Extremely pleasant customer service experience! My window was replaced quickly and efficiently and the work done was of a high quality. Would highly recommend Safelite for this service.

Made an appt to have my windshield replaced. 1st time, the technician brought the incorrect windshield and had to reschedule. The same technician, Travis, came back and installed the windshield only to damage the brackets that holds the cover connected to my rear view mirror in place. The next day following the installation, it rained. My rain sensor did not operate normally. I called customer service to not only follow up on the original damage, but to notify them of the new issue. I was told that someone would be out the same day to see about the newer issue. I was also informed that the part was orders and would be available for installation on Tuesday, October 19th. Of course, no one showed up to check my sensor and the replacement part has yet to be replaced. Called customer service and the automated message states “We are unable to take calls at this moment.” I have a recording of another technician stating that Travis was inexperienced and should not have been sent to install my windshield. The recording also states that Safelite does not care about having techs who are experienced and that they just “need bodies to get the job done.” I need this issue resolved ASAP

Blake was an excellent technician. I had a chip on my front windshield repaired. After he was done, it looked as good as new again. Blake was on time and friendly and completed the job quickly. My insurance covered the entire cost. I definitely recommend using Safelite for all chips and cracks to your windows.

Only took an hour/half on both of my vehicles from different days. I had a good experience but it wouldve been great if they wouldve told me about the discount. Of course, everyone needs a discount especially getting a window repaired. I only knew about the discount because I was trying to call to find out what time they closed. And the automatic system said they were giving out discounts. However, thanks to the front desk woman she gave me a extra discount when I told her about me not knowing about the discount that they were giving out.

It was more than an hour past my scheduled appointment time before the repair was started. If I had known that, I would have made other arrangements. Also, the repair did not work, so I am having to get a new windshield.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I took my 2017 Honda Accord to have the windshield replaced. They had some issues with calibration but had it taken care of quickly and reasonably. I will be back (if needed but I really hope not too !!)

Absolutely terrible service. Customer service unprofessional. The manger on the phone speaking with her family. The woman at the customer service desk dont know what shes doing she has to ask for help. She has a attitude. Although I have car insurance. The company was trying to get me to pay out of pocket.

They replaced my front windshield but now I hear a noise coming from it like it wasnt properly sealed. Now I got to find time in my schedule to take it back up there to get looked at.

I give it one star because they replaced my windshield and it rained and guess what it leaked my carpet is wet I just hope ther is not any other damage and u have to have an appointment to be seen again my car is a 2020 this is not good at all and I do not have a garage to park my car in

Had my wifes windshield replaced today by Jimmy from Safelite Auto Glass. Excellent service, very friendly and caring about my questions or concerns. Jimmy came out to her workplace and replaced her windshield and we couldnt be happier with his work. Cleaned the windshield, vacuumed her car and the happy face card he left on her dash just made my wifes day. Thank you Jimmy and thank you Safelite AutoGlass.

They were quick and the staff was really friendly.

Drove an hour and a half to get here since they can’t send service reps to Mississippi. Had a 5 in. hairline crack with a small starburst at the end. Online it claims a 6in. crack will warrant a windshield replacement. I get there, they look at it for exactly 5 seconds before saying that it’s over the size of a dollar bill (not even remotely true) and quoted me $250 for a new windshield. Feels like just another auto repair shop running up the bill instead of actually working with the customer.

Sustained a chip in my windshield, because I have Full Glass coverage on my Liberty Mutual Auto policy, I was able to get it repaired with a $0 deductible. Safelite was amazing. I booked my appointment online for Monday, and when I realized a prior appointment was running late, and Id have to reschedule, I was able to do so with 3 clicks on their website. The following day, they got to work on my vehicle immediately after my arrival, and finished before the time theyd estimated. I cant even tell there was ever a chip in my windshield in the first place. Can not recommend enough!

They gave me an appointment time of 9:am. When I arrived and waited 30 minutes and they had not done anything on my vehicle, I asked how much longer before they were going to fix my windshield. Lady said she had no idea. One of the technicians told me they had scheduled 8 appointments for the same time. I left and took my car to Jack Morris Glass on Winchester. It was repaired immediately and was $60 cheaper. Thats where I will go from now on.

