The staff were all very friendly and provided great service. They answered all my questions. I used the walk-in service and my truck was ready in about 2 hours.

First round was great. Everything after, was not. Tech assigned to my car yesterday was too lazy (or too incompetent) to patch my tire involving a slow leak, so they attempted to charge me $400 for new tires, when all it required was a quick fix. Dont think so. This isnt my first rodeo. After declining the insult, tech then pulls my car up with everything modified; seat, mirrors, air, music, etc. The intelligence and maturity level of a toddler. Very impressive employee. Front staff needs replaced with the same guys on my first trip. They were pleasant and personable. Possibly needs new management in this particular portion. It has potential to be much greater. Very bland and problematic at this point. Looks like many have recieved fair treatment there, from these reviews. Unfortunately, I guess I didnt fit the bill to receive similar treatment.

I rarely write a low review but this is the second time this happened at a Ford dealership. Last time was in Springfield, Mo., and yesterday it was in Marion IL. Hubby always ask for fully synthetic oil for our F-350 truck. The rep on the phone confirmed that the dealership carried synthetic oil. Upon arrival, my husband asked again for fully synthetic oil. The rep not only confirmed but wrote the request down on the paperwork. As we are checking out we learned that regular oil was used and not synthetic. In addition when they rotated the tires they did not adjust the air in the tires. They also left oil marks on our pearl white truck.

Wonderful. A line of customers at opening yet Joel was pleasant and professional through it all. A great experience.

Had a 1 0clock appointment was after 2 before my vehicle was brought in when it was finally finished and parked out front with the motor running had to ask to be checked out after 15 minutes so this is my first and last dealing with Quick Lane

If I could give them a ten stars review, I would.I came to them with a weird issue another shop told me I had with my car.They figured it out and fixed it no problem at all.The place is clean. The waiting room is nice.Everyone there from the counter to the mechanics are professional, knowledgeable and communicative.Plus they did a couple of small things they found wrong with the car for free.The price was very reasonable.I can recommend

I was leaving the state when I suddenly started having coolant temperature error lights. Luckily for me, Joel was still willing to assist me (they close at 1pm, it was 12:59pm when I opened the door). He was able to quickly make a diagnosis and came up with a resolution. I was back on the road at 1:20pm. Special Shout Out to Joel for his exceptional service. THANKS Joel! 5 Stars from me!

Good place to get your vehicle serviced. The only downside is that if you dont get there EARLY you will be spending hours there. I waited 2 hours for an oil change before. They open at 7. Be waiting. Staff is good at what they do.

When I made my appointment I specified what work I wanted done. I guess I incorrectly assumed that it would be in the computer. My tires werent rotated so now I have to go back. I wanted the cabin filter changed. When they said my car was ready they hadnt done that either. So I waited another hour. Someone had called me the day before for the vin number so he could get the right part. A total breakdown of communication.

Each and every time we go here they treat us so well. They give their 100% each time and the price is worth it.

Great place to get an oil change or have minor work done on your car. This place saved our lives. We had a serious issue with our car that we werent aware of and Joel caught it. We came in for one thing and thats when he found the issue that could of cost us our lives. He worked to get me a rental since Im 2 hrs away from this facility, got the car fixed within days and the price was very reasonable.

Worst place in Southern Illinois had my 2019 superduty serviced when they finished hoodlatch sensor lights were on has been 5 days still no answer if they are going to fix it

Walked in, sat for an hour and left. Good customer service and prices as well.

Would have given 5 stars but when i got my vehicle back, it was covered in greasy handprints on the hood, fender, door, and even the rear fender. Vehicle was brought in spotless after just being detailed. Yes, i am picky about my vehicle but my other two vehicles do not come back this way when serviced at a different dealership.

They were a bit slow the last visit, but they have snacks, cookies, coffee, water and other items while you wait along with Starbucks hot chocolate near their shop for free!!!!!!😋😋😋

Weve been taking my vehicles there for 7 years. Always working hard to get me in and out, working to get the parts I need as quick as possible if they dont have in stock. When the other shop only sent one pair of a part when I needed both pairs, she got me a rental car from next door so I could run back to my town to pick my kids up from school and come back that evening to get my van.

