This target has been fantastic to shop at since we moved to this town. organized, clean, and for the most part friendly. However one employee seems to make it her personal mission to track me and my family down and make us uncomfortable. she will stare with a scowl and ask repeatedly if we need assistance when we have already clarified that we in fact do not and are just browsing. Red dyed hair, big eyes and her name was Julie or Jenny, something with a J. After the first few instances of her intentionally harassing us we began to avoid shopping here unless absolutely necessary.

Store is easy to navigate and things are generally in pretty good condition. The only reason Im not giving this 5 stars is due to a few areas that I noticed where display items were mildly damaged in the electronics department. But other than that this is a nice place to do some shopping.

People that are showing up to work are very much appreciated. Thank you for all you do.

I love this target and the new remodel. It has an easy layout besides the new beauty department. It’s confusing trying to find the make up you need and women’s vs men’s products. Yes it looks nice but it’s not functional. The staff on the floor is very helpful and friendly but cashiers not so much. They are friendly but so many are soooo slow! I dread going there and seeing only 2 lanes open and debating hmmm pick your poison lane. Last cashier I had he was so great! I wish I caught his name little “older” guy with long gray hair and glasses.. he was sooo friendly funny and fast he was awesome!!

Clean and well organized with friendly employees.

Had to stop by and get a few items. I had my 2 daughters with me, 5 and 10 months. My 5 year old was overly tired and just having meltdowns all over the place. I’m in the checkout line and she has another meltdown. The manager on duty, I believe his name was Freddie, not sure, I was about to have my own breakdown, moms can relate everywhere. Anyways, Freddie came and grabbed me and helped load my items on the belt and rang me up super quick. He was so helpful and understanding and just kept being so positive. After this whole ordeal, he then bought my two girls cake pops from the in store Starbucks. He was awesome! I really appreciate everything he did for me and his energy and hard work! I just want to say thank you so much and he made this moms night less stressful. Marysville, Wa Target 6/5 stars

This Smokey Point Target is so gross. Everything is scattered everywhere nothing is faced or straight edged. No employees spoke to me. Im a Target fan but will never come back to this location. I worked retail in high school even on black friday we never had a store look like this. Smh...

The employees at this location are pretty friendly, I’ve never had a bad experience here other than they don’t have nearly as much stuff in stock as other locations

Love Targets conveince BUT this one has a major freight problem. The past 6+ months have been the worst. You cant shop many departments due to unwrapped pallets sitting on the sales floor. Have talked to management multiple times. Called customer service and and they dont seem to care. There are areas that are death traps if you accidentally bump in to a pallet. They also leave their cold perishable food out on the floor with no one working that pallets.

This store is always organized and has an excellent variety of products from clothes to groceries. The prices are a bit higher at Target but I enjoy going because the items are quality and unique. They have a great card selection and also kids clothing is adorable.

The specific laundry soap and dishwasher fluid I get this is the only place that carrys it. Havnt been able to find it anywhere else.

Dedicated desk right inside the designated door, fast service, friendly staff. Very good prices, nice selection of ready to prepare and ready to eat items when in hurry to get next meal while out or in transit. Often has products other stores are out of.

A week ago I did my first ever grocery shopping at Target. At 88 years of age in the middle of Covd I was amazed at the dedication of the employees, starting at the entrance with the carts and baskets being disinfected on returns. The isles with guided 6 ft markers, The shelves were well organized, making my first trip easy to find the foods I needed. Last of all, the very thorough gentleman at check out who wiped down the conveyor, card machine etc. Because of Targetss attitude in looking after the customer I returned again yesterday. No longer will I be going to QFC or Fred Meyer. Who do NOT care about their staff or customers.Ann Boyce (New Customer)

This service was amazing! We are practicing stay home- stay safe measures and have not had contact with anyone. This allowed us to do that, while picking up a few essential items. The employee kindly loaded the trunk and I did not even have to get out or have any contact. Thank you Target staff!!