Three separate trips here to get my windshield fixed and it still isn’t. It has loud squeaking due to a poor seal. I tried to have them fix it but instead of acknowledging any fault on a poor install they just tightened some screws. After wasting six hours of my life and taking time off I’m done with them. I’ll have a creaking windshield forever now...

I had an excellent experience with Safelite replacing my windshield this morning. I was told the technician would be here between 8-12 and he arrived right around 9. The communication throughout the entire process was wonderful. I was sent a text message the day before, the technician himself called me the morning of, I was sent another message when he began working (I told him where at my office I was parked and asked him to get started while I was in a meeting) and then a phone call after he was finished. The only time this took out of my day was walking out to pay when he finished. The final product looks excellent. Safelite and their technician (Mike Hutchens) made this process as EASY and convenient as they possibly could. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a windshield replaced.

This company is to expensive really

Made an appointment for windshield replacement, tech called the next morning to say he couldnt replace due to rain. It was not raining at my location. I made a new appointment for the next afternoon and customer service calls at 4:23 pm for a 12-5 appointment window. I was advised that the tech was running behind and would not make it. The customer service rep offered to reschedule, yet couldnt find an appointment for a few days. When I asked about the following day, she said they would have to cancel someone elses appointment to get me in. They were not bothered that they had cancelled two appointments and had us waiting.

This is one example where the advertising undersold to actual product. The people there were very friendly and courteous. The technician who repaired my windshield was honest about the possibility of all the potential negative outcomes, but ensured me he would do his best to fix it. My projected timeframe was about 45 minutes, he finished in 22. And his work was flawless. If you are unsure about which Safelite you want to use, please use this one for the sake of your windshield!

Service here was beyond amazing. They take time to explain to you how their glass installation differs from other companies and in addition to this, my car always looks brand new after they install the windshield. I live in an area with a great deal of construction, so odds are my windshield will crack again. When this happens, Ill be going back to Safelite!

I had to visit 2 locations for my windshield repair today. The Winchester location was absolutely remarkable. The front desk and techs were professional and thorough. I didn’t receive service here bc they did not have my windshield in stock, which led me to the Southaven location. The same customer service was experienced here as well. I would highly recommend either of these locations for window repairs. They really did have great service.

The Technician came out to my residence,and installed the windshield in my car and did an excellent job.

I initially purchased a Groupon for another company offering $100 towards windshield replacement service. Though I had never heard of the company, I felt the estimate they gave was a little high. I contacted Safelite, and their estimate was cheaper than the so-called discounted companys price! My experience with Safelite was awesome: Clean, comfortable facilities and friendly associates made this experience even better. Im glad I chose Safelite, and would use them again, although I hope I dont have to!

I received 3 different quotes from the web page for the same windshield, from $250- $369. Why?

Bc they wouldnt take my business

My first appointment was for a broken front passenger window. It took three days for them to arrive. Not a problem I knew that when I made the appointment. The technician said it wasnt the glass that shattered (sounded like glass) it was the regulator. So I tipped him $20. For the information, which was, I could buy the regulator and have them put it in. So I bought the part and made appointment number two, for two days later, which was Friday. They were to be here between 12pm and 5pm. I sat home all evening expecting them to show up. 5pm shows up and still no technician, no phone call, nothing. Well rather than taking a chance on my car being rain in over the weekend, I looked up a youtube and fixed it myself in like 15 minutes. Finally I get an email Saturday telling me I had an appointment between 8am to 5pm Monday. The problem I have is the UNPROFESSIONAL way the second appointment was handled. WOULD IT HAVE HURT THE TECH TO LET ME KNOW HE WASNT COMING, so I could take care of other business I had, instead of sitting there all evening waiting on him ?? I wont be using safelite again and they really should adjust their commercials, about how professional they are !!

Terrible service. Leave you on hold 30 minutes & still NEVER answer. Forget it. There are others out there that are better!!!