I came in to have my tire looked at and was told there was a 2 hour wait, which I understand with walk-ins so I waited. I was told it wasn’t my tire but the valve stem and they would have me the part later that day. Great! I told them to call me when it was in and would come up and get it taken care of. I never received a call. I called back the next day and they apologized for not calling and with my work schedule couldn’t get me in that day, but told me to come in the next day at 8am and they would get me in before I had to be at work. At this time I’m stressed because I have a tire that I have to air up twice a day and need to get it fixed and I’m pressed for time. I’m there at exactly 8am the next day to get my tire fixed and I’m told that there are 12 people ahead of me and they can’t do it. I work 12 hour days, have one day off through the work week, and go to school full-time. I don’t have time to be running around in circles.

As always Quick Lane was great. I do most my maintenance and upgrades myself, however for the things I cant do Quick Lane is always there with good service and excellent technicians.

Great snacks for .50. Clean waiting area, and the coffee pot is always full of fresh coffee. Nice TV. Awesome mechanics and very professional staff. Very friendly place, and it’s probably a great place to work as well. But, it’s never been quick. I’ve never waited less than an hour for an oil change. Today I’ve come in for an oil change and it’s going on 2.5 hours. I don’t know if it’s due to fewer mechanics in the garage, or their thoroughness. The waiting room has never had more than 6 people in it at a time. Bottom line: I’ll definitely make a quicker decision on oil changes next time.

They really are wonderful here. Ive bought new tires here, had tires fixed, oil change, and regular maintenance. They are really nice including the lady at the front. Shes very sweet and always has a pleasant smile on. Oh, sometimes they get a bit busy, walk-ins are more than welcome but if you dont have much time, you can leave your vehicle, call ahead or make an appointment. They will work with you as best they can and are honest with you about any recommendations for your vehicle. I highly recommend coming here and I will continue to go here for all my cars needs!

Wow. At times this places is slow. They will give you a time and for me the time they gave me was more than an hour more. In addition they will say your next when you ask but it appears it’s just words to keep you quiet, as I saw people after me finish first, when asked they say your next. If they come with recommendations please get a second opinion.

Wait was lengthy due to a shortage of help, but they did a great job.

I am driving through to Chicago and the cold weather caused my light to come on. I called and asked if they would check me right quick. I pulled up, they pulled me into the back and checked my pressure and I was on my way within 5 minutes. They were all very kind and didn’t seem annoyed to fit me in really quickly. I’d recommend this place to anyone that needs friendly service!

Very nice place clean bathroom had complimentary snacks for customers that was awesome too and you can watch your vehicle getting serviced on the TV screen I thought that was cool as well.

Mother in law needed car serviced We did not have a appointment, but they squeezed us in. They had the car serviced and washed in no time. The wash was complementry that she gets for life. Overall a quick service and job well done.

When youre told when you purchase 4 new tires that your tires will be rotated for free with every oil change, you assume that the 2-3 hours your waiting while your oil is being changed that the reason your waiting so long for an oil change is the tire rotation. I found out today that my tires have not been getting rotated because I have not specifically asked for them to be rotated. Now after a year and a half and about 18,000 miles, I have to buy 2 new tires. 50,000 mile tires being replaced at 18,000 miles because of wording is ridiculous. Between all the recalls and this incident I seriously doubt I will ever purchase a Ford ever again. I for the life of me still dont understand why I was waiting 2-3 hrs for an oil change.

This place was fantastic. Heard a really concerning noise and felt the wheel jerking intermittently to the left. In just a few minutes a tech (Brent I believe) was in the car for a ride along, and the car was up on lifts a few minutes after we got back. They IDd the issue, found they couldnt fix it, and called around to find somewhere nearby that could help us. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and curteous, and Id reccomend this place without hesitation.
