Service was so great they quoted me 700 less than Maco and they actually did 1 more service than Maco was going to do. No surprise prices in the end. It wasn’t done when they predicted, but I kind of already knew that would be the case when parts had to be ordered. My daughter said my fixed Honda Civic looked like a Lamborghini now! 😂 great work guys!!!

I haven’t had to use body shops very often but when I did, I was less than satisfied until I used Phillips Auto Body in Bartlett, TN. They received my car on a Tuesday afternoon & they called to say it was ready at noon on Friday! The work done on my grill & bumper was top notch! My car actually looked better than it did before the damage occurred to my car! I was a little embarrassed that my car was a little dirty but when I picked it up they had washed it, shined the tires & cleaned the inside as well! The color match was great & the customer service was stellar! They worked well with me & my insurance company! The price was reasonable & the quality of their work far surpassed my expectations! Excellent workmanship. Looked like a new car

Phillips Auto Body made about $2000 worth of body repairs to my Honda CRV in June 2019. Their work was absolutely excellent and timely. I cant say enough good things about their service & work. Just yesterday, Nov. 30, 2020, I took my same vehicle there because I backed into something during Thanksgiving doing slight damage to my rt. rear bumper & fender. They were able to get it realigned in a matter of minutes and did not charge me anything. They are just good at what they do, and they are nice people. I recommend them. Carolyn Parent

Outstanding customer service and professional, quality work. They replaced the old headlamps for my 2013 Altima and everything looked new. No problems with the lights and everything was put back together right. I will definitely use them again.

My Civic was considered near totaled, but Phillips got it back to practically showroom newness in a timely manner. I have never had any other body shop clean my car for pick up this thorough.I dealt with Don and the sweet girl, Rachel in the front office. Hopefully, I wont be in a position to need body work again, but if need be, I will not hesitate to use Phillips Auto Body.

Excellent, and trustworthy. Brought car in at 8am. At 9am, they called back to say the car was ready! We thought car may have been hit, but they said once they loosened the bumper a little, everything popped back into place. I was told there would be no charge! In this day and age, it is refreshing to find a business that practices customer service like they treated me.UPDATE: After 2 years, I needed this business again today. Same great service as before. Owner personally helped me with a piece of trim that I could not secure myself due to a medical issue. It was quick and simple, but I still offered to pay. The owner refused any payment. I will continue to recommend this business to all of my friends and neighbors. Quality work by quality people! I hope I never have a wreck, but if I do, you can be assured that Phillips Auto Body will handle my repair.

Great company. The Spain’s do great work and care for their customers. I’ve had one of my vehicles there twice for two different incidents.

Remember when I said I’d take my car back to Phillips if anything ever happened again? And I did just that. This time I was involved in a hit and run downtown and my car got banged up really bad to the point where my trunk wouldn’t shut. As usual Phillips came through and had my car looking like brand new again. Absolutely love this place and the wonderful people there.

The guys at Phillips Auto Body make it almost impossible not to give them five stars. They will do just about anything to give you the best experience possible. Not only did they fix the damage that I asked them to fix, they fixed some completely unrelated damage (of decent size) in the same vicinity and did not charge me for it. On top of that, everything was fixed extremely well. If I had to critique anything, it would be that it took just over a week to get my truck back because of reassembly and detailing issues, and that there are some mild miscommunications between the people at the front desk and the guys in the back doing the work. However, they did offer to pay for a rental car for the extra day without my truck. But given the fact that they made the damaged areas on my truck look as good or better than it did the day I bought it, I can’t really complain. Thank you and great job to everybody at Phillips Auto Body.

We had our 2016 Honda Odyssey repaired here after someone backed into the rear bumper. When we first arrived to pickup the van after repairs we noticed a few small issues and unfortunately had to leave it with them a little while longer. The staff was quick to realize it needed some correction and 2 days later we were able to get our vehicle back. They even washed the exterior and had us looking new again! Were leaving a good review for Phillips Auto Body due to their customer service and promptness to correct our issues. We appreciate the help and glad to have our van back in great shape!

I only have good to say, my Fiat 500 looks like new (even cleaned inside out) with an little unplanned but awesome update on my bumper. We had troubles with communication between insurance and Enterprise car rental but Phillips Auto Body was professional all the way through and helped us solving the issues. We will bring my husbands car soon to have a minor repair. As we are military I highly suggest this place as military friendly. Plus as a woman I am always terrified if Auto mechanic places so my husband helped me, but I would feel well taken care of by Phillips Auto Body if I would have come alone. Thank you all.

We had a warranty claim from a previous repair, there was an issue with the clear coat. Ken got right on it and fixed it. It was a material issue not labor problem.

Very friendly staff, bumper was ordered ahead of time so work was done in less than one day, paint matched up great on rear bumper and they even touched up a spot on my front bumper. No complaints, Highly recommended!!!

They lied to me from day 1, said it would take 1week, it took 3 weeks and three days DO NOT take your car there, they said they were gonna paint some scratches on the other side of my truck when it was in the paint shop and it never got done, they said they would work around my deductable, never happened, they flat out lied to me for 3 weeks, then they dont remember telling me that, so do what you want to do Ill never go back
