I was recommended by Tesla to take my Model 3 here and the experience was excellent. Jonathan kept me up to date consistently through the process. When I received the car back, it looked just as new as the day I had bought it, inside and out. Youd never know it had any type of cosmetic damage. Highly Recommended if you own a Tesla.

Icon was recommended to me when a deer tried to hitch a ride in my car. I am very pleased with the work that they did! I really appreciate Todd and Mike. Todd stayed in contact and helped me deal with my insurance company to get the ball rolling. Mike kept me updated throughout the process and was thorough in going over everything with me. These folks did an excellent job repairing body damage on my truck after a collision. Work looks good as new. They are all very professional, and communicated the status of the repair regularly from start to finish and I honestly cannot tell there was ever any damage to the vehicle ($5k to passenger side front and side). The paint match and blending is excellent and i cannot tell where the repair area and the damaged area start and stop. I will not use any other body shop if/when I need one.

I have had multiple expensive luxury cars & sports cars. Plus, I have lived in the Memphis area for many years. When my new Cadillac Escalade was driven through a hell storm I started considering where to get this extension damage repaired. Best collision work in town! They always work with you and the repair looks as good or better than before the damage. They also specialize in modern full- electric vehicles. Mario was excellent in communicating with the insurance company to get the repair supplements without me having to intervene. Icon is the only shop I let work on my cars. After someone rear-ended my month-and-a-half old 2021 Genesis G80, I was referred to Icon by my Genesis concierge, as they were the only body shop they certified in the Memphis area. From the first phone call to the day I picked up my repaired car, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service they provided. They gave me frequent updates and completed the job in a timely manner. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they made my wrecked new car look new again! The quality of their work is impeccable and the finished product is nothing short of amazing. They were able to remedy a frustrating situation with little to no additional grief, a rarity these days.To add a little icing on the cake: I picked my car up on a Friday afternoon right before they closed - between 5 and 5:30. I dropped my rental off at Enterprise and they were not able to shuttle me to Icon as promised. I tried to find an Uber or Lyft to no avail and decided to make the 3.5ish mile trek on foot...I didn’t have time to wait around for a better option to present itself. So, I called Icon to give them a heads up I might be a minute or two late because I was walking. A few minutes later, the owner called and came to my rescue and drove me himself. I didn’t expect anyone from Icon to come get me...Enterprise dropped the shuttle ball on me after all....but I DEFINITELY appreciated it.Hands down would recommend Icon Collision Services and will use them again if I ever need auto body repairs (though I hope I never do lol)!

Someone hit my car and I had it repaired at Icon. They did a wonderful job. The fender looks like new and s the paint job is pearly white. It looks as good as new. They were so nice and friendly. Accidentally played bumper cars with my gate when taking my dog to the vet earlier in the month. Got the dog to the vet and took my car to Icon a few days later. They said they would get it fixed and keep me updated with the repairs. Reid from Icon would text me every few days with updates which was incredibly nice. Although the repairs and cleaning took almost 3 weeks, the company went above and beyond when I needed it a couple hours earlier than planned. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs auto repairs for any job, big or small. 5/5 stars every day

Took my car in today due to the bumper being slightly loose from an incident in which my car fell from the lifting jack (it was on an incline) when I was putting a spare tire on. When I got a new tire placed on my car at my local Toyota dealership (Wolfchase Toyota), the person who helped me at Wolfchase Toyota referred me to Icon Collision Services to get my bumper examined. The guys at Icon Collision Services were courteous and professional from the time I walked in. They were quick with their service, and due to the issue being relatively minor and only taking a brief few minutes to fix, they did not charge me anything for their assistance. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone!

My daughter had her first accident and luckily she was fine but the car wasnt. I immediately thought about Icon Collision Services after hearing an ad multiple times on the AM600 radio station. I decided to make contact the very next morning after the accident and immediately received communication back that the business was closed but someone would reach out. A short time later I received a text letting me know the persons name that would contact me upon the business reopening on Monday and thanking me for contacting them. Monday morning before they even open I received a call from Jonathan Babin who handled everything! Jonathan was very responsive, informative and made me feel comfortable and happy with my choice in Icon Collision. Unfortunately the car was deemed a complete loss by the insurance company so I wasnt able to utilize their body shop for repairs. I have no doubt the body shop experience would have been at the same level of quality as their customer service! I highly recommend Icon Collision Services to anyone!

