I telephoned this company to have my car repaired, covered by my insurance company. Agent relayed to me to have the car sent there and they would do an estimate. Contacted a tow company and car was delivered there as instructed. Once tow arrived they refused to take the car. No explanantion given. I called back and asked why wasnt that told to me before having the vehicle towed there. No explanantion.Terrible service!!!!

It was my very first time using Service King, I would use them again and highly recommend them to my family and friends. The staff was extremely courteous and was very professional. The repairs that was made to my wifes car where outstanding. The paint matched perfectly and they actually finished the repairs ahead of time. The car was very, very clean I picked it up (inside and out). Thanks again Service King.

My service was amazing from finished to end, I was met with respect, I was notified throughout every phase of the process. They were thorough and Im very pleased with them. I will use them again if I need to (hopefully we wont Lol) but Ill go without hesitation.

Service King did an excellent job with the repairs needed on my car. After repairs the damage that was done to my car seems to never exist. If you want great service this is the place. The staff handles everything with outstanding professionalism.

Waited over a month to get my car repaired. Really truly don’t understand what took so long but now I know never again will I return here. Next time (hopefully no next time) if I ever use service king I will take my vehicle in to get an estimate since they claim to have on sight insurance adjusters, and from there I’ll call other local collision repairs with estimate in hand, who will then fix my car in less than a week.

Poor service, one of the reps there lacks professionalism, as every time i called to check on my vehicle, i was met with a passive aggressive attitude..., every thing that realistically takes a day to do will take a week, so expect to not see your car for up to 7 weeks. when i went to pick up my car, there was red paint on the headlight ( obvious as day ) but i guess noone noticed it, they offered to buff it out, but i didnt want to wait another 2 weeks for that, either because corona virus slowing us down , waiting on insurance to approve supplement claim, or the paint buffer was supposed to be here last week we are still waiting sir you dont have to call every day to try to get us to speed up a simple process we will call you ...trash service all around

Very positive experience with my repair. Krystle was very helpful and communicated each step of the process. I did not have to wait days to get serviced like other body shops in town.

Brought in my sisters car to get fixed for about a month now and almost every day, they would tell us it is finished, but upon arriving there, it was not. Kept doing this for three days in a row. Very poor. Upon checking the car, the door jams were off and loose. Sad! After calling them about the availability of the vehicle, they would put us on hold all the time. They were sick of us calling in to check in on the car even when they told us it was available for a pickup, but it was not.

Consumers beware: This Service King advises a life time warranty on the repair. If your specific vehicle has a convertible top this warranty may not apply. They removed top to complete the repair on my Ford Mustang. By doing this they aggravated the rear glass in top some way. Prior to them removing top we never had any type of problems with the top or the rear glass in the last 7 years. Shortly after the repair, which took close to a month... a few days later i noticed there was an issue with rear glass... it had come unsecured in the top. I returned it and they did some type of quick fix repair to it. Some months later now the glass is doing the same thing. When contacting them now... they are now telling us that they will not correct what was started by them removing the top. They say now it is wear, tear and daily use of top and is not part of the warranty. As i stated before we had never had any issue with top or glass until they removed it. When i attempted to contact them again they will not even return my call.... and to add my insurance company accepted there position. So beware of the life time warranty. If they can maneuver around fixing it and not standing behind there work... they will. My next step will be to file a civil suit.

They were all for good customer service as long as they thought they were going to fix my vehicle, but when I decided to do something different the customer service got turned off and the real attitude came out.

I dont hate service king, I like the work they do and there attitude.

When I have my car in for repairs, mostly I just want to know the status.I was kept apprised of the status of my repair via automated text messages that even include pictures of my car in that particular status. Their choice of technology to keep me updated made me very comfortable that they had everything under control. I havent gotten my car back but expect to pick it up today.

Where to start? I had to come here to get an estimate because an 18 wheeler hit me and ran me off the interstate with my 1 year old in the back and fiancé in the front. Initially, my insurance recommended me to this location but seeing as how the wreck was not my fault, the drivers insurance was going to cut me a check according to the price of the estimate. After getting an estimate here, I signed a release and waiver to collect my check for enough to cover the repairs and a little extra for my troubles. Service King was aware of this when I got the estimate that I would be paying out of pocket. Nothing was said about further charges if they found any additional damages until the day I dropped it off. I thought it was nothing since they hadnt mentioned that when I got the estimate. They ended calling me that same day saying they did find more damages, an extra $500 worth. They told me it was a safety issue and they had to repair it legally. Well, there went my little extra for my troubles the instance cut me. When I finally picked it up, one of my 3 subs were blown. They gave me the run around for over a month while telling me they were investigating it. When I finally called the district manager, that day they decided to do something about it. I got a diagnoses from a speaker place and the sub was locked up due to it being played to loud for to long. The store manager tried saying she would only pay half after almost 2 months of saying the would pay for full repairs. After negotiating for a while, we agreed on $100 because we found a replacement for that price online and I figured I could just install it myself. She said she would give it to me by the end of the week so when I got home I ordered the replacement. After a little over two weeks I finally got a visa gift card for $75... Im no math major but that seems to be shy of the $100 we agreed upon. Most unprofessional treatment Ive ever received. I feel their plan was always to try and scam people(or their insurance companies) out of money. In my situation, I feel they gave me the run around thinking I would eventually hush up but when I didnt, they still conned me out of what was right. Save yourself the extra stress and go to a different body shop, being in a wreck and having to get repairs is stressful enough. You could find someone off the street to repair your vehicle and receive better service at a fraction of the price.

Service King doesn’t deserve ANY stars! This was by far THE worst experience ever!! The staff is unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and completely insensitive to their clients. I would not suggest ANYONE to take their car to this shop! They will damage your car from mishandling at the shop and not cover them! My vehicle was towed there without any other damages from the previous accident and after receiving the car from the car, I noticed there was a crack on the side of my car and they have no idea how it got there. Of course, they say the damages were there prior. LIES! Megan, i guess that’s spelled correctly, even stated after we did the “walk around” that damage wasn’t there. Now, all of sudden they produce a picture of the damages on the car, but no time stamp of when the picture was taken. Horrible experience! They even disabled my survey! Go figure! ZERO STARS!!! Terrible customer service, disgusting attitudes, OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE!!

Waited instructed time to wash my car and it came out with swirls. Not sure if they used low quality materials or are inexperienced but I am very disappointed.

Horrible kept my car for about three weeks and when i went to get it over spray all over it. then after i told them about it they kept for about three more days once i made it up there i looked over the car i still had some white looking stuff on it must be wax i just got my keys and left. i will advise anyone if you need any work done to your vehicle Service Queen is not te repair center to go to. i truely stand by that. terrible terrible terrible.

This location was fixing on my vehicle for a week and a half when I got my vehicle back. My gas light was on 0 miles to E. When I take my vehicle in for repairs it had gas in it. That was very unprofessional of them.

They knocked out my dents.

The most unprofessional low class establishment I have ever did business with. They do a lot of contract work so you are really just paying for storage. The workers do not know anything about cars. The two women at the front desk just look at pictures all day and think they are experts. I would give a negative star if I could.
