys! Yals loss not ours😉

They seem to have a large selection of vehicles and its fairly well organized. Staff were polite and helpful when in need of information. I give this 1 star today because of poor inventory management.Why you ask? Well, if youre looking for something in particular and the website says its in stock.... then you drive all the out there for someone to tell you that it was crushed months ago..... yeah. The check out clerk was nice enough to tell me they rarely take off old vehicles from the website.And for those of you who think You should have called first!... well I did. The guy on the phone told me they were all on the lot. So if youre looking for parts beware! You might be looking forever here.

Ive worked a similar place like this called Pull-A-Part located in Birmingham AL. This is a DIY used car lot. You have to learn the layout of the lot Yourself you have to pull your own part yourself. The best suggestion i have is do what i did and go with a mechanic. Even a shade tree mechanic. Then you will see how its spose to be done. BUT Walking in off the street for the first time, you will get tired, frustrated and hate it. Go with someone who knows! Hope this helps.

Dont come to this place, hidden fees. They tell you one price before you take the part off, when its time to pay the price is higher. They add core charges on top of price increase for used parts. If I could have choose no stars in stead of one I would have. Bad business dont waste your time with these people

In lkq if you nat mexican your price goin to b black man price jasike and scott sale the engin to Mexican only for $150 if the Mexican want the engine she bay the car from the auction jus for the engine Scott charge $ 1500 and tell lkq the engine price is $ 215.
