Tiny store, but I always shop it when I am in the area. Nice cashiers and actually can find someone to help you....Usually.

I am never going back to this store. I was buying jeans - I had bought a pair the day before and they fit so well I decided to go back. I was getting two pairs of blue jeans and one pair of black. All the exact same, except for the color. All from the same clearance rack. When they rang up, the black jeans were more than $ 10 more. I asked why they would be different prices since they were all the same. The clerk said she didn’t know that’s just the way it was, she couldn’t do anything about it. Really??? You can’t take the time to ask someone? Absolutely no customer service and I will never be back.

Mens Big and Tall section almost always has something that is a great deal.

I finally found a store that carried the BIG AND TALL mens clothing at a price I can afford in MARYSVILLE. I used to shop at k-mart and Sears but AMAZON and Walmart put them out of BUSINESS locally and after a 4 year search I have new underwear and Cargo shorts!

My hair was done. Jay was OK! But I am going somewhere else, next time.

My trip to JC Penneys was most wonderful. My size is extremely hard to find. Upon entering, I just asked the 2 ladies at the desk to point me in the right direction. I went into the JC Penney in Marysville WA . I explained to Linda that I was buying clothes for a girl in Foster Care. I also explained that I was having a difficult time because of her size. She jumped right in to help me. She was what I would say customer service is all about. I appreciate her help and her willingness to help. I was not a bother to her at all

Went there today to exchange some boots I bought online. As usual they had NONE in stock and the store was a mess! Also walked by 2 associates, not one goodmorning or even eye contact.. Ive been to this store 3 times since i moved here last year. All 3 times the store was in disarray..no need to ever return

This store has taken alot precautions for customer safety which is nice and people are definitely taking advantage of the curbside pick up so the store isnt crowded.My only complaint is that there really isnt much selection for men.

Stopped in to make a return from an online purchase and waited patiently while other clients were helped. There was no one else in line at the time of my arrival and I was standing out of the way so people could walk by while still maintaining social distancing. During this time some other guests walked up and noted that I was waiting. Kayla finished up helping the customer she was with and I stepped up only to have her tell me that the line was behind the other people. I told her I was there first and she acted put off by the fact that I was standing at her counter and turned around to ask the other cashier if she could help the other people and then told them someone would be right with them. It was obvious she was displeased with the fact that I informed her I was there first and her body language said it all. I understand retail is stressful Kayla but your power of observation should have made it obvious that I was standing there for a good three or four minutes patiently waiting with a return in my hand.

Store staff will not enforce State mandated Mask policy. Woman in front of me in checkout line not wearing a mask. I asked cashier if the enforce rules. The woman not wearing a mask said Im not worried about it I pointed out by not wearing mask, that she would be infecting people around her. Karen was only argumentative and would not wear mask.When I got to the cashier, I asked her again about it. She said that they are not allowed to be confrontational. I asked, what if I walked out without paying. Would you still be confrontational? She said they would not.By not enforcing mask regulation, JCP is putting their customers at risk of infection and potentially death. Disgraceful policy. Wont shop there anymore.

The people there are very helpful.. the store is very clean. The people were very friendly as well . You felt like you were visiting and old friend, not like the new stores hurry up spend your money and get out of here its the last of the by bones store. Good prices. Their selection of clothes isnt as cute as they used to be. But its not too bad. Their mens style is pretty good though.

Staff was not friendly. Two staff members that helped me gave me at diffent sections of the store treated.me like I was an anoyance. Like they had better things tk do than assist me.

So disappointed store hours online say 9am you get to the store it’s 9 and the doors says 10am and of course their closed. You call the store and guess what you get an operator 🤦🏽‍♀️

I like going to Pennys they always have great things. And the people there are always nice and very helpful. I would be very sad if we did not have a Pennys close by me.

I love this Penneys. Has more selection than most of the larger Penneys. I like how Penneys is giving $10.00 rewards for every $50.00 spent plus usually is giving another 20% off. Just love all the discounts available.

People forget how decent JCP is. The clothes are quality for the price, no long lines, and have a little of everything. Always a good choice for a last minute stop.

They had exactly what I needed to dress up for a wedding when at the last minute, needed a few new items. And the price and service was great.

It was the last stop of a long day of back-to-school shopping. I wish I had gotten the lovely ladys name who helped us, she went way out of her way to help us with a hard to find item. And she found us 7 of the shirts we were looking for, all for a clearance price! Amazing, above and beyond customer service! Thank you! This was Tues, Sept 3rd around 6pm, the lady who helped us was younger, dark curly hair. Glasses I think. If you give customer service awards, she deserves one!

Very narrow inventory at this small store. Only bathroom linens. No bathroom scales. Mens sizes exclude 40 & 42 on many pants. Clerks were nice and apologetic but that doesnt get me products.

Love this JC Penney location! Marysville, WA is 45 minutes away from where I normally shop. But, whenever I am near here, I will stop in to Browse. This time it was shortly after Christmas day. I expected a mess, long lines and nobody available to assist. I was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was GREAT as usual. Organized, clean and stocked. The sale items clearly marked. And the clearance items.....I saved over $450! Thank you - Great Job JC Penney Marysville, WA.

This is a small JC Penney compared to a regular mail location. They are doing their best even as their stock waffles and they downsize. Good people. I really miss the Snohomish location.

I ONLY gave it one star because you have to to make a review. I booked an appt over the phone for 15mins out. I thought GREAT!! I get there on time and there was NO ONE at the desk, I could see 2 guys through the mirrors, they saw me also and said NOTHING!!! Then a girl walked from the back looked at me didnt say one word and walked into the back. I have never been to this salon before and I will NEVER come back. Absolute horrible service!!!! They need training in Customer service!! Business lost for you guys.

The lady working the checkout did not quit bitching from the time I got in line till the time I left. She complained about everything possible including the fact that I had a coupon on my phone. I wont be going back to this location!