Hard to find items are at this target. However made a mistake when there about 8am. Every aisle had freight in the aisles. It was hard to shop down the aisles. Between the freight and the employees in the aisles it was hard to maneuver around them. I was getting aggravated the further I went into the store it seemed like employees were just standing around waiting for someone to tell them what to do with all the freight in the aisles. I just wanted to tell them see that freight there on the floor put it on the shelf. And when you finish that aisle move to the next aisle and continue until all the freight is put away. I feel like the the employees were waiting for someone to tell them that exactly. I will not be coming back in the early morning. I learned my lesson. Other than that nice store its right by Costco and BestBuy also.

Dressing rooms still closed, while malls are open with open fitting rooms. I’m sure dealing with tons of returns isn’t fun for them... would help everyone out by opening up the fitting rooms. You finally took the stickers off the floor, let’s get on with it :)

Friendly service and easy transaction when returning items. I was in and out in about 5 min. The lady helping me was quick and even shared a few laughs.. definitely a positive experience.

Target is a great store!

The state of the shelves in some of the aisles doesnt make me want to go in there again. Plus I passed several works who didnt look happy to be there. They didnt even say hi or any form of can I help you. The hair care products were the only well stocked place in the store.

Helpful staff specially customer help desk. They went above and beyond to help with my returns and exchange. Kudos!

Really awesome store! The toy section is amazing, my little ones love that. And they always have a good selection of shoes for boys, and girls. The clothes are awesome for boys, girls, mens, and women. The lines can be long...but just kill some time browsing and they clear up fast.

This Target NEEDS new management! The aisles (mostly baby) are ALWAYS BLOCKED BY PALLETS AND BOXES. I asked an employee why it is like this and they blamed it on the snow... except the aisles were constantly like this before the snow storms. K. Its not just the baby aisle, though. Also, this target is consistently out of items I want to purchase. Not even the same item every time, how is this possible?? STOCK MORE OF THE POPULAR ITEMS PLEASE?? Who is in charge of inventory here?? I will gladly take over. I will say one last thing about the baby aisles. Target, while many different types of people shop here, is most frequented by moms. A lot of people know this. Why on earth wouldnt you pay close attention to these items that a lot of moms rely on Target for?????? Holy ****. Rant over.

Friendly and helpful staff at the pickup desk.

Covid is a controversial subject, but if you are liberal with wearing masks and sharing germs, this is the place for you. Walked in, more than a handful of people not wearing masks or giving personal space. Not coming back.

What can I say? Its Target and there is a reason they survive while others falter. They are simply put a high quality discount department store. I almost always find what I want/need (and then some); the store is always clean, tidy and well-organized; and the staff is always helpful, courteous, and friendly. Its a winning combination.

Love Target. This store had an item that I have had trouble finding at other stores, Tim Tam cookies. Fast Friendly service, was just there for the one item and the trips was quick and easy. Called before hand and they were able to confirm they had the cookies as well as put some on hold for me so I did not have to find them myself when I got there.

I was minding my business like a normal human being and management wants to assume that my friends and I were stealing stuff and followed us around and we all separated to see it they were following us and they were. When we went to pay they were in front of Starbucks just waiting for us until we finally payed for our items, they backed away into Starbucks acting like they weren’t watching us. Y’all management is pathetic but the employees are cool.

The pharmacy at this location is one of the best around! The staff are very helpful with insurance matters and always offer a less expensive option if it is available and permissible. Weve had some complicated situations with Drs orders etc and they always work to get the issues resolved.

Easy to get in and out. no backed up checkout here. intuitive store layout makes it easy to find your way around the large variety of available products.

Specifically the Marysville, Washington store is a mess. Boxes always in the way. Pallets full of stacked empty down important isles. Things on the floor always in the clothing areas. Cant get to areas I need to shop due to said this in the way. If I had another Target closer I would 100% shop there. I definitely have been preferring to shop elsewhere.

We buy a lot of our grocery items, office supplies, and car accessories here. This Target is always clean and well stocked. The prices are good, the produce and fresh food it high quality and the staff are friendly. Love having this store in my neighborhood!

Since they started to play that awful music in store I hate going in there. If you play music please make it something that is easy to tone out or is soft in the background.

If you have to go to Target - this is the one to visit. It is always extremely quiet, parking right up front even at Christmas time. Quick in and out. I grew up near the Everett Target and worked at the Lynnwood store for a while - these stores were always packed, there was never any parking. Not sure how this store stays in business.

