I love coming here! I usually walk out with more than I was planning on, but its good! I ended up getting some really good hot sauce here.

The store is bright and clean. The staff are down to earth and take time to explain answers to questions to break it down for me...I sometimes have many and the questions arent always welcome.They also have a candy section with older brands of candy bars! Brings back memories and cheers up the older generation with a simple candy bar.I dont get in here often enough!

Waited in line at drive thru for a good 15 minutes and our hamburgers were cold after eating some found out they were still pink not cooked fully. I also got a faulty cup for my Coke it ended up all over my new car (only 3 weeks old to me) and myself.

I’ve been here only once, and I went there because I’ve ordered rifle online and picked it up at this store. Best service I’ve received in 17 years as long as I’m in USA. Guys that work at gun department are super nice and knowledgeable. I wish I knew about this store earlier. Its just PERFECT. Thank you, and I will come back again.

Customer service is worst ,they dont even know what is in their store , product can be visible available online but might be out of stock in store , i travelled so long to get some stuff. Customer service girl said they have lot in stock , after reaching there not a single one ,she didnt even said sorry and turned away her face ,happening for 3rd time , better avoid store unless u have lot of time to waste .

Large store with many items for farm and home and full firearms counter

Hunting and fishing essentials. Durable and reasonably priced clothing. Hardware store and farm essentials all in one. Oh and the kids love looking at the bunnies and chickens.

Great place to browse around and shop for anything from work clothes to leisure activities like farming or lounging in the backyard. Love the hunting, gun and camping area.

I visited the Marysville, Ohio Rural King.I was assisted with my purchase and loading my car by a young man named, “Cody”. I hope this store commends him on his customer service and professionalism. He was very helpful. Rural King this young man is an asset! I will return and continue to drive the 35 miles to your store if I continue to receive customer service in the manner of Cody.

These guys were slammed I bought a mower and they were all over helping me! The ladies upfront got me help and my keys quick. Great price that cant be beat on the mower I purchased! Thanks guys!

Working:Its a great place to work! Its not to big of a place to be drowned in work and not small enough to be sitting around either. Its simply comfortable. The fellow employees are nice to work with and even fun at times. The schedule is flexible so if a day doesnt work with you can get it off.Shopping:Most of the time the lines arent too long to get tired of waiting. The employees are helpful and always try to help you. They always find the best prices and save you money especially with a Harvest Card.

I believe I visited Tommy back in the Gun Barn to pick up an order and he was very helpful and professional in helping me complete my order and get it picked up. I wouldnt hesitate working with them again either on a special order or just to do an in store purchase. Very pleased.

Had some trouble at the register. They did have what I needed at a fair price.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the stores prices are usually comparable or better than some of their competitors. The only thing that may put some people off is it is an older building that they took over and it can seem a little gloomy or grubby and the ceilings seem low and its just doesnt seem well lit sometimes but dont let it put you off. To their credit they took a vacant building a breathed new life into it instead of leaving it to rot.

Rural King is always super busy, but I love going there! Their prices are great and my daughter lives the free popcorn

Love this store. Even my wife loves it. I almost always spend too much, and not on junk either. Solid, quality things. They have a little bit of everything, but you cant beat the prices on fluids for your car, or a battery. Many pair of jeans or nice boots have been bought here over the years. Staff is hit-or-miss, but only the front desk or cashiers. Anyone I run into on the floor has always been great. When they have young chicks and other animals its great to walk by and check them out.

Great dog food prices. The grandkids love looking at the baby chicks.

If youre looking for anything to do with small farm supplies, back yard/outdoor supplies, gardening... this is your place. Also some food and clothing of a rural nature. Best prices around, so check here first!

Really nice store. Employees are nice and helpful. My only complaint is that they do not always have my dog food in stocks. I have 3 dogs on 3 different kinds of food. They only carry 2 of them and one they are quite often out of. The store cant control what is sent to them but it is frustrating for me so I always try to buy it before I am too low so I dont have to worry about running out.

Love the store. Wish the managers would make consistent decisions. Let my brother put a mini bike on layaway but then told me it was a holiday item and I wasnt allowed.

I try to buy things here (at regular full price...) but they never want to sell anything. Went in to buy 2 wooden rocking chairs. They only had 1. They took down my information and said they would put in an order and contact me when they were in. That was over 2 years ago and still no call. Went in to buy a safe. They had 2 of the one I wanted but both were damaged. Again they took my information to order another (hopefully undamaged) one. That was 4 months ago and still no call.

We got a few things.

Stock was an absolute mess. Prices not on things. The only bright spot in shopping is their friendly staff and some of the different foods they have.

This place is a joke. The cashier let me walk out with something that was not rung up and then called the police claiming that I stole it. Avoid this place at all costs.

The battery isle/department has looked like total sh#t for months and months. And the amount of product on pallets in the isle is outright appalling. So as Im standing in line right now, I would have had enough time to write a book and this is common. Yes they are nice but also older and with many older people shopping there they need more then one person checking everyone out .... by the way the parking lot is full.

It was a little more rustic than I was expecting. I was thinking that it would have wider aisles, and not be so dusty. It was interesting and they had a lot of stuff, but I guess I was looking for something a little less rural.

This is a farmers shopping paradise with all kinds of clothing, shoes and boots, hunting gear and ammo, automotive and boat/trailer parts and accessories, feed and farming stock for all breeds of animals, animal trapping implements, etc. etc. I had a great time looking through the store and seeing the variety of goods they have.

Bought flea pills for our dog and 2 of the 5 boxes I bought had been opened and the pills had been removed. 50. We were ripped off.

Always a great experience except for the guy who hit the red head in the orange shirt with the black and bright yellow hat in the head twice while I was in the aisle or at the end of the aisle, the red head kid seemed really stressed and didnt know what to do but the kid that hit him had glasses and a black hat on and was really really rude not just to the red haired kid but myself and another custom, other then that had a great experience thank you

I dont know what it is about Rural King but every time I stop in a location it seems disorganized and the merchandise seems dusty. They do have a huge selection of stuff and this location seems bigger than most. We always manage to find what we need.

I get my wild bird seed, sunflower seeds and raw peanuts for the squirrels that visit my yard here. It is also where I can get large pork chomp bones and milk bones for my rottweiler. I like that I can buy the treats for the outdoor animals and my pets by the pound rather than a set amount. We always get friendly polite service and the free popcorn is a bonus. Highly recommend!