Ill just state the facts of my experience.I called two weeks in advance to make sure my car would be received and would be on top of their priority list when i would drop it off.I had to pay half of the total in advance for the parts which was fine and committed me to their services, and was assured my car would be done the Friday of the week I dropped it off to Icon at latest.I dropped my car off that Monday shortly after they opened, only to have them tell me my car wouldnt be ready until the following Monday, despite assuring me previously my car would be done by Friday at latest. I was not pleased but didnt raise an objection because I managed to salvage a ride to work on Monday so it was fine. I dont hear a word from Icon all through the week, so I am assuming they are working on it and everything is going well.I get a call the Monday it is suppose to be done saying they just now discovered more broken pieces and my car wouldnt be ready until closing time Monday, around 4:30 pm. So i told them I would pick it up as soon as they opened on Tuesday. I get a call an hour later saying they still dont have my car done by closing and they wouldnt have it ready Tuesday morning. This now left me without a car to get to my job Tuesday. I didnt have to go to work until 3 so I told them it was fine if they would have it done by 3. They wouldnt guarantee anything just kept repeating We will see what we can do.Tuesday arrives and they still wont tell me when they will have it done, despite asking to speak to the owner about the situation. Instead they put me on the phone with someone else who told me the owner didnt have time to speak to me and just recited the standard We just discover problems as they turn up, it isnt our fault your car is three days late for delivery and other such things.I called three times after that asking for an update on my car and couldnt get through to the man in charge of repairing my car, or was told he couldt make to the phone and will call back when he can. At this point I finally had to put my foot down and insist my car be done by three and only after five calls in total did I finally get a response saying my car will be done at 3, this was at 2:30.While the repairs were done well, Icon has lost my trust and confidence in them to provide their services when they say they will and find their customer service lacking.

Getting back into my car after the repair was surprising in that not only was the repair exceptional but imagine my delight when I discovered theyd washed and cleaned even the inside and most exciting all my windows were crystal clear inside and out. Best in years. I must find what they used on my windows. Thanks also to Reese, up front.

We had our car repaired at Icon years ago and they did an excellent job! We now live in FL, but recently I had the need to have my Lexus repaired. I wouldnt let anyone else touch it. I drove it to TN so that ICON could make the repair. I knew they would do a great job and I didnt want to take any chances. My car is as good as new after they repaired it!

Basically no body is perfect, but they are pretty close. 👍🏽Hello, car guy here. Being a car guy/ gal, we want the best for our baby. I was told these are the best around here. The staff was extremely competent. They met the deadline. As for the job they did on my baby ( Toyota 4Runner) i give them an A. The panels fit really well, the paint blending was pretty good. I did leave that day with some new scratches near my window. I was told it was just wax residue, but its scratches. But if I never told you about it, you would never know it was there because of how unnoticeable they are.

I wanted my 2015 F150 repaired by the bestaluminum certified body shop around, this is why I chose ICON. The front office staff is pleasant and easy to deal with.

I have had 3 or 4 cars repaired by ICON. The last was my BMW M3 that was sand blasted by rocks, in a construction site, on I40. They dealt with the Construction companies Insurance and got everything taken care of. My M3 looks better than it did new! I will always take my cars to them for any body and paint repairs. I have recommended them to all my friends and family, they have always taken good care of them too!