I enjoy shopping at this Target and since it is the largest within 30 minutes of me, I prefer to shop here. My only issue is with the employees and their lack of tact. When I come here alone, I am followed more often that not and no, I do not look like a ruffian/thief. Prices are good, selection is decent and its nice to have my Starbucks while shopping.

This had to be the cleanest target Ive ever been to. Its also very quiet in the morning or late at night. Easy it get in and out fast.

I needed help finding moving boxes and Kaylee not only showed me where they were but she was SO helpful and sweet. 10/10!!

I got what I needed and wanted for me and my family

Had a horrible visit yesterday at this Target with the back counter in electronics. The lady behind the counter was rude to not only me but 2 other customers. First she ignored me while she was on her cell phone behind her counter, I then said excuse me and she replied with What do you need?, I am in customer service and know that this is not an appropriate response. She then directed me to the opposite side of the store, where what I was looking for was not there. I asked another employee who walked me back to the same lady who sent me the wrong way and they were sitting right in front of her. So I waited to check out. As I waited the employee was on the phone with another customer and a gentleman walked up to her and asked her a question about a phone, she replied with Cant you tell I am on the phone! and then said to the customer on the phone I am sorry this douche bag will not leave me alone, what do you need again? The guy of course heard her and stomped off, as he passed he called her a name as well. She then proceeded to yell at him and tell him to get the F*** out of her store! I was shocked... Another employee walked up not knowing what was going on and she told him to call security which he did. When I checked out I asked to speak to a manager about an innocent and i was told by the cashier that they were too busy at this time. I left the store too angry with this service. I decided to come back about 20 minutes later and talk to a manager finally. I told the manager what had happened to me and the other customer. He replied with There is nothing I can do, she is not my employee since she works for the electronic company.... I was so mad. HOW can you do nothing?! An innocent man got kicked out of your store by someone who is not your employee? That makes no sense to me. Someone needs to teach this store how to properly manage. I will not be coming back.

Clerks know where to find items in the store and when I was checking out one noticed my items were on discount in their coupon book and saved me a couple bucks. Best Target.

Its holiday season so its pretty busyThe store holiday hours is open late til midnight. We got there after 10pm on a Tuesday night so it was packed at all. The store was organized. Nobody greeted us or asked if we needed help. Thats why im giving them 3 stars cuz dammit i need attention!!!

Good store to shop for baby clothes

Usually the store is in good shape, but lately not so much. The in-stock is bad as they didnt have what I needed. The mess of freight and carts especially in the book area has been terrible.

I went into my local Target for soap and shampoo.Saw a deal that if I bought for if a certain listing of brands I would get a $5 gift card.I saw great prices on these products, just as good if not better than Walmart so I invested figuring Ill get $5 back in the mail through a rebate. I looked at the signage closer and it read that I would get a gift card.My reaction was never seen that before! and it kept me in the store for another 15 or so because I was making sure I read everything right.The cashier was more than pleasant and we briefly exchanged tattoo stories and I walked out.Oops!! I forgot the gift card!So I went back inside and approached customer service and told them that I didnt get my gift card.Apparently one of the product didnt ring up for the sale but they were checking the circular and seeing that the exact same product was listed on the sale.A $5 bill out of the register and I was on my way, with an apology and thorough explanation to boot.Definitely a top 5 lifetime customer service experience.I will be back.P.S. The store itself is rather delightful. Clean, well lit, stocked and the staff is unobtrusive.

I went to this store assuming it would be second rate but it supplied my every need. Its so convenient and I cannot say enough about the staff, they are above and beyond 90% of any retail store in the greater area.

Went to Wal-Mart with my son for a stroller he wanted and no one there could help us. He called the manufacturer who told him that Target carried the item. We called Target and that held the car seat at customer service for us 15 min later we had it and could get back to the hospital.

I cam find everything I need in a single trip. Great customer service every single time.

They dont allow pre orders. So items that are in demand get snapped up by employees or buyers that camp out at the store for weeks on end then they sell them on ebay. Why should I have to pay over $50 dollars for something that retails for around $12? Other stores allow pre orders. I NEVER get any exclusive or high demand items. I dont work there, I dont have a friend that works there and I dont have time to go into the store 50 times every day looking for deliveries of product. Sickening.