We had our family vacation set in stone, date, time, place.... and then my back glass gets busted out of my Pathfinder, luckily we have two cars and were able to take the other one. I called on my way to the beach and they told me they would have someone out to fix my window the very next day! Said if I wanted someone there fine, but not necessary.They came out to my house in the boondocks and my brother-in-law locked my car up afterward. I paid over the phone and had it all set up within ten minutes. The phone service was also great! All and All my experience was a very good one and I WOULD recommend SAFELITE to others. Was referred through my auto insurance. After less than a day of searching for rear window you canceled my appointment because the part was obsolete and couldnt be found anywhere in the area. Called my local repair shop who called a local glass company. They had it. Apparently I wasnt Important enough to look a little harder.

Mike comes to our shop. He is punctual, knowledgable and informs customers of future potential problems that could arise, couteous, quick.

Poor customer service and lack of respect for customers time. I was told the technician would arrive between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. I called at 12:00 PM to ask when he would arrive and after spending 15 minutes on hold, I was told that the technician didnt show up for work today and they would have to reschedule me for another day. When I asked why I wasnt notified of this earlier when they realized he wasnt coming so I didnt waste half a day waiting for him, they were unable to provide me with a satisfactory answer. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the customer service agent seemed unconcerned and did not offer any reconciliation.

They were on time and the tech was very professional and personable. Work was done in a quality manner.

I encountered a rock chip the first day I had my new vehicle and it sucked. I called Safelite and customer service was great. They came to my work the next day and repaired the chip in less than 30 minutes. However, now two months later, what was a small chip has turned into a three cracks spreading in different directions. I called Safelite, and theyre only willing to install a completely new windshield and credit me the cost of the first repair. The warranty is very misleading, because obviously the repair did not hold. They should take ownership of their service and they have not. Ill be using an alternative glass service that is confident enough to stand behind their quality in the future.

Technician did a fairly good job installing the new windshield.One problem, he broke the drive side pillar cover of my vehicle. He explained that there was an existing nick on the plastic that could have caused it to crack when he removed it. I dont see any reason for him to make stories up but that did not fix the broken part.My local dealership quoted me roughly $180.00 to have the pillar cover replaced!You also bumped my schedule a day late because you cant get my windshield on time.

Windshield glass fixing was good, but after service rubber molding came off. Interior vacuum not done. Telephone IVR service is pathetic, very sensitive, need to repeat the answer very loudly and several times. Internet appointment schedule for mobile service was throwing error.

Lifetime warranty is working good .after my windshield was installed leaks really hard and this shop replaced my window but damaged body and now that spot rusty and lied to my about that window is ice defroster .

Car was broken into with a bad rainstorm coming in the afternoon. They accepted me as a walk-in, took care of everything from claim to repair in about 2 hours. Fast, friendly, courteous every step of the way!

I took my car into the shop instead of having them come to my work to have my windshield replaced. The service was great, and the technicians were very informative. The whole replacement took 1.5 hours.

Worst experience ive ever had with safelite. shut this shop down and rehire new staff. they miss appointment, dont answer the phone. i can go on and on. very unprofessional.

I had a new windshield installed about tend days ago on my 2011 Toyota Avalon. Later that day, I discovered that my windshield washers no longer worked. I called the Safelite installer and he said he would call me to arrange a time to come by within two days. He never called back. A rubber tube had been severed. My mechanic estimated in would cost about $65.00 to repair. I repaired it myself in just a few minutes by re-attaching the disconnected hose. It works fine now, but I am disappointed in Safelites apparent lack of follow through. Once the bill is paid, they dont care!

If i could give less than 1 star I would! I had a brand new OEM windshield intstalled in a 2012 Ford Edge, let the windshied dry and cure for almost 2 weeks. Went through a drive through car wash, and the entire windshield leaked water all insied my car! DO NOT US THIS COMPANY!!!

I went and there was one guy working there doing reception and working on winshields. I had an appointment for 2:30 and he didnt get started on it until 3:00. And he didnt finish until about 5:10. I will not be going back to this place.

Worst glass place Ive gone to. Did not replace my glass with the glass I had. Awful customer service. I had lines in my original glass and they said,I didnt. I had defrost lines in the right and left corners in the front glass.