Update:After posting this review, I was contacted directly by the owner, Tim Russel. He was very courteous and helped get all of the below issues sorted out by the end of the week. Overall, I am happy with the repairs done by his shop, but cant give them higher than 3 stars due to the prior issues. Assuming the below issues never occurred, I would have no problems recommending this shop for your auto body repairs.____________________________________________________________________Background:My 2018 Audi A4 was rear-ended two months ago, and was taken to Icon for repair. The initial repair time was estimated to be two weeks, and did not change until the day before I was supposed to pick up my car. At that time, I was informed that it would be a least another month before my vehicle would be ready. Although I was annoyed that they waited until the day before to tell me, I was okay waiting longer if it meant my car would be repaired properly. The real annoyance came when I was informed again a month later (on the day before pickup) that the car would not be ready until the following day. To make matters worse, the same thing happened the next day, and the day after that, totaling three days of wasted time trying to get a straight answer from them. Note that I was the one calling them each time, and that I would have had no idea unless I took the initiative. As the customer, you should not be expected to have to babysit your car repairs. It’s simple: set a time, and deliver.Missing Parts & Botched Repairs:After nearly six weeks, I was finally able to pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival, I was informed by my contact, Mike Fletcher, that they had lost one of the plastic cover pieces concealed within my trunk, and that they would have it in by the end of the week. Seeing that they had already delayed the delivery date by three days, I was displeased to say the least.After moving past this hiccup and inspecting the car, it appeared that the repairs were adequate. Mike assured me at this time of the “lifetime guarantee” on all repairs, and that I could bring the car back if I had any problems (which I did). It wasn’t until I took my car home, and really looked it over, that I began to realize the extent of Icon’s carelessness. The problems are as follows (pictures attached):1. My all-weather floor mats were missing from the vehicle. After informing Icon, they stated that they put them in someone else’s vehicle by mistake, and that they were working on retrieving them. It has been almost two weeks and I still have not received them. Any respectable business would have taken the initiative and retrieved the floor mats within the week. However, I guess I am no longer their prerogative since they have already been paid by the insurance company.2. One of the trunk lights was never installed. I did not notice this until coming home the following night, and realizing that half my trunk was lit up. I guess they were hoping I never opened the trunk at night.3. The trim in the trunk is popping out. During the initial inspection of the car, the trim was fine. However, after driving it home, the trunk trim was popping out on all sides. I guess they were hoping I would never drive the car.4. A decal is missing from the trunk. After inspecting the photos of my car before the accident, I noticed that Icon completely missed putting on of the logos on the trunk. I guess they expected me to never look at my car.

I never drive my wifes Lexus RX350 but took it one Sunday evening for a quick trip to Kroger. Well. I was backing up at the same time someone else was and damaged my wifes new car. I called ICON, told them about the damage and they said they could make it look like new. I took them the car and they were true to their word, it truly does look like new. My wife cant even tell where the damage was and is very happy with it. All is well thanks to ICON! :) I highly recommend ICON!

The work was good but they told us that it would be done in one week. We showed up one week later they said it would be done in another week. Wish they would have called that would have been nice.

Icon is a rip off. I was quoted $906.00 to get my truck repaired. I was told if it wasnt any additional damages found that will be the amount I will have to pay. When I turned in the insurance with them, all of a sudden the price change. The insurance company wrote the check for $1521.00. Even tough I received a voice mail from icon saying it wasnt any additional damage; they still stated that the amount was the amount of the check that the insurance company sent. I called the insurance company; they started I only should have been charged what I was quoted in the beginning 906.00. Even after calling up there to speak to a manager, I was put on hold forever. Then he gets on the phone talking real foolish. I can you quote me one price and just because the insurance send me a check for a different amount; all of a sudden its the amount of the insurance check. I just hung up the phone. He calls me back about 10 minutes after talking about I think we got disconnected. I said, no we didnt I am on my way to get my truck and hung up again. I wouldnt refer a did to them. This was my first and last time going to icon. Enter at your own risk, but if I were you I would choose another collision place. I should have taken to joe Stewart. I have used them before in the past and they were great. Always follow your first mind. Its a learning experience.

I would never recommend Icon Collisions to anyone. The customerservice is beyond horrible. I took my car there in January and after taking my car back several times they still did not repair my Lexus to my satisfaction. The owner is extremely rude and I would not recommend them at all. If I could rate ZERO I would. Consumers be aware this experience have cost me time and money.

I will never refer anyone to them nor will I return to let them do anything! They had my vehicle for almost a month, didn’t contact me or update me on details of when my vehicle will be ready. I had to keep calling only to find out it would be another week that my vehicle should be ready. When I did pick it up, they weren’t completely finished due to them not ordering a part that needed to be replaced, causing me to return just to get it completed! Bad experience overall!

All I have to say is be careful when you go there, especially if youre a foreigner. I went there to fix my car and they lost my car keys and car remote. I brought them my second key so they could fix it. I asked them multiple times to find it and return it to me because that is the original key and remote and I dont want to spend on something I didnt do. At first, they said they would find it and if they couldnt, theyd do something about it. Finally, the day comes to pick up my car and they say they didnt find the key and cant do anything. I called the manager, but he was even worse. He told me that they were gone and they wouldnt help me. I asked them to at least pay for half of my keys, but they refused, so I called the man that helped me before that said hed find a way to get my keys. He denied everything about my keys. He said that I didnt even give it to him and it as my fault that it was gone. I asked him to check his cameras because I knew I gave it to him. He said he didnt have time to check it and that it wasnt even recording. I dont understand why theyd have a camera that didnt record anything. I asked him how would I bring the car over without the keys? The manager wouldnt help at all and even said so what if you lost your keys? They were being extremely rude and were not helpful whatsoever. It seemed as if they wanted to tell me to get out. I took my car and left, but now it makes a weird noise where they repaired my car. They just made my car worse now. The worst part about going there is their management. Everything is about money there and the second that the insurance money is paid, nothing else matters to them. I would not advise anyone to go and if you do, make sure you know whats going on first because those people are not worth going to with your car. When you first go there, they treat you like everything is going to be fine, but then they do a lazy job with your car and dont help you at all. This is the WORST place to go. I know for sure I will not be going back EVER.

