🗣So far everything seems to be intact the way it was, my car looks beautiful the paint is matched up, they washed cleaned, and had my car detailed on the inside like new. It took 6 weeks to repair a door, but they ended up having to replace the door which wasnt originally anticipated. It wasnt aligned correctly when we got it back, but that was a quick fix. They covered rental expenses while they had the car for which were grateful. Paint was a good match, and car was clean.

Do not trust this body shop, Caliber Collision on Mt Moriah. My partner recently had work on his truck done at this shop. My partner is now paying out of pocket, and fighting his insurance company. The job was not completed correctly, and we now know it was because Caliber Collision lied and told the insurance company, the issue left unfixed was preexisting prior to this wreck. That was not true. He was originally told by Caliber Collision, that they did not catch it. You had to have caught it if you told the insurance company it was preexisting. That means you saw the problem, lied about it, and let the vehicle leave knowing this information. My partner now has to pay additional tow fees, and thousands of dollars, for a problem that could have been fixed the whole month his truck was there. If you are dealing with insurance, please be sure to make sure they are not lying to your insurance company. This could have been avoided.

I would and have told everyone this is the best place to come for honest and comprehensive automotive service. I took my vehicle to the Mt. Moriah location in Memphis, TN. Unfortunately it was ultimately deemed a total loss and I initially questioned their estimate. Upon reviewing it line by line, it was clear they had given what was a fair, accurate, and comprehensive estimate. I had several interactions with the receptionist and staff while my vehicle was there and can say that they were always polite, friendly, and helpful.

Very disappointed. They made the front bumper look good, but their service is way overpriced. They charge for things you didnt ask for. Happily, everything works the same as it did when it went in, but some things should have been better for the price. Seems like theyre more into price gouging the insurance company than performing simple service.

I was involved in bump and scrape accident on my passenger side. I was super nervous about picking a shop for my repairs. Especially one from the other partys insurance suggestions. Of course reading the reviews only made it harder to choose. I ultimately just went with this location because it was closer. I had a great experience from drop off to pick up it was smooth. Ms. Ginger was a great help. I received text updates every other day. The paint matched perfectly. It looks brand new! And It was even repaired timely. Ill come back after 90 days to update. But for now I can recommend this shop for your repairs.

A tree fell on my vehicle. Damage went from windshield to front bumper. Every body and trim part from the windshield forward was removed and repaired, or replaced. This location is now Caliber Collision, the new owners of Abra. The service was hassle free and looks new. The rep kept me posted daily. Very pleased.

I have my car estimate and appt at 10:30am but I am waiting for more than 30 minute and still not get estimate. This is my first time at this shop I fell like they treat me discriminating because I am asian.????

Weve used Caliber in the past with a good experience, but we were very disappointed this time. The repairs took a week and a half longer than originally estimated, and we had to call repeatedly to get any kind of update. We had very minimal contact with our rep. She claims they were texting the wrong number, even though they had two numbers to choose from, and even after this was corrected, she still did not contact us. The repairs look fine, but they were expensive and very slow. I dont think well be back, and we definitely wouldnt recommend to anyone who wants their car back in a hurry (which is most of us).

My son is a college student in Memphis and had his car backed in to. He took it to Caliber Collisions and Ginger was bery professional and walked him through the process and took excellent care of him. And the work on his car was top notch!! Use them!!!!

People are excellent and friendly, fixed my vehicle and painted it in one day. They did a good job but...But horrible PDI, found a bunch of bolts and a trim piece. Now have to figure out what bolts they missed and where that trim is from.

After a break in (shattered window), I brought my truck here to get it replaced. When dropping it off, I specifically said not to paint it, I will deal with the 2-3 scratches. This was ignored and my truck was paint, and I was charged for it. It went from $120 repair to maxing out my deductible. Also, none of this was communicated to me during my daily call to check in with them (since no one would call me). And this was my second bad experience with them.My first bad experience was when getting another repair done to my truck. Same situation, broken window needed replaced. The truck was returned to me with a broken child safety lock.If you care about your car or truck, go somewhere else. Dont go here just because its convenient for insurance claims.

Caliber is the worst place to ever go and to get your car fixed!! DO NOT GO HERE! My car has been in the shop almost two MONTHS 60 freaking days now and the day I’m suppose to pick it up it’s not ready! I Received a text a hour before were opening to tell met car was not ready, when I had been told differently for weeks. Nobody knows what’s left to be fixed on my car nobody know what time it will be ready nobody knows when my parts will come; the bull I have been hearing for TWO MONTHS; caliber is the worst.

Had a minor scrape with some paint transfer on the bumper of my new car and wanted to know my options. Had to make an appointment for the next day to get an estimate. The nice guy at Abra gave me an estimate for the full repair but suggested that I try removing the paint scuff using a soft cloth and a cleaner that could be purchased at an auto store. Since it was such a small area, he did it for me. Now I can use touch up paint to hide the scrape. If I do decide to get the bumper completely repaired ($800), I will definitely go back there to have it done.

I brought my car here because it was a Geico recommended repair shop. I dropped it off Friday morning and got it back on Tuesday. They had great customer service and my car looks amazing. Not only did they repair my bumper, they cleaned the whole thing and its never been so clean.They have a partnership with Enterprise so they had my car rental waiting at drop off. Would definitely recommend.

My experience here was great. I had a car accident where I was hit from the back. My power lift door, back bumper, side, and interior was damaged. After so much research and asking around, I settled on this ABRA branch. They did a great job. Customer service was top notch, and highly professional. It was well taken care of, starting from check in, till my car was ready. They even delivered the car to my place and picked my rental up. They dealt with insurance billing without me budging. I had a minor concern during the repair process, but Zacke, the manager, took care of it in a great way far above and beyond excellence. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and I would definitely bring my car back to this location shall it needs body or glass work again.

Unfortunately you need an appointment to get an estimate. Never mind the three people in there are doing NOTHING I mean walking around doing absolutely nothing. Then you call and I can get you in a week from next Tuesday. I don’t live in Memphis my sons at the U of M but DO NOT go to Abra auto body on Mt. Mariah. One of the guys was hitting on a coworker and the receptionist was smiling while telling me we have no appointments all the while doing exactly nothing.

Stay away from this place. I had an appointment booked by my insurance company, and when I showed up this morning they did not have anything in place (My Name, Claim Number, Phone, Address, etc...) The lady filling the information due to they would need to contact the insurance company in orde to receive any service. She was so uninsterested, at the end I asked her to do not do anything else that I would be taking my car anywhere else, contacted insurance from parking lot, they confirmed my story, and they provided me an appointment somewhere else, get my insurance estimate faster than waiting with them. I should trust reviews next time. They need customer care skils in the reception.

Dropped a vehicle off on Dec 11th with relatively minor damage and here we are on Jan 2nd still without our truck. Continuous texts indicating it would be ready, only to be replaced by a later date the day before pickup. They do not return calls so trying to get our insurance agent to get the correct information. Avoid this place at all costs!Edit: Jennifer (the regional manager) was very accommodating and apologetic upon vehicle pickup. The car looks to be in good shape and repairs seem sound. Upgrading to 3*.

Good service, friendly people and great coffee

They won’t give you any updates about your car. Once you call them, it takes a while to transfer to the right person. And most of time, they don’t pick up the transfer call. The est. finish date keep pushing late. I just have a feeling that I’d never get my car back. The only nice thing is you can pick up a rental car on-site.

Abra repaired my GMC Sierra Crew Cab Pick up truck after a thief broke into it. Their service was extremely timely and efficient. They are owned by Bud Davis Cadillac and perform Cadillac quality service, indeed.