I would not recommend this shop. They are dishonest, not up to their word, and will try to pressure you into buying OEM parts when it isnt needed. My car was there last month, and they told me it would be done by a specific date and it wasnt.TRY TO AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS.

I have been to Icon twice to repair our 2 cars, and I am very satisfied with the repair work on the cars.

Oh where to begin. I suppose fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice, thats on me! Third times both of us right? Ive been meaning to leave an honest review about this company but wanted a great alternative company to give. Not to give many details but I had paid my deductible to the shop, who had my vehicle for over 4 weeks, they had under billed insurance, who had confirmed they were sending a check over for $175 via an email ccd to me to the shop. My husband dropped me off to get my car at closing time. I had no method of payment or my phone nor did my husband have his - yes we were excited to have our vehicle back and he was in graduate school and I, at the time, was working as an overnight pharmacist. They would not RELEASE MY VEHICLE WITHOUT THIS $175! Now, it is Memphis and there are terrible drivers so we have been there two other times and SHELTER has always paid them. I have overlooked the bad customer service, long wait time, the terrible orange peal finish, the bumper that we have had to zip tie back on (three times), the over spray on the bumper, etc. just because I knew where these people were. So, I thought, surely talking to the owner he would let me have my car back as a loyal customer. Nope. I was highly upset and perhaps demanding at this point as I had no way home, no phone or way to call my husband. Anyway, needless to say, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very poor customer service.As it is with Memphis, I did have another fender bender and got my car repaired at Memphis Auto Body Collision and they did a 5 star job on my 2016 ride! Top notch and very polite. Its right around the corner and I would recommend you all take your business there.

I wouldnt take my car back to this shop on a bet. The only reason I gave them 1 star was because I couldnt give anything lower. They had my wife Lexus for over a week and when returned was in shambles. They had to keep it an additional 4 days. They didnt properly seal the trunk and it continued to leak despite their efforts (I ended up having Dan Abernathys shop fix it for me - a 10 minute repair). The paint job was poor and pieces of the molding they reused had been crimped. The trunk liner had been removed and apparently thrown carpet side down and had multiple boot prints on the under side which they didnt clean. The inside of the trunk under the covered areas were not painted. The list goes on and on! They claim to be luxury car specialists, I wouldnt let them work on a 1972 Chevy Vega!

IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME, YOU GO HERE. they will never call you for any updates, unless you call their CELL PHONE numbers. They will tell your car would be done next week, but no it won’t. Waste so much time on waiting and won’t get your car repaired.

Everything seems to be okay. I wont use them because they dont return phone calls even if you leave a message.

Icon Collision is the only company I would take my vehicle to for repairs in Memphis. Over the years, they have repaired damage from major collisions on my GMC Yukon and GMC Sierra. The staff is courteous and professional. I truly feel like they care about me and fixing my vehicle to like new condition. On more than one occasion, they fought with the insurance company on my behalf and did not settle for inferior parts. Their business is kept clean, the waiting area is comfortable and there is great attention to detail. I highly recommend Icon Collison!

The worst experience I every had at a body shop. Icon is very unprofessional, they promise me that my car repairs would have been completed within 18 days which at the time I was fine with. Once the 20th day arrived they still havent called so I end up calling them instead. They had so many different reason way they want finished. But long story short they end up having my car for a lil over two months and stuck me with very high rental car bill and a 19,000 invoce.

ZERO STARS - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They fixed my Audi TT door (small scratch $600 job) but they had to take door apart. In doing this they broke the window regulator switch and door panel,,,,and they crammed it all in the door handle and rigged it. Now I am faced with replacing my whole door panel for $1,500 plus due to these CLOWNS shoddy work. This place is a nightmare. They said they would fix all this but I had it bac in there 3 TIMES AND THEY WERE INEPT at fixing mechanical parts on the door so their commitment to fixing is garbage. Sincerely, Monica Morgan
